My battery is swollen too. Not finding a replacement battery anywhere online. Shocked to know its not available with service center too. I expected that battery should be available as its the most sought after part as there is no overcharge protection. I believe this model is one of the popular model from Spice.

You are right! The service is pathetic and they are not even taking action for a faulty piece. I still havent got any replcement on the battery.

I had purchased a Spice MI-535 Pinnacle Pro handset on Aug 26, 2013. The battery of the mobile had swollen in just two months. I tried visiting almost all the service centers in Haryana, but none of them are having a replacement battery in stock. The executives at the service centres are not at all cooperative and say that the battery will not be replaced as the phone had been overcharged. The product is still under warranty. The people at service been center say that the battery will be available in 15 days and ask me to wait for a new battery but now it has been over 5 months and still they are delaying the availability of it. It is nowhere available in Delhi. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

Same issue with 2 of my friends batteries its been 5 months and still no sign of replacement battery. I think the whole lot of batteries were defective.

Guys there is no battery available anywhere in india. Just take a suitable battery any stuck any material around the battery and use it. Spice is dead.

this is dhirendra & i have taken spice mi 535 pinacle pro mobile in june 2015.
The mobile is working well but now there is problem in battery. It is just jumping from 50% to 15% within few minutes.
I have been searching for replacing the battery. But in vein.
No body is supplying this battery.
Even i have sent mail to customer care of spice mobile. But no reply.
Seems the company is closed.
Very bad experience.
You should not take any product from spice mobile.
