It was found that spice jet mostly using one slogan that Due to Technical issues flight has been cancelled and block the Refund Amount for next 21 days I have a question Can spice jet given Amounts with Intrest If no than immediately refund amount without any one minute dely like Faster Deduction of Amount

And refunded is only 26584.00 what is reasons for deducted amount kindly note that
Flight get cancelled their own personal reasons where is my fault . I need to your attention

          Spicejet rescheduled the flight so I chose to cancel the booking, I was eligible for a full refund but the refund was not issued even after a month.

            We paid an amount of INR 800 on SpiceJet website for seat selection on 4th of Aug 2022. Transaction ID[protected] / [protected]. The payment was done against the PNR number - G9J9GC - Flight no - SG 8937 - Pune to Delhi, departure on 6th Aug 2022. We tried emailing several times to SpiceJet but they are not responding on any emails. also call center number is always busy keeping us on hold for long time. Please take strict action on the same

              The flight was cancelled by Spicejet and still they have not given us the refund

              Written so many emails over the past 16 months but they reply we are

                I was traveling by your SG51 flight on 28/08/2022. My PNR was MYZPWS. When I reached Dubai, I come to know that my and my co-passangers bag locks were compromised and broken and 5000 dirhams from each bag were stolen. Online complaint through your agent on the Phone is also lodged, Complaint No. is 10134099 & 10134122.

                  Yes I came from Varanasi to delhi from flight no-9951, date 26august. First the flight got delayed then staff was so rude in the flight. The ac was not working, when we asked the attendant about the ac they rudely said that let the flight get started then it will cool but the flight got started and got landed the ac was same and attendants were so rude and shouting.

                      I flew from Dubai to Amritsar through Spicejet and my luggage was handled with so carelessness that it got torn out and made a hole in the bag. Now its of no use for me. I again have to go to Dubai and for which I need to buy a new bag. My luggage was also insured by blue ribbon bags. When I made a complaint at Airport then Spicejet's staff denied to accept my complaint. When I dropped an email then got the below response by Spicejet:

                      "It was brought to our notice that the issue was not reported on the termination of your journey at Amritsar".

                      I have informed that my complaint was not accepted by your staff at duty during my landing. Then I got the below response:

                      "We request your cooperation in understanding that we cannot assume liability for normal wear and tear (scratches, torn zippers, straps, wheels, handles, scuffs, dents, soiling or manufacturer defects)"

                      Now it clearly means that our luggage is not secured with spicejet. They can make scratches, torn zippers/straps, damage wheel, handles (without which bags are not re-usable for an international trip).

                        This is regarding a couple of failed transactions that occurred while I was doing web check-in (on 3rd August 2022) for my father's (Mr. Bhagwan Das) trip with your airline on 4th August 2022. The amount of Rs. 349 got debited twice without successful web check-in.

                        Flight details:
                        -Flight no. SG-242 (Kolkata to Mumbai)
                        -PNR: J7MC6V
                        -Passenger Name: Mr. Bhagwan Das
                        -Date of journey: 4th August 2022

                        What actually happened?
                        I tried adding an aisle seat (Seat no. 18D) and Spice Assurance twice during the web check-in on SpiceJet's website on 3rd August 2022. However, both times the amount of INR 349 (seat selection-INR 300 + Spice Assurance-INR 49) was debited from my UPI linked accounts without successful web check-in. Finally, I opted for Auto Check-in.

