Dear friend, I was trying to book tickets from Delhi to Bangalore. on website http://www.spicejet.com/ I made payment using credit card, payment went through and booking failed. I was afraid to try again. There customer service is so bad, it is more than week they have not resolved. Bad parts there customer service asking questions like CVV/expiry date makes me feel the ethical issue as well with employee of spice jet. Why do they need cvv and expiry date. God save spice Jet and their employee

Myself Shivakumar Sudalaimuthu want to lodge a complaint on spicejet for cancelling the flight SG 401 without prior intimation to the passengers. This caused highly inconvenience with loss of energy and time. When we reach the airport expecting for our flight, the spicejet executive told us that the fight has been cancelled. We asked the spicejet executive 'why have you not informed earlier'. They said the SMS and E-mail has already been sent to us. but we have not received any such SMS or E-mail. We came to know that the flight has been cancelled only after we reaching the airport. This is our PNR no: REL32R. One of from us is a senior citizen who could not walk, We carried her all the way from home to airport to catch the flight. We are highly disappointed with their service. Kindly do the needful in lodging the complaint.

I have booked my flight ticket to board flight SG 422 for travelling from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 6th Aor 2015. On 31st Mar I got a message from the Customer care that my flight stands cancelled and I need to contact the Customer care to book another flight with the airliner. I have called the Customer care on 31st Mar and 1st Apr but there was no personnel to attend my calls. Hence, I had no option but to book my ticket with another airliner. After this horrific experience and the helplessness, I just wanted to know if at all the airliner is going to refund the money for booked ticket and if they give in how many days. I booked tickets from Delhi to Srinagar in September 2014 for travel in March 2015. The flight was scheduled to depart at 8:40 AM on March 29, I completed the web check-in on March 27 and had the seat numbers etc. issued to me. 12:09 PM on March 28 I recieved an sms that said that my flight is changed to SG160 to cater to summer schedules. I called the helpdesk and was told that the flight is full and that I do not have any flights available. The earliest they can offer me is April 4. This has caused huge losses in cancelled hotel bookings and it seems like a fraud run by Spicejet to siphon off money from unsuspecting customers causing them mental hassle as well as financial losses. Request you to take action against them.

This is to inform you that I, PNR No.R3D7QY, had booked two round trip tickets from New Delhi to Sri Nagar on 30 March, 2015, following which I got an email from Spicejet in answer to my query on the status of the flight, saying the flights have been cancelled. Since then I have been trying to contact the Spice jet Customer Care but there is no response as result I am left in the lurch. I have no information on the alternatives to the cancelled flights SG-223 and SG-224 for 30 March, 2015 and 03 April, 2015. I have already wasted a lot of my time and energy trying to contact Spicejet. Kindy do the needful so that I get information at the latest on this so that I can plan and manage my trip properly. I booked round-trip tickets for my travel to Coimbatore from Chennai (23rd of March to Coimbatore and 25th of March to Chennai). The only reason for booking those tickets, despite my friends warning me not to, was an offer that was in place on the day when I booked the tickets. As expected, I got an e-mail from Spicejet on the 15th of March stating that my flight to Coimbatore has been cancelled due to operational reasons. I booked a bus ticket to Coimbatore for my journey. I was hoping and praying that my return ticket to Chennai should remain good and not get cancelled again. God did not answer my prayers! I got a call from a Spicejet representative on the 24th of March (few hours before my journey to Chennai) stating that the flight to Chennai has also been cancelled due to "Operational" reasons. I am not mentioning the trouble that I had to go through to find an alternate way to reach Chennai. I have two things to say to the SpiceJet team, 1. I know that your company is going through crisis, that doesn't mean you should let your customers share your burden. 2. WHY THE HELL DO YOU ANNOUNCE OFFERS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE INTENTION of letting the customers benefit from it? I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I WANT IT NOW! Why should I wait for 30 days to get my money?

I had booked a Spicejet flight from Kochi to Hyderabad and back on the 11th of December. However, when I reached the airport on the 16th for my Kochi-Hyderabad flight, the flight was repeatedly delayed and eventually cancelled. Since my return journey was dependent on me going there, I asked for the return journey to be cancelled too. The guy at the airport counter took my ticket, wrote "full refund" and stamped the ticket. Turns out the Spicejet people marked me as 'No Show' on the return ticket, and have refused to refund that amount. It turns out that after multiple calls, emails to customer care and emails to the appellate authority, they have only refunded Rs. 5, 424 out of the overall ticket bill of Rs.13, 319. I've been waiting for the balance refund for the past two months, and receiving no response from Spicejet, I decided to post this here Sohil

