Spice Jet Airlines — uncomfortable seat (14 f) flight sg 145

Traveled 4th oct goa to delhi
Munish dewan
Flight delayed 2 hours no issue
Seat allocated back rest part completely straight recliner switch not there
Raised with air hostess smiled said understand their is a problem but cant help no seats available sorry
Approx 2 hours stuck acute pain no space left
Why ticket sold seat is not fit for sitng
