Dear Customer Care,
I have booked an air-ticket on 20th Oct 2022 for the month of December through my Mashreq Bank Credit Card. Due to Spicejet online page error i got a warning message saying that payment was not made yet and to resend it. So i resubmitted the payment form again thinking the amount is not deducted yet and gave credit card details again and i got deduction for 2 times for same PNR No: CIHU4R cost of AED. 1495.40/-.
Please look into this matter and kindly refund my second time deduction amount of AED. 1495.40/- at the earliest.