Dear Support Team, This is really too much unfortunate to say that my ticket was cancelled on 16th Dec, 2014 by Spice jet without any prior intimation. The Spice Jet authority told us that the whole amount (no deduction will happen as the flight was cancelled by flight authority, not by the traveller) would be refunded within 10 working days. But 3 months has gone. The refund has not been credited still now. Kindly credit the amount. Do not do the fraud.Booking Reference No : [protected], Airline : SG-324, Airline PNR : TCR5MK Thanks Tanudbhaba Majumder Cont: [protected] Mail: tanudbhaba.[protected]@gmail.com / [protected]@ymail.com
What can you expect from a Chor airline? Maybe, when they say 10 days, according to them 1 day is actually equivalent to 30 days. Probably that is the scale they are using to calculate the time required to pay back the passengers their dues. Already, the passengers are at the receiving end of all their delays, rescheduling, cancellations, and then even getting back the money. What I am asking is, why do we have to pay immediately when we book, why cannot the same rule be made applicable to these giants? The moment they cancel the flight, it should be mandatory that they pay as instantly as they charge us when we book. Also, when we delay, we are stop from traveling and we loose all our money by they calling it " NO SHOW". Why not the same stick be used for the flights when they delay? Same when we wish to reschedule the flight, we are charged real heavy, like almost the fare of a new booking; why not the same treatment for an airline when they reschedule our travel? I ask, why different rules for the passengers and different rules for the airlines? Is this fair? Whenever a passenger reaches a little late at the counter, or needs to change the date or time of ones previous booking, or need to cancel ones booking, there must be a genuine reason for anyone to do that. No one does such things on purpose. Why will anyone book for nothing as booking is not free. We need to pay even the last paisa of our fare. From the way the airlines speak and have set rules for themselves, which are totally and completely selfish and self centered, it looks like they only fall under unavoidable circumstances and we the people are some folks from outer space who can never be falling under the influence of any unavoidable phenomena of this world, be it natural or man made. Despite given the privilege to look after their great selfish selves and we, the passengers, are treated like some piece of garbage, these great business typhoons still find themselves reeling under debts of Billions of Dollars and counting! What a shame and disgrace! Why can't these business magnets just close down shop and walk away knowing they failed themselves and the people, instead of hanging around and coming out with offers to cheat and fool people. Haven't they heard enough or they are not listening to the different types of troubles and inconvenience, we the people are put to, simply because of their greed and self-centeredness. And what is our great government doing about this and the govt authority who is responsible for the airlines operations????? Change the way, the airlines industry is operating, make them pay the way they make us pay instantly and for every change. Then and only then, will there be discipline and everything will operate properly. The rules that the industry is governed with, is only painful for the passengers and nothing for the airlines. They are not held responsible for anything, therefore their ruthless attitude and inhumane behaviour and operational tactics and disregard for the passenger's tragedies. We should all rise up and demand a check on such rubbish business tactics!

Hi, I am Raghunandan, What a pathetic customer care team you have. executive by name Shailendra Singh, Emp ID : 631214 supported me so badly and rudely. Customer calls with problem and customer support team does not have courtesy to transfer the call to their manager. Is this the customer service. I booked the ticket from Chennai to Bangalore on 23rd May 2015 for 4.10 flight. Transaction was successful money got debited from my bank account however I did not receive any reservation details so, I Placed a call to customer care and spoke to executive Shailendra Singh he was so rude and declined to transfer the call and lastly he hung up the call, I will never travel with Spice jet again and recommend by friends and colleague also not to travel pathetic customer service. Refund my money back immediately.
Why do people still use this sick airlines? everyone is facing this rude behaviour from these people and the CEOs and founders of the airlines, no idea where they live or where they come from. They just don't bother about any reviews. All they are interested in floating lakhs of cheap tickets, pocket the money as they are in huge debts and forget about flying any flights. I don't know why the govt or the airline authority is still allowing such people to operate. What is the airlines authority of our great country doing with such plagued airlines??????????? Shame on everyone involved!!!

PNR NO:- L46DVV My SG-487 BOM-CCU flight which was scheduled on[protected] at 0835 hrs was rescheduled to 1945 hours which is disastrous for my plans . I cannot go with the rescheduled flight and I want to change my booking to morning hours (Before 0900 hrs as i hace to reach CCU before 1200 noon anyhow) or else cancel my booking with SpiceJet. Your management is pathetic and your Customer Care is non-existent. I am facing harassment from SpiceJet 2nd time within 6 months and I think even Air India is better than you, at least they attend customer calls and serve well on flights too. YOU ARE DOING ADVERTISEMENT OF YOUR 3RD CLASS SERVICE ON CUSTOMER COST, ALMOST EXHAUSTING CELLPHONE BALANCE OF CUSTOMERS. Even after dozens of calls and exhausting my time and money nobody is attending calls or even calling back. THIS IS SHAMEFUL. AND I SUGGEST YOU TO SHUT SHOP AND STOP HARASSING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. I would be still grateful if you out of shame now at least refund my entire expense at the earliest. IF I DON'T GET REFUND OR ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOU I WILL HAVE TO COMPULSURILY GO TO CONSUMER FORUM WITHIN 2 DAYS AND EVEN COMPLAINT TO MINISTRY OF AVIATION. Thanking You For Your Kind Consideration in the Matter and Awaiting for an early response.

Hello, I had booked an air ticket of SpiceJet from Delhi to Mumbai(23rd January 2015) with PNR number-YYIZ8Q, and had cancelled the ticket on 21st jan 2015. After cancellation it said that Rs.1950 will be refunded in my account after 30 working days. Till date there is no refund of any amount from SpiceJet. I had called the customer care numbers, but nobody picked the call for 15-20 mins of continuous ringing. This is really unacceptable from such a big company. Please reply where the problem is and when will I get my money back. Regards, Purnima Burnwal

I had the spicjet customer service to know about my flight schedule as I had been adviced by many of my friends not to rely on spice jet as they cancel the flight without informing us and I was really in for a shock as I came to know when I called them that the flight has been resheduled to depart at 3.00pm on 29th march from Ahmedabad and no information about the connecting flight from Mumbai and we the travellers are kept in the darkness, and finally bear the consequences of both disturbances in the tour plan and monetary losses. I had booked on 05th march and now my whole program disturbed and has to shell out more money and not sure when will I get the refund.
