Spice Jet Airlines — Spicejet - True definition of INCONVENIENCE (Flight cancelled on Short Notice ,Dead Customer Care Services) | |||
PLEASE RESCHEDULE MY FLIGHT ASAP I DON'T WANT MONEY REFUND because I can not afford booking another flight for the same day, Prices are 3-4 times increased now and can not take the overhead of finding a convenient flight again. I trusted Spicejet and booked the flight (PNR-U7NY4J (flight SG 917) date of travel-15 dec 2014 .) they are awesome on breaking the trust of their valuable customers. It is hard to understand why these two numbers[protected],[protected] has been given every place, which NEVER GETS CONNECTED.They are not even replying to my emails . I am expecting a response ASAP. How am I supposed to contact these people? Whatever Spicejet is putting their customers through, its a lesson learned . I cannot believe I chose spicejet over any other Airlines. If Spicejet is not going to reschedule my flight, this is going to cost me a lot. I want this to be considered and my flight should be rescheduled by Spicejet. Was this information helpful? | |||
