My spice mobile purchased on 14/02/2016 though online
Battery model no - sdob03
My mobile battery is not working properly
If i use for few minutes it is getting down no more stand by
I think major problem in battery
So i request you to please change my battery or repair as per your protocol as soon as possible.

I hope you will rectify the above issue...

I bought smartl phone xlife-m5q+ having imei1 [protected] from m/s north india top company rewari against invoice no. nitcdrh/drh/01/2016/6029264 dated 2nd january 2016.
I m facing the above said problem & visited thrice the service centre smart services sector 32b chandigarh as per below details:

1. given on 21.03.2016 & got back on 02.04.2016
2. given on 13.04.2016 & got back on 21.06.2016
3. given on 27.06.2016 & got back on 02.08.2016

After spending 4 months with your service centre phone problem is not rectified, consequently as a customer i am getting harassed & am not able to use this phone for which i paid rs 3999.00.

I am so much frustrated with the poor quality of product & services that i m making my mind to lodge a case in consumer court against you.

I have purchased Spice - Xplor-525Q Mobile just 3 months ago. Now I am facing battery power backup problem. Just 2 hrs battery is working and then its shutdown. I have tried to complain on customer care no. :[protected] it is also wrong, I complained on customer care email id, but it is also wrong and nobody replied. What I have to do. Please advice. Dear, i have purchased my spice mobile xlife-m5+, from homeshop18, and found touch problem with in 7 month, i call service center, the suggest me to handover this phone at center b'cas, they have to send at spice h. O delhi.

They register my set on 26/6/2016, and send to h. O. Now they are not giving any reply and advice to discuss directly spice company.

I found web for spice as mention on spice job card which is not open.

Now i m very scars for my phone. Service center not responding.

Guide me for this problem.

May mobile give service station for display problem service station give 20 days and give my mobile retn to ok but after 15 days my mobile give problem in touch scree 2nd time

my spice mobile mi-451 automatically Install many apps .those apps are not good.my mobile camara, Gallery, & many Function automatically deleted.
please solve my problem how to restore missing software.Main problem in my handset is some virus type of software are automatically installed and i have uninstall the software after some time these type of software again installed now show your memory is low and handset in now hang problem. now i have remove handset battery then restart the handset. So, Please totally clean and format my handset and install latest updated software.

I have purchased a mobile from spice model no. As above in the month of july 2015. But after 6 month the camera of same mobile is blur. I have submitted the mobile for repairing on 01.04.2016 to authorized service centre name a. R. Telecom shop no. B-6 basement rajendra tower, dampier nagar, mathura with service request no. 24101117g40007. The service centre assure to me expected delivery within two week. But now one and half monter hs already passed i don't received my phone duly repaired till to date.In this matter i have chase my times to service centre and toll free no. And registered a complaint no. [protected]. But the company and service centre not take me serious and i think i lost my phone. Kindly take sympathetic action in my case and oblige.

I am having the mobile set of spice model no. xlife 431q and my phone screen and display is damaged and i got it repaired from the spice center located in rohtak for 1500 and in 4 hours again the screen and display is damaged so plz replace the set or repair it for free of cost.

the phone was purchased on 5th of january 2016
i request you to repair my phone as soon as.

I gave my phone (With imei no. [protected]) to my nearest spice service centre on 13 march 2106 for cleaning of screen dust and camera dust.
I was told that it will be returned in 10 to 15 days.
1 week later i got the message that my phone is available to collect. But when i visited there they told me that the motherboard was damaged during the service period so they will have to send it back for repairing.
Now, after 2 months i got a message on 1 may that my phone is available and when i got there to take my phone they told me that another phone has been sent for me.
When they showed me the phone, it was a very old phone i refused to take it.

Now i just want to say to the company to return my phone in a week or i will go to the consumer court and if you cant return it i am ready to accept a new phone of the same model with all the travelling expenses beared by me in these two months.

Consider this as a notice from my side.

