Spice jet flight got rescheduled. Different options are available but they are not responding to change the flight.

Waiting time in customer care number is more than 1/2 hr. Still in wait.

    Take off time was 10.20 AM but now it’s 10.55 AM and still all the passengers are sitting in the flight waiting for takeoff

      I am koyel Banerjee, I had a ticket from Kazi Nuzrul Islam airport at 9.55 pm time Andal to Chennai airport on 18/07/2022. whose PNR no -HH37PK, my mother Shampa Banerjee for whose treatment we had to take an appointment. And fit to travle or flay, prescription. But your staff and doctor did not allow us to go on the flight. We are very harassed with that sick person. But your employee gave us a commitment to return our money within 7 to 14 days. We were 4 passengers 1-Krantimay Mandal, 2-Koyel Banerjee, 3-Shampa Banerjee, 4-Kuvam Mandal . They said they will refund all o[censored]s. Then we left there. Then we contacted the airport authority Spice jet, they just promised us. So far we haven't received the refund. My mother is a sick person who only depends on her pension. Sir, judge my complaint with humanity.

          Hi Team,

          Hope you are doing well. Please be informed that I had never faced such an exp with any flights till date.

          Below is the concern highlighted-

          The tickets which were booked earlier for Aug 13, 2022 - were higher/equivalent as compared to the tickets which were booked yesterday - for date change. Attached are the snapshots along with tickets attached for Mar 11, 2023. Then why I had been requested to make additional payment.

          I had sent an email on Aug 9, 2022 with the query - why the payment is not made. However, I have sent the same message again. The Query no is 10112528 & 10101914.

          Highly unprofessional service and no one of your executives are understanding the issue and providing any solution.

          Yesterday I waited for almost 2 hours over the call with no resolution - People who interacted were Riya, Kunika and some other lady ( which I do not recall the name).

          Can anyone look into this issue & resolve ASAP.

          Today, I had a word with Yukti & Nitin and the same thing is happening - ( waiting for almost more than an hour wherein Nitin has guided to sent an email along with snapshots enclosed)

          I am so sorry to say, it looks like you are cheating your own customers. Highly irritated with such behaviour and never expect a brand like SpiceJet - will do such cheap tactics.

          If I do not receive a call back from the concerned team in the next 24 hours, I have no option rather than filing a complaint legally against SpiceJet unprofessional behaviour.

          Below is the concern highlighted-

          And now I have received an email from your service executive Ms. Richa at 2.36 pm today asking me that she will hold the tickets and will cancel if the payment is not done within 24 hours. Such fraud & cheating can only be expected from Spice jet team & executives.

          I really need a call back from the team at the earliest to help for the same.

            The airline cancelled the flight without any updates... after reaching airport in the morning at 5 am, I was kept waiting for 90 minutes... neither anything offered to sit at ease nor reimbursed cab fare...in case 1 kg extra luggage, they charge exorbitantly without having any humanity and morality...at the same time, they are absolutely inhuman and their staff is reckless and indisciplined in handling customers... they should be polite and humble while dealing such kind of issues which of course arise at their end only... wish I could never ever fly with such reckless airline and inhuman people...

              I have booked tickets from dubai to kozhikod in pandemic time and flights suddenly cancelled then rebooked three times accordingly. details below

              PNR Numbers of booked tickets. YBR7TM, NI8Z8R CEIEVA
              Booked on February 28 2020 - travel date June 08 2020
              ( airline cancelled ticket 3 times )
              total amount to be refunded: 36106 INR

              I have been calling and sending number of emails but got replies like please wait we are solving your issue. I have been following up every week but there is no reply and refund is not made yet.

              I'm really upset with matter they are not refunding the money for no reason, DGCA & Supreme court clearly stated in the press release to facilitate refund for unused credit shell amount.

                Hello, I am Sakshi Iyangar, I have recently travelled from CCU-DEL on 13/08/21, PNR no.- HK3CQB flight, I have not yet received my luggage even though it was promised by spice jet staff that I would be receiving my luggage the following day by another connecting flight, no baggage tag or information has been provided even after asking numerous time regarding my luggage. I have visited Delhi airport more than 3 times and no initiative has been taken from the staff and they have just been telling me to wait and I have also sent a mail and contacted customer support as well but I've received no response from spice jet. It has been over 48 hours and I still have no received my luggage. I need it, it's important. I have been continuously visiting delhi airport and had my mom visit Kolkata airport as well but spicejet is not informing any details, all they are saying is they have sent the luggage to delhi, but no information has been provided for my luggage.

                  My name is Anitha Sesetti. I am writing this email in regards to refund of my Spicejet tickets (Pnr No. : J5LQSB) I have bought a SPICE Flexi fare ticket which enables me to receive refund and a low cancellation fee for 5 passengers aged 74, 70, 70, 47 and 21) which I have cancelled 3 days ( 6th July)before my travel due to COVID. I have done an RT-PCR for myself(47) and my son(21) (Australian Citizens) as we live in Australia and wanted it for health insurance. I have emailed customer care on the 7th of July requesting for the refund. I have taken Rapid Antigen Test for the remaining senior citizens as could not take them outside for a test.
                  I have submitted the documents also. But I was only refunded a part (Rs 2310 amount out of Rs 20, 615. I have emailed the team case number 10049100. I did not receive any information. I have spoken to customer care and she put my case as priority and said to wait of a week. It has been 15 days and yet no reply so i wrote to Nodal Officer and requested you to kindly look into this matter. The Nodal officer replied me back that they can give me only vouchers with specific conditions like vouchers will be issued under my name and have to use it by 180 days and that only for myself and my son as we submitted the RT-PCR test documents.
                  I have emailed them back saying the vouchers are of no use as I have no plans to come to India for another 2 years.
                  The Nodal Officer have asked me to email Apellate Authority. They have also messaged me with the same reply.
                  I would like you to please look into this matter.

