Spice Jet Airlines — unethical behaviour

Dear concerned
This is to inform you that how inconsiderate, insensitive, rude, ill mannered, discourteous, disrespectful, uncivil behaviour of the crew members of the spice jet towards my mother who was travelling from chennai to delhi. It was mentioned that she is a patient of liver cirrhosis repeatedly to the crew authorities.
My mother had a flight on 12th august, 2019, sg-108 from chennai to delhi at 8:45 pm. It was a horrible experience of my mother as she was unnecessary harassed and troubled by the spice jet crew members at the chennai airport. She was in time at 8.05 pm on the counter no. 8 of chennai airport authority with boarding pass and all other necessary requirements, but the lady at counter no. 8 misbehaves with her, instead of helping the passenger. The lady on duty passed a wrong message that counter is closed and my mother (Passenger) should try for another flight as she has missed the flight. 10 – 12 mins of time was also wasted by the crew members of spice jet discussing the issue, whether to allow the passenger to check in or not. Though they allowed her but despite of the fact that she was already carrying her boarding pass and on time (8:15 pm) she was made run from one gate to another. She asked for help to carry the luggage which was denied saying “ma’am we don’t’ have anyone”. Under such circumstances, passenger was panicked as the spice jet crew affright her that she has almost missed the flight which is not the fact. They were making her hurry and run all over the airport without any fault from her side. Then the staff member of the airport authority at counter no.9 of chennai airport asked for boarding pass and when handed over to her, she made the passenger run for scanning of luggage. As the passenger was disturbed and in hurry she carried the luggage in her hands which was approximately 15 kgs and run towards for scanning purpose. Despite of knowing that she is a patient, no help was given by any crew. At present all her arms are swollen and she was shivering and trembling when she returned. Furthermore adding to harassment she was again made to run at gate no.16 and in panic her phone slipped from her hand and broke down. Still nobody came to help her from the crew members of the spice jet and she was not able to make call to any of her family members. Cherry on the cake was that the flight was delayed by 30 mins from the schedule time due to refilling of the fuel in the plane.
It is to inform that the passenger was given unnecessary tension, inconvenience to the passenger who is a patient and feel that the apology must be given to the passenger who is paying huge charges and still getting such behaviour.
India is mis-represented and put to shame because of such bad airlines like spicejet. I hope the management takes some action.
