Pre booked meals on PNR XFMH3A for 3 passengers done during web check-in on 3rd Nov 22 was not served by flight attendent, They said ur name not in list and not mentioned on boarding pass, I paid Rs. 1020 by my icici credit card on 3rd Nov at 8.45 to 8.50 p.m with transaction details [protected]. So kindly do needful to refund the amount and reason for not serving meal on board flight.

    Add 0n meal service paid but not reflected on ticket-meals denied

    I bought ticket for Delhi-Goa-Delhi tickets ( Ist leg PNR M891KI travelled on[protected] and return leg PNR UFCFKD travelled on[protected].I purchased Rs.525 add on meal service for both ways. The meal was reflected on outbound journey ticket but not reflected in bound journey ticket, but the meal purchase amount of Rs.525 was shown in the ticket price.     Hi,

    I had booked 4 flight tickets for Bangalore to Pune flight no bearing (SG 615) on 11th may 2022 Wednesday, the flight was supposed to depart at 9.15 am and it got delayed by 1 hour after we boarded it saying there is a technical error in flights navigation system again after sometime they told us to deboard as the flight got cancelled and they informed that there is no immediate alternate flight flight available on the same day, so we were asked to cancel the flight, they told we will receive a full amount refund of the ticket within 10 working days, after continuous follow up and complains its been 5 months now still we haven't received a single rupee so I am registering this complaint hoping that i would get my money back with interest as told earlier by the customer care executive spice jet .

      I have booked a ticket to Dubai from kochi on 09 12 2022 and the PNR is TGY9VQ. Ticket was booked on 04 11 2022.Within few hours after booking they have sent a mail that the flight is rescheduled from 15.40 to23.15 ie a delay of 8 hours.This is not acceptable to me and I have decided to cancel the ticket.Now it is shown that about rs 4500 is deducted towards cancellation charges.The cancellation is not at my instance but due to the issues of the airline.Also it is advertised that if the delay is more than 6 hours full payment will be refunded.In this case delay is 8 hours and I am entitled for full refund. So permit me full refund and i should not be penalised for selecting spicejet for a journey.If full amount id is not paid I will be approaching consumer court and you will have to spend more.

        I have traveled to Dubai on 29th Oct by Spicejet (PNR-U8BHFI). My bag was damaged when it arrived at the Dubai Airport. I have attached the complaint raised at Dubai Baggage Claim Airport with damage bag pictures attached for your reference.

        I have raised a consern with Spicejet and they are offering 1k for the damage as compensation however I cannot but a bag here in Dubai for 1k.

        So can you please look in to this concern and revert

          Refund of cancelled ticket

          The Spice Jet ticket (PNR : O9W4HS) was cancelled on October 7, 2022. The payment for this ticket was made by Debit Card.

          Initially Spice Jet sad that they will refund the money within 21 working days. I find that they have put the refund amount in Credit Shell ! I had not requested for Credit Shell at all.

          We received numerous calls on our mobile asking for bank details but we declined to do so without proper...

            Hi team,
            Spicejet team informed me 10hrs before that my I will not be allowed to board the flight and asked my to take alternate flight to original destination after 2 days. Since I had to travel urgently so they diverted my flight and gave me flight to alternate destination. My original booking was till Gwalior but they gave me flight till Delhi and Now I'm asking them to compensate me and pay for my travel, stay, cab charges which I had to bear to travel from Delhi to Gwalior. I paid almost INR 9500 for my flight to gwalior which I booked more than a month ago but they gave me flight till delhi which is comparatively cheaper. Please help me getting my due compensation. I have raised complaint with spicejet over calls and also I have sent them multiple mails but they are not helping me at all. Can you pls help.

