Spice Jet Airlines — unprofessional behaviour of, the staff manhandling of the luggage and uncomfortable seats as can't be recline

Fri-27apr2018, when we rchd delhi we were told to collect d luggage from belt 4 but half the ppl foud their luggage on belt 1 and 2.
While coming back i travelled by spicejet

Flight was 3 hrs late, on top of that seats were all cramped up recliner not working, was feeling cold, no blankets avlbl, asked for warm water, was not given. Found the sitcase broken on collection at pune airport.
None of my family members are going to travel by spicejet ever again, bad experience.