नमस्कार मेरा नाम संदीप धमीजा है। और मैं दिल्ली निवासी हूँ। मैंने 25 जून 2015 में फ्लिपकार्ट से spice का एक फ़ोन model no. Mi-498H Dream UNO H android One लिया था। फरवरी 27 2016 को उसमे software की दिक्कत आई और मैंने ये फ़ोन spice के service center जो की जनकपुरी नई दिल्ली में है वहां जाकर दिखाया। क्योंकि मेरा फ़ोन अभी warranty period में था इसलिए उन्होनें कहा की मुझे ये फ़ोन सर्विस सेंटर में छोड़ना पड़ेगा जो की 21 दिन के बाद मुझे मिलेगा। मैंने 21 दिन तक का इंतेज़ार किया पर मुझे फ़ोन नहीं मिला। इसके बाद मैं लगातार service center में फ़ोन करता रहा पर वहां से मुझे हमेशां एक ही बात सुनने को मिलती की अभी इस फ़ोन के पार्ट्स हमारे पास नहीं हैं। 28 दिन के बाद मुझे सर्विस सेंटर से फ़ोन आया की आपका हैंडसेट ठीक होकर आ गया है आप आकर ले जाएं। उस दिन तारीख थी 25/3/2016 मैं सर्विस सेंटर गया और जैसे ही मैंने अपने हैंडसेट को switch on किया फ़िर से उसमें नेटवर्क की दिक्कत आ गयी और हैंडसेट नहीं चला। और ये सब वहां service center में ही सर्विस सुपरवाइज़र के सामने हुआ। मेरे हैंडसेट को फ़िर से चेक किया गया पर वो ठीक नहीं हुआ और मुझे फ़िर से कहा गया की मुझे ये हैंडसेट फिर से सर्विस सेंटर में छोड़ना पड़ेगा। और साथ में ये भी कहा गया की इस बार इतनी देर नहीं लगेगी आपको हैंडसेट करीब 10 दिन में मिल जायेगा। इसलिए मैंने 25/3/2016 को फिर से अपना हैंडसेट सर्विस सेंटर में छोड़ दिया। आज 20/4/2016 है 26 दिन हो गए हैं पर अभी तक मुझे मेरा हैंडसेट नहीं दिया गया। मैं रोज़ फोन कर रहा हूँ मेल कर रहा हूँ पर फ़ोन पर मुझे एक ही बात बोली जाती है की पार्ट्स नहीं हैं फ़ोन के। मैं जब पूछता हूँ की जब पहली बार सर्विस सेंटर ने मेरा फ़ोन करीब 28 दिन के बाद ठीक करके भेजा तो उसको switch on करते ही दिक्कत कैसे आ गयी क्या कंपनी ने फ़ोन बिना repair किये ही मुझे भेज दिया? तो उनके पास मेरी इस बात का कोई जवाब नहीं होता बस एक रटा रटाया जवाब यही होता है की पार्ट्स नहीं हैं अभी स्टॉक में। मैं जब कंपनी को कहता हूँ की अगर पार्ट्स नहीं हैं तो मेरा फ़ोन अभी warranty period में है आप मुझे नया फ़ोन दे दें तब भी कंपनी के पास कोई जवाब नहीं होता है या वो जवाब देना ही नहीं चाहते हैं। अभी तक spice को मैं करीब 10 मेल कर चुका हूँ अपनी समस्या के लिए पर मेल का भी कोई सटीक जवाब नहीं आता हमेशां एक ही जवाब "we are looking forward to your complaint" बस इसके आगे कुछ नहीं ना ही कोई मेल ना ही कोई फ़ोन कंपनी की तरफ से। मुझे लगता है की भारत में कस्टमर का सही अर्थ है जो कष्ट से मर जाये वो customer यानी की "कष्टमर" । कंपनी ने मुझे इस हद तक परेशान कर दिया है की मैं निराश हो गया हूँ। ये सब कुछ harassment जैसा है। हारकर और निराश होकर आपको लिख रहा हूँ। मुझे पूरी उम्मीद और विश्वास है की आप मेरी इस समस्या का कोई निदान करेंगे।

My handset is getting unfornately error

I have deposited the mobile for repair model no.517 to Nanak telecom, ambala Cantt.on 23/03/2016.The reason was an oily spot on touch display.once called after a week, they gave me reply that spice did not have the same touch screen.so it will take another few days.Now after a week I couldn't receive any intimation about my mobile. Please pay proper attention to my complaint. Thanks .Reply me as soon as possible . My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

I bought dream uno from flipkart and only after 5 months it stopped working and given to spice service centre at janakpuri new delhi on 29/02/16 complainant no. 30101456g20478 but till date haven't received it back nor any reply from the company and service centre person is trying to threaten and intimidate saying phone nah i milega jo karna hai kart lo seems they have no fear of any governing authority so beware of flipkart and spice.

Purchased this phone almost 2 years back... Nd ... Battery got damages after 7 months o[censored]se...
..i contacted customer support nd they talked very rudely as if ...i hd not paid for this device... They said battery will be provided after 1 month...that too very proudly... ... I m totally fed up with spice service... Nd... Now i m using... Battery of micromax..
With some fitting nd packing...

I purchased spice mi 535 in Dec 2014 . The performance of the phone is good but it is still on Jelly bean 4.2.1. While all the mobile manufacturer provide software update to all of their flagship devices and popular handsets. As a flagship device spice mi 535 should get lollipop or at least kitkat update. It disgusting not to get even kitkat update for a flagship device of a company and it makes spice mobile unreliable for customers. Nipan Sarma, Guwahati, Assam, India

After 15 days of purchasing both the mobiles having problem in their touch screen after complaining to noida headquarter they take charges to solve the problem after 2 days again problem is creating now they are not want to listen the problem.
