I have been a longstanding customer of spicejet. I never faced such problems before. As you know, due to covid-19 situation, like others, due to panic situation, i was trying to explore various options to reschedule or cancel the flight which i booked on 12th march, 2019, booking pnr number ujydxe, flying date is 21/04/2020. Eventhough i did not want to cancel it, it was cancelled by mistake through goibibo chatbot gia. I have been trying to reverse it since it has happened but without any luck. As all customer cares are heavily congested i could not reach out to them on time and the ticket was cancelled with all applicable charges and looks like it is not reversible. Goibibo said, they would refund fully if spicejet waives the cancellation charges or do some alternate arrangements. I also attached some chatbot reference from goibibo gia to support my case that i have been trying rectifying the mistakes since this has happened.
I would like to request to provide me some relief in terms of waiving the cancellation charges or provide me alternate flights if possible or even same flights with new booking. As you know we are all in money-crunch due to lockdown and our earning sources have shrunk.
