Sir, I have booked two return tickets for Pune- Goa-Pune, Departure 08.09.2016 and return 13.09.2016. Booking is done on 12thAugust, 2016. I have received PNR number K5YK3C however I have not received e-ticket so far which normally we use to get immediately.

    Hello team

    This is with regard to missing baggage complaint reg spice jet flight


    We have boarded spice jet flight from bangalore to vijayawada on 28th july thursday

    Flight no sg3309

    Our pnr are as per below
    4 passengers
    Cdggkh and p74c4m

    We have checked in bangalore with 7 bags for 4 o[censored]s total kgs are 62 kilos

    However at destination in vijayawada we received only 6 bags and total kg we received was 56 kg
    We have one bag missing and the approximate weight of that bag is around 6 kg
    We already reported same problem at vijayawada and bangalore airports to respective spice jet authorities

    I even requested spice jet authorities to allow me to see the cctv in bangalore airport and i was allowed to see the cctv footage
    I can clearly see that i have submitted 7 bags in the video and the staff of spice jet have missed to tag one bag while issuing boarding pass and that bag is missing

    Now the bangalore staff of spice jet mr hemanth who is duty manager have also seen the video that one bag was missed to tag at the counter on 28th july
    Mr hemant said he will investigate and asked for 4 days time. But after 6 days the answer was the bag is not found

    There are very important things in the bag. Need your support in tracing the bag
    There are few brand new 3 silk sarees worth of 10000 rupees

    Primarily i am only interested to get my bag back
    As there are lot of important and personal valuables
    If that is not possible i would request the spice jet authorities to compensate me for the loss of valuables

    Ladies anklets worth 15000 rupees and other items which value about 10000 rupees. In total overall 30 thousand rupees (approx)

      Hi,
      This is in regard of spice jet flight i boarded on 26th july 2016 with booking number fmn1rmk1twy. The seat i was given was had no leg room at all, being 5'11 and severe ankle injury, i had to fold my legs all the along the journey of 2hr 50m, i even asked to change my seat, it wasnt available.. Ive flown earlier with indigo as domestic and other international flights, never had a bad experience like this. Even the seats were worn out and many shaky moments came. If sum up to all, it was dreadful experience.
      Will never suggest anybody to go for spicejet.

        Reference to the said subject matter, i was travelling with my family on 2nd july from dubai to trichy. The ticket was booked very early with meals.
        But the meals were not supplied to my kids and family. My kids were starving and i asked the cabin crew with the ticket why meals was not given and she replied that you and your family name is not in the food list. So that we cannot supply the meals.

        Kids were suffered lot and this is not acceptable at all.

        While i have approach the cabin crew, her face expression and her reply is very rude. I have asked the crew, your attitude is so bad with the passengers, she replied that last 24 hours she did not sleep.

        The same issues was happening with several passengers.

        The cabin crew were in service sector shall be train for good service and better approaches. I don't know the crews are having these.

        Why we have to pay so much money and travel with your flights.

        The above matters are completely against the consumer laws and iata regulations.

        Now the airline says that they returned the amount 57aed to my agent. But i kids and my family were suffered a lot due to the said matter. I need the proper compensation.

          Dear sir,
          I had booked four tickets o[censored]daipur to mumbai direct flight of spicejet sg 635 leaving udaipur at 1435 hrs n reaching mumbai at 1555 hrs at 11th august just before few weeks a representative of the company called me that the flight is cancelled and i was directed to a new flight on 11 th august which departed from udaipur at 945 will land in jaipur in between and will reach delhi at 1245 hrs after that i am directed to catch a connecting flight to mumbai at 1545 which will reach mumbai in 2 hours. So instead of reaching mumbai in 3 hours it will take 9 hours for me to reach mumbai which is injustice on me and my family.
          Sir, i would request you to take strict action against this airline and it's management and please ask them to make some arrangements n book my tickets in some different airline like indigo which departs at the same time in the afternoon according to my original bookings.
          They had offered me a refund of the amount i had paid but if i book a ticket in a different airline now, the price of each ticket is more than double. Sir, this airline first lures it's customers by offering tickets at discounted rates and before few weeks of the journey they tell you to take a long flight of 9 hrs for a short distance from udaipur to mumbai which is hardly 2 hrs.
          Please take strict action against this management so that they cannot take other consumers for toss and request them to make arrangements for a different airline as soon as possible.

            We were travelling from kolkata to pune at 6:55 am in the morning of 9 th august 2017 via sg 517. All passengers were boarded by 6:45 am with announcement done. But then at 7:00 am attending air hostess said due to some unavoidable circumstances they are delayed by 20 minutes. Later at 7:30 they didn't announce any thing. On personally checking one attendant said captain reported sick and now they are getting another one. They dont know what the status is on this.
            Correction the flight number is SG 514.

