I bought a ticket from Bangalore to Jharsuguda which was on 14th June 2022 and at Bangalore airport, I paid 3, 300/- rupees via credit card for the extra luggage weight.
Due to some technical issue, the flight on 14th June got delayed and I was not able to travel on that day so SpiceJet has rescheduled my flight for 15th June (On 15th-June-2022 my luggage weight was under the given limit).
But on the 14th of June 2022, only I raised the complaint to the SpiceJet helpdesk at Bangalore airport to give me a refund and they said that it will take approx 21 days to initiate the refund and I'll get my refund back to the source of payment(My credit card).
After that, I also called SpiceJet customer care more than 7 times, and every time I got the same response "We have escalated this to our backend team and they are looking into this. Please wait for the next 21 working days. You will get back your refund."
I have also written multiple emails to SpiceJet at [protected]@spicejet.com and from there also I have got the same reply.
Now more than 6 months have passed and still I am waiting for my refund. I have no clue when I'll get my money back.
