i have purchased a spice made mobile hand set model S-580 on dated[protected] fro spice dealer at srinagar kashmir . mobile developed a fault an d become non functional. i visited the authorised service centre of spice mobiles for repair ment under warranty on[protected]. after 10 days on[protected] when i visited the service centre for collecting my hand set . they said it is dead and can not be repaired ,i refused to take away...

spare parts not available not in market

Dear Sir,
My name is Nitin Gupta I bought a spice mobile hand set version (c-5300), the display of set was broken. i went to Agra service centre of Spice mobile (Verma Communication, Shah Market Agra) to repaire it two month ago, but still they are saying that spare parts of this version not available in company.
Please do the needful ASAP

Unable to See All Call Logs

Dear Sir,

I have purchased spice M-4580. Since last couple of weeks, I am unable to view all call logs (which we get by pressing calling key of master sim) which is making my life very unpleasent. When I press that key, I get the pop up/ warning saying "EMPTY".

Every time I have to see the last dialed call or missed call or received call, I have to go all the way throug menu list.

replacement of mobile

i had purchased a mobile of spice company model number M5252 on 18.07.2009 from jhansi and the IMEI number of handset are this:-

and after the one month of purchasing i am continuously facing the problems i am also comlain to your jhansi service center but they are not solve my problem the comlain date is 18/11/09 they are loded a soft ware also...

Bad After sale customer service

Hi Sir,

My name is Ashish Amatya. I bought a mobile handset of SPICE (D-1100) (IMEI NO. [protected]) on OCT.09, 2008, through Hotspot (Shop#10, New Market Malviya Nagar -110017) for Rs.13500.

After using it for 6 month the hanset had some sofware problem. I contacted the service centre of SPICE MOBILE (Hotspot -K-32 Lajpat Nagar ,New Delhi ) and submitted them my handset on June 16,2009. They worked on it...

Media Player not detecting songs in memory Card

I recently purchased Spice Mobile D-6666 and there are two issues which I noticed with the software:
1. The Audio player only detects songs stored in the phone memory under "My Music" folder. As per the manual, it should automatically detect songs in "My Music" folder on Memory Card. I have tried manual update of Album but that doesn't work.

2. There is no option in settings to assign Hot-Dial...

All these days its working fine.

But b4 one month, I got a call from MY service provider idea saying that my Phone has got invalid IMEI and will not work with Idea after November 30th.

INVALID IMEI NUMBER

I PURCHASED A ORIGINAL SPICE MOBILE WITH BILL AND WARRANTY FROM SOCIAL ELECTRONICS, MUMBAI SAMACHAR MARG, FORT. INVOICE NO. 9885 DT: 18-12-08. THE MOBILE SERVICE HAVE BEEN STOPPED BECAUSE OF INVALID IMEI NUMBER.
THE MOBILE HAS TWO NUMBERS ONE PRINTED ON THE BACK IS [protected] AND ONE THAT COMES ON THE SCREEN IS [protected]. MY HAND SET IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. DONT KNOW WHWT TO DO, PLEASE HELP

I have Spice mobile. I used this mobile since last 1 years. Now, as it is dual sim cdma/gsm phone , now my GSM sim is not getting registred in the mobile. every time i insert the sime i get message SIM REGISTRATION FAILED.

Dear Sir,

My Spice mobile has IMEI number [protected] written on the back of my mobile AND ESN 0AE5A00D. But, when I pressed *#060# on my mobile it shows, it shows IMEI = [protected]. I checked both the numbers on http://www.numberingplans.com/?page=analysis&sub=imeinr and found that the one which was written on the back side of my mobile is correct but the one which I got from *#06# is not valid number.

Sir

I had purchased spice mobile model No.D88n on 21/01/2009 from ur store at the Dobson Road, Howrah711101 (W.B.).
The IMEI of the Mobile handset as given on the package box is [protected]. However the same is shown as [protected] on request being sent to the number *#06#. Kindly explain for the discrepancy if possible.

Again, as its a dual sim mobile set i was using Reliane CDMA as well as Vodafone...
