On 21st sept i made a booking to travel from chennai to hyderabad, to travel on 22nd. I made the online booking, and reported at the airport, security personnel checked my ticket on the mobile and allowed me in. I reached the counter and to my dismay noticed that the agent is informing me that the flight is an evening one, not the morning one, then i realized that it says 9.55 pm, not as i thought while booking as 9.55 am.
I am a frequent traveler on other airlines, and have a privilege card for many years (Jet platinum). I had traveled over 40 countries in the last 25 years, and had never seen an airline following this time am / pm pattern, as i am used to seeing only the number not the following am or pm.
I want to take legal action, as i was put to lot of hardship, had to rebook on another available flight paying huge difference, the duty manager or the supervisor (Mr anand & mr edwin) did not bother to help, saying that they don't follow iata rules, and they have their own.
When the entire world follows 24 hours pattern why this airline is hellbent on misleading the passengers.

I claim apologies from the management and damages, besides demanding them to change the policy of 12 hour pattern with immediate effect.
