I had booked flight for my parents, Delhi to Silchar (PNR Number LE3HMT, Last Name Boudai). The flight was about to depart from Delhi at 08.50 PM. Spicejet's website was showing message that the Boarding Pass will be e-mailed 12 hours before departure. No boarding pass was emailed. Then I logged in to Spicejet’s website at around 10.30 am and manually downloaded the Boarding Pass. There was another option to get the Boarding Pass on e-mail. I exercised this option but the attachment I got with e-mail had Boarding Pass and Baggage tag of my Mother only. Boarding pass and Baggage tag of my Father was missing. I tries three to four times only to get same result every time. Further, I booked Veg Meal but when I checked after making online payment, the meal was changed to Non Veg.
Service of Spicejet is pathetic. Highly unreliable Airlines. Really Cheap in service. Was this information helpful? |
