I was traveling from delhi to kolkata on 05.08.2017 in your flight sg272. My baggage was wrongly tagged at delhi airport by your staff ms. Manisha. Despite i did pay extra charges for overweight bag, she did not take the care of tagging the bag with correct name. And my bag got transported to srinagar. This careless attitude of your staff costed me a lot and i had to miss my meeting and even the scheduled return flight back to delhi on the day. I had to wait till 10 pm at kolkata airport to get my baggage back from srinagar. This entire ridiculous service from your end made me land in great trouble here at kolkata. I could not attend my scheduled meeting in the city and even i had to cancel my flight for that day as i was not able to complete my work for which i was visiting the city. I would request you to take strict action the staff and even arrange for proper compensation from your end for the entire havoc that i had to go through. It was a very disappointing experience. I need immediate escalation in this entire matter and even proper compensation at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
