Spice Jet Airlines — Unethical behaviour | |||
I was travelling from new delhi on a spicejet flight. After the trip, when i recovered my luggage at the conveyor belt, one corner was broken to the point that a piece had broken so that there was a hole in the suitcase. I complained straightaway at the airport and a few days later a staff called me to inform me that i would be reimbursed only rs. 3000. My luggage is a delsey honore. It cost me around 28k. When i told my issues with the amount, the staff told me he would email me a link to take my complaint further up. That email never came. So i called the customer care, after listening to my query, the staff put me on hold and then cut my call. So i wrote an email but in vain. I still haven't gotten a reply. Horrible service by spicejet! If your staff have broken a customers luggage, you're supposed to apologize and reimburse the amount. Safe to say, i will spread word about the horrible service to all my friends and relatives and will never travel by spicejet again. Was this information helpful? | |||