              Respected Sir/Madam,

              i booked a ticket for 2 passengers in Spice Jet, 1 name is correct and the 2nd name was written wrong instead of another name, within 15-20 mins i contacted Spice Jet through Mobile Phone, but they rejected to change the name according to the Policy of Spice Jet, as a human beings we do some mistakes due to work load or something else but within no time we tried to recognize and correct it, but you(SPICE JET AIRLINES) are not giving a chance to correct it. how far it is true, at least you(SPICE JET AIRLINES) have to give some period of time to modify the names. otherwise we will be in a victim position, but you(SPICE JET AIRLINES) people getting the benefit even for our mistakes.
              Think Once

              I hope you will consider my suggestion and try to execute it for give a chance to correct or change the name.

                Spicejet has not refunded the amount for CANCELLED PNR X8JCSM, delhi kolkata sector since past 2 months .

                The refund transaction by Spicejet on 14/6/2016 had failed due to closure and had gone back to Spicejet account . However, now they are refusing to refund the amount any longer and just going around in circles.

                They have been given alternate accounts, all bank related documents were submitted multiple times as proof.

                However, till date they have not acted on the same and done any reconciliation with their bank from their side .

                Already 25+ mails were exchanged, but no senior officer EVER called or received the call FOR HELP from their account department when contacted.

                  I had been selected by so called SpiceJet company and the interview was over the telephone and a person called Rajdeep from Delhi called me as I was told.He took my interview on 2ND of August, 2016, and from then on till now I have received mails from his head Sanjay Sharma, on the letter pad of the company and this fellow Rajdeep abused me in bengali and told me that I cannot apply to any other airlines just because I refused to pay 25000 asked by him and apparently his boss. He also stated that I'm blacklisted from the company and cannot apply to this company again.I want strict action to be taken against Rajdeep and Sanjay Sharma and want them terminated from their job forever with immidiate effect.                     I booked a return ticket from bangkok to chandigarh and return.
                    My booking no. Is pnr:- qe9z8u. The airlines changed the schedule and offered a refund. It is already 1 month. I have not received my refund. Whenever i send an email or call from thailand to india they keep asking the same question. They said they have started the processing of the refund and i shall get in few days but again they sent me the email regarding my bank account no. Again and again.
                    I have provided them all the details several times but no action has been taken.
                    Please could you look into the matter.

                        Dear team,
                        I have booked my ticket on[protected] at 11pm for am amount of 8721. At 11:10 pm i needed to cancel the same due to passenger name change. After a mail chain between spice jet customer care crew they did not allow me to get full refund and finally they have initiated refund for 4446. Since i have booked my ticket with army concession that person will not be allowed to travel with other's name. This spicejet team has acted very stupidly and charged for 50% of cancellation amount. This was the first time i booked through spicejet and got very bad experience.

                            Hi,

                            I booked the tickets for the chandigarh - srinagar flight for 31st aug 2016 and return on 6th sept, 2016. Today i received the text message that the flight has been cancelled due to reasons unknown. When checked on the website, the flight is running between delhi and chandigarh. I booked my hotel in advance. Now, when i will go and cancel the hotel reservation, cancellation charges will be applied. Who is going to bear that? Shouldn't i be getting compensation for the same. I understand spice jet has informed me well in advance, bt hotel owners will apply the cancellation charge.

                                  I booked a flight in early june 2016, to fly from varanasi to hyderabad on july 24, 2016. At that time i tried to pay for excess baggage but i kept getting a message that "this.. Is not available." i tried 2 more times with the same message. I tried again at the airport before checking in and got the same message. I showed the message to the checking agent but he still charged me the at the airport rate for my excess baggage. I paid rs. 7000 which is more that the cost of the ticket.

                                  Then the agent insisted that i pay in cash because their credit card machine was not working.

                                  Before exiting the plane the cabin crew announced the wrong baggage claim, so i waited at the wrong carousel for 30 minutes before i decided to inquire again.

                                  After landing the gate staff would not allow anyone to leave until we produced the boarding pass.

                                  At no point did any of the staff apologize for all the mixups.

                                    How the calculation of 7 kg allowance made laptop bag with laptop + hand baggage.
                                    Is it very clear that laptop with bag + empty cabin baggage (As per their specified cabin baggage size mentioned) itself will come around 5 kg without any stuff.

                                    Hence, please take action in this regard same as earlier for cabin package allowance 7 kg excluding laptop.

                                    They are making rules as they like without any consonant or good relationship with customer or public difficulties.

                                    I feel this is one kind of cheating or fraud. This was happened me at tuticorin airport.

                                      I had booked the spice jet flight 2 times and both times, it was delayed by 2 hours. Firstly it was bangalore - delhi (During aug.'15) and then delhi - bangalore (2 jun'16 - flight sg143). Both flights are night 8 timing but they take-off by 10:15.

                                      We come approx. 120 minutes before scheduled time as per guideline but after that we receive delay messages and sometimes no information about the status. This causes problem to all passengers and is worst for the senior citizens. Like my father (Age-71) was travelling alone, for him whole travel was tiring because instead of 12 am, he reached home by 3 am. No food or refreshment was provided.
