Dear Sir,
My name is DEVENDRA GURJAR I bought a spice mobile hand set juest 08/08/2013 and third day handshet problem create version (S-5249 BOSS), the display of set was broken.and not proper work i went to jaipur service centre of Spice mobile to repaire it 25day ago, but still they are saying that spare parts...

    I had purchased a Android Mobile Mi-435 (IMEI No. [protected]) from Kota (Raj)..on dated 20.06.2013. I had only used 10 days its power on/off button break down 4 time & I approached 4 time at service centre, Kota on 06.07.2013, 20.07.2013, 31.07.2013 & 20.08.2013 for repairing of above for its power button break down . Last time I give above sets on 20.8.2013 for repair, the service centre 2nd time sent this set to Jaipur, till date I have not received my above sets after repair. I purchased above set only keep in your custdy ? It you, my & all users faith in future your company, so please replace aboveset and sent to me at the earliest. Thanking you

      Dear team,

      First of all note down all the details about mobile :

      Imei number - [protected]
      Imei number - [protected]
      Purchase date - 01/11/2012
      Invoice no[protected]
      Model number-mi-425

      This mobile is in service centre since 25th june 2013, but after continuous follow up, i still don't have my phone back. Now you can imagine, how pathetic and worst your service are : (My phone had some problems with screen, (There were no display on screen). Hence, i decided to submit phone to service centre on 25th june 2013. Firstly, your service centre staffs refused to take phone without even investigating. (This model is out of warranty). After begging and showing invoice to them, they have kept my phone and said, "come in 7 days".

      After that, horror starts!

      No one was picking phone in service centre.
      Call to customer care : they usually say, "please contact service centre for exact details".

      Finally, after lots of drama, finally customer care told, "your phone is ready to pickup from service centre, kindly collect it".

      When, i visited service centre on 20th july 2013, i found, touchscreen has been corrected but not fully functional and in addition to previous problem, bottom buttons stopped working : (I again spoke to customer care and they said, submit your phone and it will get fixed.

      Again same story started, call to service centre, call to customer care. Finally customer care responded on 31st july 2013 and told "you can collect from service centre" but speak to mr. Shailender first (Some staff of service centre).

      Here, one more twist arrived, when shailender said (Your phone is not turning on, but we will fix this and collect tomorrow).

      Today (01 aug 2013), i visited service centre : problems were still there (Screen not fully functional, buttons were not working) and this time body has huge scratches (Seems like has been intentionally scratched somewhere).

      The worst part is: phone was in continuous use from 12 july 2013 to 19 july 2013 (Anyone can identify from call history to unknown numbers). Ucbrowser was installed and has huge browsing history of porn websites during mentioned period.

      If this is the service, you are providing to customer, then it's better not to commit warranty on mobile phones.

      I need a new phone of same model or better instead of this phone. I can't accept this phone, which has been used by someone else in rude manner and used for browsing porn. I have family and kids at home and i know they are more sensible than your service centre staffs.

            I purchased a Spice Mobile on 04.02.2010, and it was working fine, but it gets faulty in the end of June 2010, and the particulars given below are the the incidents
            Starting July - Submitted to Services Center.
            08.07.2010 - Return back to me in the morning
            Starting August- Submitted again int he evening on the same day.
            19.10.2010- Return again to me.
            27.10.2010- Again submitted but returned back after some up gradation.
            28.10.2010- Again submitted but returned back after some up gradation.

            This process is still going on, I have 1 year warranty on my mobile and they took 4 months to rectify a problem, and during this my mobile was submitted in the service center.
            No body there is taking responsibility for this and pointing thier finger towards the Company.

            I want to bring in notice about a phone which I have purchased from Spice . I will not recommended any one to purchase Spice costly phones (i.e more then 3000) as the response after service is too poor that cannot be imagined .                 Spice — MOBILE NOT WORKING

                I HAV A SPICE MOBILE MODEL NO. QT44. BEFORE 2 MONTH DISPLAY OF THE PHONE WAS NOT WORKING THEN I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER MATHURA HE SAID ME THAT THE MOBILE WILL GO TO COMPANY AND IT WILL COME BACK AFTER 25 DAYS I WAS AGREE. AFTER 25 DAYS I WENT TO TAKE MY PHONE THEN I FOUND THAT THE DISPLAY IS WORKING BUT SIM ARE NOT WORKING THEN HE TOLD ME THAT AGAIN IT WILL GO TO COMPANY AND IT WILL TAKE 25 DAYS AGAIN I AM AGREE...
                BUT PLEASE TELL ME IS IT RIGHT. PLEASE THINK ABOUT MY CASE. EEITHER GIVE ME SAME NEW PHONE OR GIVE ME A PHONE FOR USE....

