I booked the flight SG 376 / PNR: Q4PITR FOR 14.10.2020 for flying to Patna on 4th October.Along with booking of two passengers I purchased additional seat too as an additional service by paying additional payment. Seats were allotted : 1D, 1E and 1F
Today I received the msg from airlines that the flight is rescheduled by 4 hrs which was not suitable for me for my onward journey.
Immediately I called customer care at[protected] and asked for changing the flight. The customer care representative, a lady confirmed that she will reschedule the flight and allot the seat in similar manner i.e one full row of three seats.
To my utter surprise when I received the itinerary I found that seats allotted are 1A, 1B, and 1E.
The very purpose of spending money to buy additional seat is defeated and I feel cheated by the airlines staff who told lie to me.PNR is same as Q4PITR Was this information helpful? |
