i have purchased a spice made mobile hand set model S-580 on dated[protected] fro spice dealer at srinagar kashmir . mobile developed a fault an d become non functional. i visited the authorised service centre of spice mobiles for repair ment under warranty on[protected]. after 10 days on[protected] when i visited the service centre for collecting my hand set . they said it is dead and can not be repaired ,i refused to take away hand set without repairment which is still lying there. when i enquired why they will not repait my hand set . they said my hand set has broken inside due to falling on ground which is totally baseless. they have tampered my mobile handset as there are unexperienced mechanics . i therefore request to ur good self please give me justice as the irresponsible and negligent behaviour of the spice service centre in srinagar have wasted my time and troubled me. Dear Sir,
My name is Nitin Gupta I bought a spice mobile hand set version (c-5300), the display of set was broken. i went to Agra service centre of Spice mobile (Verma Communication, Shah Market Agra) to repaire it two month ago, but still they are saying that spare parts of this version not available in company.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased spice M-4580. Since last couple of weeks, I am unable to view all call logs (which we get by pressing calling key of master sim) which is making my life very unpleasent. When I press that key, I get the pop up/ warning saying "EMPTY".

Every time I have to see the last dialed call or missed call or received call, I have to go all the way throug menu list.

Please suggest proper solution or from where I can get this sorted.

and after the one month of purchasing i am continuously facing the problems i am also comlain to your jhansi service center but they are not solve my problem the comlain date is 18/11/09 they are loded a soft ware also but the is at it is same and at this time and i gave my mobile to your service center but they are not return my mobile so please solve my provlem.

humne mobile 14nov,2009 ko rohini ,delhi se kharida tha,jo ki jb se hi battery back up,mobiles button,display in images etc.hum ashok vihar industrial area service cntr bhi gaye thae,to unhone har bar softwares new download karke diya or kaha is baar yeh sahi kaam karega,but still its persisting problem.so they said to contact mr.sanjeev,to whom we contact so many times via calls-not response,sms-7/12/2009(6.41pm),10/12/2009(8.44 am)

then we logged a complaint on toll free no also so they said somebdy will contact u asap thru phone,then no call when we call so they give us RSM contact no.now they are saying submit ur mobile ,but we want to purchase any other handset not killer again,in regard this we write a mail to site also very time just they give us contact no of sanjeev,to whom i dnt want to contact because he is not responsible may be,he didnt pick any call,its wastage of time, i m studying in rohtak so its very difficult to conatct every time or else they give new refefnce no.now recent ref no-SC0912193

My name is Ashish Amatya. I bought a mobile handset of SPICE (D-1100) (IMEI NO. [protected]) on OCT.09, 2008, through Hotspot (Shop#10, New Market Malviya Nagar -110017) for Rs.13500.

After using it for 6 month the hanset had some sofware problem. I contacted the service centre of SPICE MOBILE (Hotspot -K-32 Lajpat Nagar ,New Delhi ) and submitted them my handset on June 16,2009. They worked on it and when checked by me on July 4,2009. The handset was not working properly and had the same problem. According to them they forwarded the handset to SPICE.

On July 6,2009 they again forwarded the handset to SPICE. They claimed that this time the engineer used the handset for 10 Days himself after rectifying the problem. When I checked it again at hotspot in august It was not working. The mobile was not switching off, was getting hanged and the problem was increased.

On Sep 3,2009 the handset was again sent back to the sr. engineers in Spice. Even we talked with one of the sr. managers and requested him to replace the handset in Octber and requested to increase the warranty period. Also wrote a Letter to him in this regard.

It has been more than 3 months we have not heard from them (SPICE). On calling them they do not answer as we try to contact the engineers or the managers. Now on Oct 9,2009 the one year warranty has also expired.

Please look into the matter and do the needful. And also let us know the procedure of lodging a complaint in CONSUMER COURT.

jo ki under warranty period mai hai, spice service center jane par sahi response nhi mil raha hai jab bhi service center par contact karta hamesha new date dete hai aur kahte tab........ is me mera bahut time waste ho raha hai...... plz help me soon..........

I am using spice m-4580 handset. I got a message from Airtel that you are using invalid IMEI number.please solve this problem...

I recently purchased Spice Mobile D-6666 and there are two issues which I noticed with the software:
1. The Audio player only detects songs stored in the phone memory under "My Music" folder. As per the manual, it should automatically detect songs in "My Music" folder on Memory Card. I have tried manual update of Album but that doesn't work.

2. There is no option in settings to assign Hot-Dial functionality, though it has been mentioned in the manual.

P.S. I am using Reliance CDMA UIM with the set. I am aware that few of the functionalities get disabled due to it. But the above two issues occurred with two Sims in the set as well.

