Spice Jet Airlines — ticket not received

Sir my name is Bhavin Kothari and i have booked tickets from Mumbai to Delhi for 3 people, one for me and the other two for my parents Satish and Asha Kothari on 22nd of June( Saturday) of Spicejet Airlines via Happy easy go portal and the amt has been debited from my account but i have yet to receive my tickets on my mail.

Please look into this matter and send me my tickets.

Please find attached the receipt of the bill from my bank.
