It is unfortunate to hear the news about the downfall of Spicejet. But it will bounce back as i certainly believe that as an organisation it is strong and also i have some wonderful experience with Spicejet.
With regard to the non-responsive behaviour of spicejet and wrong promising by Spicejet customer care. i appeal for refund of my loss of Rs. 16836/-

Following are the list of complaint where the explation is expected.
1) On the day of travelling 07.11.2014 the traveller Mr A Ravi had to board the flight at Chennai at 19.35hrs. recieved a message on the mobile stating the following
"Dear SpiceJet customer (PNR-Q9539T): Your flight SG 318 dated 09-Nov-14 from Mumbai to Chennai has been changed to SG 206 with a revised departure time of 08:20 PM due to operational reasons. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please check the flight status at http://book.spicejet.com/FlightStatus.aspx or call [protected] / [protected], if you have any queries or concerns."
The Traveller Mr A Ravi called the Spicejet customer care from no [protected] and verified whether the flight has been revised and got an impression that the chennai to mumbai flight is revised from 19.35hrs to 20.20hrs.
So the customer reached the airport at 19.10hrs to find out that checkin has been closed and the the return flight timing has been revised from 16.40hrs to 20.20hrs,
So the same was informed to me as had booked the ticket.
2) I called the customer care from my mobile no [protected] at 19.57hrs, Finally when the customer care official picked up the phone got disconnected, at 20.03hrs i called again 20.11 hrs and told the customer care that please report no show and cancel the return ticket and give me full refund of the return ticket. as the Official Mr A Ravi had to go back to chennai to attend a important Function and reach back chennai before 19.00hrs on 9.11.2014.
The official confirmed cancellation and assured refund to the same account used at the time of booking. within 24 to 48hrs.
3) After Confirmation I booked the ticket in Indigo for to and Fro

4) On 9.11.2014 I called the Customer care at 19.47 hrs to verify the status of the call and spoke to Mr Aditya Khatri. that i have been confirmed by the official for return ticket cancellation but he said the ticket is Still Not cancelled. and i cannot cancel the ticket now as cancellation call has to be made before 2hrs of Flying.
He said he would report the matter and do a call verification and i would get a call back from Spicejet official at my no [protected] within 90 Minutes after verification of call. also i informed him to give me complaint no he said i cannot give complaint no.
I have still not got any call (at [protected]) or email ([protected]@gmail.com)
I expect a refund of Rs.16836 now as damages for not cancelling the flight and for the harassment(rescheduling the flight, and customercare not responding of functioning after promising) and wastage of time.
I need you to do a complete verification of all calls and report the error caused and refund the money.