                spice mobile of india — nobody not responding

                Good evening Sir/Madam

                I A.P.Phaneendrakumar resided at vizianagaram, Andhrapradesh. i bought spice mobile D6666 At deharadun (UK) on 16/2/2012. i don't know, on what reason, that phone unable to recognize Sims networks. then i took that mobile to authorized spice service center vizianagaram on 23/2/2012. He told me that there is a problem in mobile main board hence it can be sent to Bangalore service center for repairing and recitative to back to you it will take nearly 15 day. He registered complaint on 29/02/2012 and my job sheet No.70. after 15 days i consulted so many times to that servicing center in vizianagarm. He used to say that mobile will reaches tomorrow, day after tomorrow again and again. same massage he is convening from that date to till to today(29/3/ 2012). i made so many calls to mr. Naveen, who is working in Bangalore servicing center, he is also saying that your mobile some where missed. i feel very much of inconvenience and i suffered a lot due to this issue. Nobody is not giving proper response to me. hence I want to go consumer court on spice mobile company for seeking compensation more than one lakh .i can wait on more week Before going of that i am putting compliant to you . The phone calls list and massages are avoidance to me.Nobody not giving any response. why should i keep calm. Hence i request to respond immediately and try to arrange my mobile to hand over as early as possible.

                  I have bought a spice mi435 from hot spot sonipat on 3/2/13.
                  It's IMEI no is [protected]-533
                  The day when I purchade it I am facing a big problem the set got hang so many time. I went to service centre on 9/2/13 but he was unable to solve it as he does not have software at that time. He said I have reset your set now you will not face any problem. But this set again got hanged. I infored immediately to hot spot service man & service centre person mr ravi regarding it. I have also complained on customer helpline no complain no is [protected] but no responce get from any side.
                  On 20/2/13 i have gone to spice Service centre. He has taken my set for 10 days.
                  I have received my mobile from service centre on 27/2/13. Service centre person Mr. Ravi said that my set is ok now. So i bring it at my home & started using. But when i was surfing on it on 28/2/13 it again got hanged & switch off. I gone to service centre again with set in same position. Mr. Ravi said to reply on next day. I have also talked regrading it to mr Lakwinder Singh.
                  After that i am continuous in touch with service centre person Mr. Ravi. Mr. Lakhwinder Singh through mail & phone.
                  But no satisfactry answer received yet.
                  Request you to help me to repalce my set or return my money.

                  here with I have purchased the MI mobile set from Home Shop 18 in the may month it has the following problems ,So I have sent the mobile set to Himalayan Times,A124,okhal phase II (industrial area) Near Malwa Cotton Delhi-110020.with a Govt Speed post via no.Ek[protected] dt[protected].
                  Here with they have received the set on[protected]. as we enquired in the post office, but the Home shop 18 peoples are telling that they hae not yet received the set till today.so kindly confim the above details and convey me to the Mobile no:[protected].As iam much suffering from the issue.

                      I have purchased Spice MI 355 IMEI [protected] Bill No 6584/R from Bhatia Comm & Retail (India) Pvt Ltd, Surat on dated 03/10/2012 but I continue facing problem from purchased dated. I have visited your service center and seller but not found any solution. I have done several times factory setting to resolve problems. As per discussion with you regarding mobile problem and you told me to meet Mr. Jitesh M/s Siddhivinayak Telecare, Surat and I have described all the problems and submitted mobile for 15 days but ignored all the issues except display problem but not found any solution and every problems is contained this mobile so I think you should arrange new spice mobile.

                      Current Problem Details
                      -Hanging mobile on continue calls
                      -Hanging several times without any process.
                      -Call received after few seconds even pressing received button.
                      -Calls discontinue even pressing received button.
                      -Ring continues for few seconds even pressing received button.
                      -Several times second SIM (Slave) mobile operator (Reliance) tower single discontinues without any reason.
                      -Sometime both mobile operators (Vodaphone & Reliance) tower single discontinues without any reason.
                      -Batter is running only 7-10 hr in normal uses (no internet other uses.)

                        I had purchased QT-60 SPICE mobile phone through order number[protected] dated 17 January, 2012 from Homeshop18.
                        The IMEI number of dual SIM QT-60 mobile phone are [protected] and [protected].
                        The phone has never met our expectations. The sound clarity had never been up to minimum standards. The phone was defective from day one.
                        Although after a long process, the phone was repaired but its condition remained the same.
                        I have felt very bad about purchases made by Homeshop18 and brand name of SPICE mobile phones.
                        I request you to kindly replace this phone OR refund the amount.

                              I have bought a Spice Combo of Dual Sim Phone with Qwerty Keypad-QT53 through online shopping by the name of Joyeeta Ghanty on 30th June 2012.But after buying that set I have faced problems of speaker in both handsets.The Black Handset was repaired & now working;but the another White one is facing the same problem after repairing from "ASC BILLENIUM SALES & SERVICE (P) L" (6, Chowringhee Lane,Kolkata, PIN[protected] in October'2012.

                              Now it becomes tough for me to go to the service center again & again and get it repaired because the warranty period will be over after some months but after that nobody will be responsible for the same as the one time servicing is not satisfactory and not enough also.

                              Kindly give a look to this problem as soon as possible & please replace the handset.

