Good evening i ayushi sonam from patna today in morning travelled from your spice jet to kolkata in morning today at8:45a m before check in to boarding your staff demanding extra luggage charged of 1500 rupees. I explained to yr staff as it mandatory to carry at least 15 kg. But at last i have paid 1500 which illigal. Pls solved my problem. Thanks ayushi

Updated by Ayushi Sonam I[censored] not solved my on going said problem then i have to moved before court in Kolkata/Patna...there fore i am not responsible for that, it's yrs liability...to refund at least 1000 rupees .
