Respected Sir/Madam,
i booked a ticket for 2 passengers in Spice Jet, 1 name is correct and the 2nd name was written wrong instead of another name, within 15-20 mins i contacted Spice Jet through Mobile Phone, but they rejected to change the name according to the Policy of Spice Jet, as a human beings we do some mistakes due to work load or something else but within no time we tried to recognize and correct it, but you(SPICE JET AIRLINES) are not giving a chance to correct it. how far it is true, at least you(SPICE JET AIRLINES) have to give some period of time to modify the names. otherwise we will be in a victim position, but you(SPICE JET AIRLINES) people getting the benefit even for our mistakes.