                                I am Chiranjeev Shukla. I bought MI-350 spice phone from hotspot,Shilp Complex, Gurukul rd, Memnagar, Ahmedabad on[protected]Bill no.[protected]. It developed touch pad problem after three months.I approached service station Devansh Enterprise, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad for my problem. They took almost 2 and 1/2 month to get it solved. But it was not completely remedied, so I had to give it back. Helplessly, atlast they replaced it with a brand new mobile (as they said) MI-415. It did not work properly even for a month and I went back. Within two months, I had to visit service station thrice, and now my phone is completely dead and they say that your phone is out of warranty and you'll have to pay for the repairs.In all, within one year I have not been able to use two of the spice phones even for three months. I doubt that in the name of new phone, they must have replaced my old phone with a faulty one. It took me hardly three months to have new faulty phone. In this case, I am not ready to bear the repair expanses, nor do I want to go with this faulty phone. Kindly manage to resolve my compliant soon or I have to resort to consumer protection service for the same.

                                    I purchased a Spice mobile (Model MI 415) through authorized store (HOTSPOT) of the company in Faridabad for Rs. 10200 in June 2012. The company and its store advertised the phone as the Android based phone with latest technical feature. Unfortunately, All my excitement went wrong when it started giving trouble during calls just after 2 months o[censored]se. Occasionally, phone went power off during the call and I need to make it on. Later, it stopped to start up and I handed over it to the Company’s Faridabad service centre on 26.09.2012 (request no. 07100217C90638) through my son. The centre was closed in first week of October due to wrong behavior of centre manager and new service centre was started at other place in Old Faridabad.

                                    After about 12 days, a person from of the old service centre called me and said that I will have to pay about Rs 3525 for the repair. I was shocked to hear as the phone is under warrantee. Actually, they declared the phone out of warrantee which was objectionable from my side but I noticed it only when they called me for approval of repair bill. I did not confirmed them and wrote a mail to their customer care. . The representative of the company talked on 10th Oct an 12th Oct and assured me to recheck the phone and call me back but they didn’t called me later.

                                    I regularly followed my case through mails, phone-calls and personal visit to service centre. In reply to my first mail, I was assured to by the service manager to revert back after checking the case but nothing was been heard after that. The person taking on calls at the previous service centre talks in almost abusing language and refers to contact the company and the new customer centre. It is frustrating and disgusting the way company service centre deal with the customer. Lastly, I requested their service manager to return the phone without repair and they returned it on 9th Nov. after one and half month. The phone is without any fixing screw and it contains lots of scratches. I took the phone under protest.

                                    I am writing this mail to you with good hope to take up this case through your channel. There may be many like us who are suffering due to company’s bad service and customer’s mal-treatment.

                                      Sub: Complain letter for Money back instead of mobile

                                      I have purchased Spice Mobile (Model No. M9000) from “Jay Mataji Mobile Marketing”, near “Patravali Hotel” at Surendranagar, Gujarat, India. And since I purchased this mobile, I am feeling lots of dissatisfaction. I have sent this mobile (M9000) for Video and Projector repairing to the “Service Station” at Ahmedabad about six (6) times since I have purchased but I got unrepaired mobile. After that Service station given another Old mobile to me and yet again the same was there. And after some days it just went hanging without any damage physically. After then I sent this mobile to “Shiv Enterprise” Authorised Service Center, Surendranagar, Gujarat, India for six (6) to seven (7) days but didn’t repair there also and they replied to send this mobile again to Service Station of Ahmedabad. Now I don’t want to send for repairing to Service Station at Ahmedabad because I get bored after lots of mentally harassment from them. I faced big economically loss in my personal business due to dead mobile because it kept with Service Station since long time. I already sent legal notice to Retailer (Surendranagar), Service Station (Ahmedabad) and Head Office (Noida). Finally now I have decided that I don’t any new model of mobile and I want my full money back. My mobile kept in service station since I purchased after getting damaged mobile for two or three times. It is very sad, unpleasant and unforgettable experience with your mobile Distributer, Service Station and Head Office.

                                        I bought a HTC desire C from spice retail ltd.B1-1,B block, Community Centre Janakpuri-1100058 on 19/10.2012, bearing receipt no. 13945.The IMEI no of the set is [protected][protected].
                                        First of all the set given to me was a useless piece it only worked properly upto 23rd October.Secondly when I was buying this set Mr, Ishmeet Singh, the store Manager assured me that no processing fees would be charged on me if I get it converted into 6 emis using my hdfc credit card.I did so on his verbal assurance but after three day from buying I got a message from hdfc bank that a processing fee of rs 299/- has been levied on me, when I enquired from bank in this concern I was told that the spice retail has not requested for any waiver of processing charges. From then onward I am looking for Mr. Ishmeet Singh but he is untraceable. I left my mobile no and requested your staff to ask him to contact me but uptill today nothing that sort of thing has happened. uptill today.
                                        This shows that how your staff cheats the customer by making false promises just to sell their product. My request is to please look into the matter and talk to Mr..Singh and help me out in waiving of the PF charges. ,