                    I am Raman Preet Kaur, I have booked 2 Spicejet Flight tickets from Jaipur to Amritsar (Return), via Make my trip- Booking ID was- NF7UV4MONV197H1J0383. I have a series of issues with this flight, I will try and write in sequence and will also request you to kindly consider my situation and take the action accordingly.

                    1) To start with I booked the ticket for 13th Aug, from Jaipur to Amritsar, the return was on 15th August, I planned it well in advance, i.e. 1st Aug, and booked the ticket accordingly. The amount paid was Rs. 23258/- . One of the major reasons for booking SPICEJET FLIGHT was direct connectivity.
                    2) FYI, as our plan was confirmed, I booked a room for 2 nights, Paid around 6000 Rs. for the same - which was non-refundable.(if required would share the receipt of the same)
                    3) Now the series of trouble starts, I got an automated call from Spicejet on 7th Aug, one week later, saying that due to operational issues, our flight was revised to the next day, from Jaipur to Amritsar (via Delhi), so now the date has changed and entire travel time has come to a total of around 14 hrs, morning 6:25- 20:50 pm. Our first thought of booking a Spice jet flight was a mere waste of time now.
                    4) Anyways, cause I didn't have any option we agreed to change our flight, with an additional cost again, Rs. 500/- extra when I did the web-check in, because, I had to select another additional flight seat as if this was by choice.
                    The above flight PNR was JFRMNN

                    ** Here if you remember I had already booked the hotel which was non-refundable for 13th Aug*

                    5) As a responsible person, I did the web check-in for all the flights, the one where we were returning back as well, Amritsar to Jaipur on 16th Aug, PNR- X7Q77Y

                    6) Another shocking news was on the way, On 11th Aug, I got a call again, that due to operational issues, YET AGAIN, our return flight was rescheduled to 18th Aug 2022. 16th Aug to 18th Aug, WHY???
                    The option of cancellation was not included here the auto call message said, to take the new boarding pass and go to the spicejet link, I had NO OPTION for cancellation, with FULL REFUND. This was not a valid thing at all.

                    I tried canceling the flight from the SPICEJET portal itself, and the total amount that it shows is RS. 4474/- only. Now, this is again not acceptable.

                    I have loss of money, my time, and my peace. Just FYI, even calling at customer care did not help, no one is reachable.

                    I am deeply unsatisfied with the services of SPICEJET.

                    I have already raised a complaint with MAKEMYTRIP, I can share the complaint number if required.

                    I demand compensation for more than just my canceled flight amount. I have also written a mail to SPICEJET nodal officer, did not receive appropriate response.

                    Hoping for some response. and entire refund of my cancelled flight- PNR- X7Q77Y.

                        Repeated Sir,

                        I am writing my complaint related to Spicejet in regards to non refund of refunds against cancellation of PNR - M8T6GS

                        I have cancelled the tickets because the airline has changed the departure date and also deducted Rs. 5500 against the ticket and the balance amount was credited in the credit shell account. I was forced to cancel the tickets as the departure date has been changed and preponed. Even after this they have not refunded us the refunds on cancellation of tickets.

                        I have emailed to [protected]@spicejet.com but no satisfactory response from them till date.

                        This airline is cheating the customers and even not paying the refunds.

                          How long v shud wait as i have planed by business meeting according to flight timing
                          And this flight takes 1 hour to resolve problem All my business plans got ruined how i ll come over with this loss.
                          Who will pay for my loss
                          Techinal team is not professional i think so.
                          I never thought i will go through with this where i have to bear this late timing and my business meeting loss because i do not have any other option to be there.

                              here are the details

                              PNR:-SIBU5U
                              Case number: 10060277
                              Flight SG 3326 GWL to BLR on the 17th July was cancelled and we were rebooked on the 21st which is an untenable resolution.

                              A support case - Case number: 10060277 was lodged
                              To which attached response was received, where I was communicated that refund would be credited back in 20 days.
                              Even after the expiry, the amount is not yet refunded and hence this complaint.

                              Kindly help in the resolution.

                                  I was travelling from DXB to PNQ on 9 August 2022. While doing the check-in my baggage was all ok. But while receiving at the PNQ airport the handle was not working. I was told that it is locked will be ok once all the luggage is removed from the bag. I tried doing so but discovered a bent in the belt which is why it's not working.
                                  Hope to get a reply as soon as possible.

                                      I made multiple attempts to book ticket from Delhi to Chennai. SpiceJet would debit ticket amount from bank but failed to issue ticket during each of attempt. I reached out to them multiple times for refund. HE4HHD / A9W2XC / EC7B6G / DHBCVX are my reservations.So far it’s been 80 days from date of booking and I haven’t received my refund. I always get a standard response from Customer relationship team about technical glitches and I will get refund once it’s resolved. Team never cared to explain glitches and provide ETA. It’s terribly disappointing when SpiceJet doesn’t provide appropriate resolution and it’s on customer to follow up and continue with mental agony to obtain refund.

                                        I was trying to book a flight ticket for two people from GAU to IXS on the SpiceJet Website on 5th Jul 2022. I entered all the flight and passenger details. Then, I entered my card details and made the payment of Rs 10, 062 using my debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but after the webpage reloaded, it was in the flight search page and I did not get any ticket nor any booking confirmation through email or SMS.
