I am still awaiting my refund from December 2016. its ridiculous. I have sent many e-mails to no avail. I will like to chase up some return of refunds to my account INR27, 664 and INR 17, 610 (see below)
I booked to travel with you on 24th and 26th of December 2016 and the monies was taken from my account.
When I got to the airport I had to pay for the flights again as I did not have the debit card I booked with ( I had lost it in Singapore) – was informed this is how you operate to prevent fraud
I was told monies will be returned to me within a week.
It is nearly 2 months now and still no money
I have checked my account and been online.
My Bank did inform me it could be because the card I used to buy the tickets was lost in early December 2016 and I have a new card now. The new card was ordered just before you claimed to have made a payment on 26th December 2016.
The old card ended in 224 where as the new card ends in 232.
The bank said the repayment would not have gone through and will have been rejected.
I was asked to get a tracking number from yourselves.
