While i was trying to book my seats during web check-in, i found out that all seats except few middle seats are chargeable.
On calling the customer care representative, she informed that in the airport, we will be allotted seats but now if she helps us in doing bookings, it will be chargeable.
My questions are as follows:
1- is the webcheckin done for business or for faster and hassle-free boarding?
2 - when i am already paying an amount for my journey which should include my fare for the seat, then why am i to pay extra again?
3 - it is still acceptable if certain front rows or/and extra leg spaced seats are chargeable, but the entire flight???