                        These transactions of INR 349 each are detailed here (Transaction Date- 3rd August 2022):
                        1. Payment via Amazon UPI (Linked to my Axis Bank A/c ending with 1585): UPI Reference ID[protected]
                        2. Payment via Paytm UPI (Linked to my ICICI Bank A/c ending with 9649): UPI Reference ID[protected]

                        After raising the issue, I was provided with a link (from [protected]@spicejet.com) to share the transaction details. I filled and submitted it. Then, I enquired the same via their Twitter DM, I was told that the transaction details have been received and the amounts will be refunded soon.
                        In fact, I was provided with that link thrice and three case numbers have been generated:
                        1. Case number: 10092756, generated on August 3, 2022
                        2. Case number: 10092703, generated on August 4, 2022
                        3. Case number: 10095879, generated on August 5, 2022

                        There has been no updates on any of the above case numbers.
                        And since then, I have been patiently following up with their staff without any fruitful result and they just don't seem to care about their customers.
                        In fact, they have been just giving hollow assurances since the past 22 days with generic responses on Twitter DM.

                        I kindly request you to look into the matter and do the due diligence to refund the amounts associated with the aforementioned failed transactions as soon as possible.

                          It has been 28 days since my failed transaction of a flight from delhi to bagdogra and no refund has been made. My Spicejet complaint ref. no: 10080483

                          They asked me to wait for 3 days first, then later for 10 additional days. Now they are not even responding to emails.

                            The Flight SG 945 srinagar to Mumbai on 20th Aug 2022 supposed to depart at 1:15pm and land at 4:10pm. But it departed at around 3:45pm and reached at 6pm. PNR NCWRHW. I had another flight from Mumbai at 6:45pm. Due to this delay I missed the next flight. Also there was only few checkin bags arrived, in which my bag was not there. Waiting for bag took 15min just to make sure bag is not there and give address for the delivery. I had to book another flight for 7000 rupees. It was horrible and horrific experience when you travel alone and the staff only says this is the best we can do and not helping to catch another flight. I understand that safety is first but who will pay for loss occurred? I had to wait in airport for 12hrs for next flight who will understand the tension caused to the parents.

                              This is regarding the flight from Dehradun to Pune dated 25th July 2022, which was cancelled by Spicejet. The associated PNR is D8SFJS.
                              The flight was actually rescheduled by them to the next available slot, and we were allowed to cancel it if we wanted. In case of cancellation, they promised a full refund within 21 days. But, we have not yet received any intimation from SpiceJet about the same, even after the period of 21 days has passed.

                              Can we get the refund plus the interest amount applied to it as soon as possible? If we don't get any reply on this, we will have to approach the court for registering a legal complaint with them.

                                I have booked a flight on Spicejet from GAU-CCU. I have booked a direct flight of 1.15hrs duration which got rescheduled to 18hrs trip. I have requested a full refund for the booking but have yet to receive anything.

                                  I hv a flight from Pantnagar to Delhi on 16 th aug. we reached airport and found out flight was cancelled bcs of less passengers. We hv other connections flight from Delhi also. Spice jet person easily told us abt cancellation and refund. Bcs of ths irresponsible company we hv to cancel all my other flights and book innova from Pantnagar to Dubai, spent 10, 000 Rs. For cab also bought another ticket on the spot from Delhi to Ahmedabad, which is cost us 30, 000 more then r original ticket. Who is responsible for my ths money? No one called us or mailed us abt cancellation. Bcs of spice jet I hv to paid 40000 Rs extra and face lot of trouble. Spice jet hv to pay for reimbursement.

                                        I am koyel Banerjee, I had a ticket from Kazi Nuzrul Islam airport at 9.55 pm time Andal to Chennai airport on 18/07/2022. whose PNR no -HH37PK, my mother Shampa Banerjee for whose treatment we had to take an appointment. And fit to travle or flay, prescription. But your staff and doctor did not allow us to go on the flight. We are very harassed with that sick person. But your employee gave us a commitment to return our money within 7 to 14 days. We were 4 passengers 1-Krantimay Mandal, 2-Koyel Banerjee, 3-Shampa Banerjee, 4-Kuvam Mandal . They said they will refund all o[censored]s. Then we left there. Then we contacted the airport authority Spice jet, they just promised us. So far we haven't received the refund. My mother is a sick person who only depends on her pension. Sir, judge my complaint with humanity.