                I was booking flight from Jaipur to Varanasi on 20th oct 2022 but transaction was failed and ticket was not booked for ID OQRTDGR8.
                Its been more than a week time and Despite of several reminder the spice jet has not refund my failed booking money INR 34023.                     Dear Sir/Madam, I've made a flight booking on 14th Oct 22 for Shiridi to Tirupati with PNR: FJVYQB. Initially I've chosen Spice Flex Fare with Free Seat and 1 Meal and it got charged me INR 22, 923 incl a Convenience Fee of INR 1, 050. Later within 24hrs I've changed my mind and changed my booking from Spice Flex to Regular Saver with No Seat Selection and no Meal and I was shown a refund of INR 2, 520. Even after a week I haven’t received my refund and enquired consumer support regarding my refund, consumer support replied back to me stating that it was a reprising error and it was adjusted now. Reprising was done with a convenience fee of INR 2, 100 and adding the remaining amount to Flight Fare.

                      Spicejet ticket cancellation || Refund issue

                      Hi,

                      I had booked 3 flight tickets from Guwahati to Kolkata for 30th Dec 2022. PNR is V8Z3TL. I have booked it under the passenger names: Indrani Sharangi, Anirban Manna, Chandraja Biswas in the number [protected].

                      I get a message in the morning stating that the flight has been cancelled. I have raised a refund request already. Now, everywhere on the internet I see that SpiceJet has done this countless times:...

                      Hi,

                      I was supposed to travel from Delhi, Indira Gandhi Internal Airport, Terminal 3 to Bagdogra on 14th October 2022 at 6:30am with SpiceJet flight no. SG-8903. I reached boarding gate at 6:20am since I saw final boarding in TV screen and there was no announcement from SpiceJet regarding the same. Once I reached the boarding gate, I was denied boarding when one passenger bus was still waiting. Ground staff signaled bus to go and mentioned no passengers left.
                      When I checked with staff why we were not allowed to board on bus, they mentioned "we cannot send entire bus for just two passengers.". I asked for transfer to next flight. which was also denied by SpiceJet staff.
                      My luggage was deboarded from plane.
                      I had to book another flight which costed me 3x times booked cost.

                      I am looking for refund of my money from SpiceJet.

                        I traveled from Goa to Mumbai on 10th October 2022 via SpiceJet Flight no SG 452
                        PNR no CJFETR

                        On landing, my baggage was completely Damaged. I raised the complaint with the Customer Care executive at the Airport.
                        Report Reference Number BOMSG2202903D.

                        However, I received the following response from them

                        “SpiceJet assumes no liability for damage of fragile articles agreed while signing the LRT.

                        Please note that the articles inside the baggage were in good condition.

                        My Complaint is that you have damaged my bag beyond repair. The bag is not a fragile item.

                        You are requested to kindly assist me at the earliest.

                          Dear spicejet,

                          I am following up on my baggage that did not arrive along with my flight from Riyadh to Delhi. After approaching the spice desk helpdesk at Delhi Airport, I was told it was off loaded as the aircraft was overbooked with luggage. As advised, I filed a baggage irregularity report and got stamped it with custom clearance. I was assured that the baggage will be delivered to me within 2 days and was provided a contact number ([protected]) to call in case of any delays. It has been 5 days and I have no information regarding the baggage. I have called the number provided to me multiple times with absolutely no response. I also called the spicejet customer care and was told there is no record of the missing baggage against my PNR!!

                                I bought 15 kilos extra baggage before flying from delhi to Bagdogra for 6750 rupees. The transaction went through but it did not show in the spicejet systems so had to pay another 8250 rupees in the airport. Its been more than two weeks that i have been trying to contact and reaolve the case and get my money back. Even after the proof through my bank statement and the email sent to me by the bank, the customer relationa keep sending links to fill the reasons.                                   I tried to book a ticket from Mangalore to Dubai on 27th September 2022.
                                  I paid the amount with CVV and OTP. An amount of AED 2082.7 immediately got deducted from my credit card and the final page showed that there was an error in booking ticket. No PNR was generated.

                                  I immediately called customer care 3 times who said the money would be auto refunded. I then emailed nodal officer who said it would be refunded within 10 working days, upon following up they said it would take 20 working days.

                                  Last time i faced the same issue, and the money was refunded after a year after following up so much.

                                  Please look into this as i have been charged in my current credit card statement.
