Spice Jet Airlines — Staff Misbehaviour and Manipulated weighing machine

On 01.06.2022, I travelled from Delhi to Kolkata by Indigo flight 6E5219. I further took my flight from Kolkata to Silchar and landed at Silchar Airport by flight 6E 6048 on the same day, to catch my connecting flight to Guwahati through Spicejet SG8169, scheduled at 14.35 I just deboarded the Indigo flight and went to board my connecting flight at Silchar. I went for security check of my luggage and proceeded for baggage drop at checkin counter. Just as I reached my turn, the counter staff vanished and returned after 10-15 mins. I waited at the counter and Ms. Momita then returned. She was rude since the go. I wondered why she was behaving as such.
She asked me to drop baggage and the baggage that I was carrying throughout the trip simply exceeded weight limit out of the blue. She charged Rs. 9000 in name of extra baggage and was all the while rude. Only she knows how she manipulated weight but interestingly I wasnt charged a penny for the same baggage by the same airlines at Guwahati the very next day neither on the same day for the two previousflights.
After I paid by card and she let me proceed for security check, there I came to know from the airport security staff that these Spicjet staff at Silchar Airport usually do this with non locals. I was simply appalled.

ii. All the while she kept me waiting in the checkin hall and threatened me that she had put the flight on hold for us and would let the flight takeoff if I didn't pay even when I showed all the previous boarding passes and explained that I was carrying the same luggage under same norms on that day and had just deboarded one. Although after security when I proceeded for boarding I came to know that the boarding had just begun and there was a queue waiting. The flight had arrived late and was thus delayed and all the while she was simply blackmailing me..she had no authority to delay or hold flights.

iii. Silchar has a very small Airport and my family was the only one standing in the hall amidst all this mess and not once the Spicejet Station manager bothered to come and see what was the commotion about, on the other hand when we tried entering office we were yelled at. Afterall making money is good for the employee incentive, station record of extra baggage collection as well as company income.

iv. Even after the lady deducted Rs. 9000 she was misguiding me saying you have delayed checkin so you won't get your luggage in Guwahati but you will have to collect it 2 days later at Patna. We were so relieved to see our luggage at Guwahati airport.

V. When my checkin luggage was scanned glass item and perfumes were found by the scanning staff and they had instructed her to put 'extremely fragile' label on them. She didn't put it even after I reminded her and my glass items have all shattered as I found on opening my checkin luggage in patna. She intentionally destroyed my articles.

vi. As the other staff of Spicejet had told me to dispose some articles to manage weight and I had disposed some usables but when I asked her to recheck weight and she refused, saying checking counter had closed and she would charge me on basis of weight she had recorded earlier. I didn't even understand that it wasn't weight but her determination to penalized me that I had to pay for

To topup all this experience at Silchar, when I went for my Guwahati to Patna flight with Spicejet itself at Guwahati, the counter staff informed me that luggage was well within limit. Not a penny was charged here too even when i was travelling with same luggage. Spicejet also confirmed my horror that I had been fooled for Rs 9000 for no reason. Even a ticket doesn't cost as much which included charges for human weight, luggage everything.

I wrote the entire ordeal to the Spicejet customer service team while sitting in Guwahati to Patna flight in their carrier so that they provided the needful resolution n also tweeted to FlySpiceJet But to no resolution. Requesting the airlines for refund of my money and corrective measures for such staff behaviour
