Spice Jet Airlines — unprofessional and inhuman behaviour by staff at boarding counter

I had flight to cochin today at 12:25. While traveling my vehicle met with an accident. In that situation to get another cab and reach airport was very difficult. I had two family members who were accompanying me. I reached the boarding counter at 12 and explained to them the situation. But they made me move from one counter to another counter offer to take permission. I was ok with that. But after reaching counter number 41 I spoke to a Spicejet staff who was wearing specs, she was also not ready to help. I explained my situation and I told I have to reach Kerala and it is urgent. They were so inhuman and on top was telling me that why are you shouting. I was explaining my plight. They asked me to book for another flight. I still told them there is another 20 minutes. I have seen before where you have allowed passengers to board in even at last minute. I lost my money and time here. This was such a worse experience that I had in my life where I have across with worst experience from a brand like Spicejet.