I have A spice Mobile Model: D88n purchase on[protected] Which IMEI No. [protected] in varanasi
after 5 month using mobile not work properly. than i go to service center they say software problem and solve that but after few days mobile not work properly(outgoing not going and incoming is also failed, and processing slow phone book not open and cdma uim network not work.and set heat after using 3-5 minute ) Than I go again to the service centre then they say service provider sim problem then I use that sim in other company set network work properly. Then service centre take the mobile and after a day give me and say problem solve. After few days mobile not working. Then I go service centre and give the mobile for service they take the mobile for 10 days. After that the problem not solve and create new more problems such as:

1. mobile not deduct the UIM
2. processing slow
3. phone book not open properly and take time to open
4. key pad light not work properly
5. voice problem
6. etc.

So please help me to solve these problems.

WORST MOBILE PHONE PURCHASED FROM HOTSPOT MOBILE SHOPEE ON 14.07.2009 MEID A100000C733467F C-5300. BAD QUALITY CAMERA, VOICE CLARITY, WORST OF ALL BATTERY BACKUP AND SUDDEN SWITCH OF PHONE.

I am Chavan P D. I have purchesed the Spice M4580 handset from Surabhi Mobiles Nigdi pune 44.IMEI No of that handset is [protected]. My purchase date of handset is[protected]. But unfortunately within 4 days I occured the problem regarding display of the handset. I submitted the handset for warrenty claim on the date[protected]pm,at A2Z Services Chinchwad Pune.Work order no is-SMH256409A00127. From the submission date till today[protected] I do not received my handset. Also they are not ready to replace that handset and also not repairing as early as possible. Also representative of service centre do not give proper responce to me and every time give new date. So i am very disturbed and what can I do now? I have purchased spice Mobile phone D88n last year.

All these days its working fine.

But b4 one month, I got a call from MY service provider idea saying that my Phone has got invalid IMEI and will not work with Idea after November 30th.

It happened the same way and from today the phone is not supporting any GSM sim.

I also observed that the phone is sowing IMEI numbers ,
If we dial *#06# =[protected]

but there is a IMEI number in the mobile chip =[protected]

this chip number is registered with spice website and its showing the online warranty info of my mobile even.

It is illegal to sell a mobile with 2 IMEI .

I want to sue SPICE for this and also in TOrts as i have loosed one of my business transactions because of this problem.

The toll free help support can’t help on this issue.

I PURCHASED A ORIGINAL SPICE MOBILE WITH BILL AND WARRANTY FROM SOCIAL ELECTRONICS, MUMBAI SAMACHAR MARG, FORT. INVOICE NO. 9885 DT: 18-12-08. THE MOBILE SERVICE HAVE BEEN STOPPED BECAUSE OF INVALID IMEI NUMBER.
THE MOBILE HAS TWO NUMBERS ONE PRINTED ON THE BACK IS [protected] AND ONE THAT COMES ON THE SCREEN IS [protected]. MY HAND SET IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. DONT KNOW WHWT TO DO, PLEASE HELP

I have Spice mobile. I used this mobile since last 1 years. Now, as it is dual sim cdma/gsm phone , now my GSM sim is not getting registred in the mobile. every time i insert the sime i get message SIM REGISTRATION FAILED.
Please, help me to ractify the problem. so that I apply Restore Factoor Setting application but i get message ENTER PASSWORD. I dnt Know password. pls help me ractify the problem.

My Spice mobile has IMEI number [protected] written on the back of my mobile AND ESN 0AE5A00D. But, when I pressed *#060# on my mobile it shows, it shows IMEI = [protected]. I checked both the numbers on http://www.numberingplans.com/?page=analysis&sub=imeinr and found that the one which was written on the back side of my mobile is correct but the one which I got from *#06# is not valid number.

Now, as it is dual sim cdma/gsm phone , now my GSM sim is not getting registred in the mobile. every time i insert the sime i get message SIM REGISTRATION FAILED.

I had purchased spice mobile model No.D88n on 21/01/2009 from ur store at the Dobson Road, Howrah711101 (W.B.).
The IMEI of the Mobile handset as given on the package box is [protected]. However the same is shown as [protected] on request being sent to the number *#06#. Kindly explain for the discrepancy if possible.

Again, as its a dual sim mobile set i was using Reliane CDMA as well as Vodafone GSM mobile services from the handset. Howerver since 1st of November,2009 my Vodafone sim (No. [protected]) is failing to register for non registration of IMEI no. of the handset though the Reliance CDMA sim is still working. Since then I visited your Mobile Store a number of times to seek remedy to this but to no avail as none of your store persons entertained my problems and showed no co operation in this regard. This is causing hazardous to me.

Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful and revert back to me on this no. [protected].
