Spice Jet Airlines — Staff behaviour

I am travelling to Patna in flight no SG 376. The flight was rescheduled from 11.20 to 15.00 hrs. Again it was delayed and the gates were changed thrice without informing. When asked by the ground staff about the same, inspire if being apologise she was replying in sarcastic way. This is not acceptable at all.
