Our baggage for PNR R613QB for flight SG 696 were not loaded and we were told after landing in guwahati that our 6 bags have not arrived.
same was the case for many other passengers.

Flight was also delayed for 30 mins probably because they were unloading bags.
We received message that our bags were successfully checked in to flight SG 696 Screenshot of which I am attaching.

Yet on the airport on even landing they made excuse with us that we checked in late and refused to deliver our bags even when they were clearly loaded to the flight more than an hour before departure.

We were there as a tourist and 1 whole day iwas wasted because we had to stay here and wait for baggage next day and our money and time has been wasted. Also two of the people with us had their medicines in bag
there was consideration really for anything when they held bags back.

This caused us wandering around unplnned in a city without medicines, clothing and other important items, our whole plan got disturbed ahead as we were here as tourists and also caused us financial loss.

In response Spicejet just dealt it like 'it happens'
and refused to do anything about it than taking this as 'Feedback'
I also forwarded concerns to following apart from cust care incase cust care was not empowered enough than to say a script,

    Repeated Sir,

    I am writing my complian related to Spicejet in regards to non refund of refunds against cancellation of PNR - PIB3MH and R6QN9L.

    I have cancelled the tickets because airline has changed the departure airport and also deducted Rs. 4500 against each ticket. We were forced to cancel the tickets as the departure airport has been changed. Even after this they have not refunded us the refunds on cancellation of tickets.

    I have emailed to [protected]@spicejet.com and [protected]@spicejet.com but not received any response from them till date.

    This airline is cheating the customers and even not paying the refunds.

        Hi I am a student and I booked my flight under student fare which allows for 25 kg of free check-in baggage but after I had paid, my ticket only shows 15kg. I tried calling customer care but she was of no help and did not speak on the phone and stayed quiet but did not even disconnect the call. the call went on for over an hour. I am not asking for any preferential treatment as a student I should be allowed 25kg as per your own airline policy. And the customer care representative should at least have the decency to reply back instead of just choosing to keep quiet and left the phone running.

          Respected Sir,
          With high regards and reverence, I Insha Manzoor would like to apprise you sir regarding the trauma I went through by the hands of official of Spicejet at Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. Sir I was travelling from Jeddah to mumbai through Saudi Airlines and reached Mumbai airport by 3.00 am and my next flight to Sringar by Spicejet was scheduled at 5.50 am. After completing my immigration formalities I reached the Spicejet boarding counter on time. While going through the boarding process, the official of Spicejet namely Ms. Nisha Salia asked me that your booking agent has not paid for the extra baggage and I need to pay Rs. 13000/- for the same. After enquiry about the extra charges payable per Kg, I confirmed for the payment. While making the payment, the transaction declined due to insufficient balance. I asked them that I have only 10, 000 inr and if I could pay by Saudi Royals. She refused and asked me to arrange. It took me some minutes to arrange, but by that time she said we have closed the counter and cannot allow you to travel. I pleaded her rather begged her that we still have half an hour to flight and I am pregnant and need to reach home asap. But I could not melt her arrogance. I could not withstand the trauma I went through that time and I was crying asking them it could hurt my baby, anything could have happen.
          Sir, while writing to you, I am still at Mumbai Airport waiting for another flight that I booked now and schedule at 10.00 am.
          Sir, I don't have word to express the agony I went through by the hand of Ms. Nisha Salia and I request you sir to please initiate an action against her so that any customer could not suffer at the hands of her arrogance and inhumane behaviour. Further I need compensation from the spicejet airlines for the financial loss and for the trauma they inflicted on me and my Child.

            All other airlines provides their certificate on mail without demanding why u do not .. i want it anyhow.

              Hi My name is Prinesh Kizhakkumpadath.

              25 th May I canceled 2 tickets. The departure date was 30 th may, from Dubai to Madurai. Total ticket cost is 1609.8 AED. After the cancellation charge the the refund amount is 1181 AED.
              I didn't received the amount yet, still am waiting for the refund. I have the screenshot for the refund details. PNR: MDG1VW/ SG. The sad things is 2, I tried a lot to get connect the customer care no way. And am waiting for the refund amount for a along time. Plz take an action about my case. I sent emil to the custrelations team no reply.

                I booked a ticket from Singapore to Bagdogra on 20th Feb 2022. SpiceJet deducted money (149 SGD) but ticket was not issued as website mentioned that transaction with SpiceJet was not successful. I have shared the details of deduction from my bank account with spicejet team and they had mentioned that they will refund me the amount. But it has been 4 months and they have not refunded any money yet.

                SpiceJet cancelled the flight from Bagdogra to Singapore due to Airport closure and have not refunded amount even after i had made claim request for both PNR many times.

                  I made booking from jeddah to calicut dated 04/06/2022 and return on 16/07/2022 thru cleartrip and payed 1968 saudi riyal, but flight cancelled by spicejet, so i am eligible for full refund but i recieved only 1413 saudi riyal instead i pay 1968 saudi riyal from cleartrip.When i complaint tothe cleartrip they instruct me to complaint spicejet.

                    On 01.06.2022, I travelled from Delhi to Kolkata by Indigo flight 6E5219. I further took my flight from Kolkata to Silchar and landed at Silchar Airport by flight 6E 6048 on the same day, to catch my connecting flight to Guwahati through Spicejet SG8169, scheduled at 14.35 I just deboarded the Indigo flight and went to board my connecting flight at Silchar. I went for security check of my luggage and proceeded for baggage drop at checkin counter. Just as I reached my turn, the counter staff vanished and returned after 10-15 mins. I waited at the counter and Ms. Momita then returned. She was rude since the go. I wondered why she was behaving as such.
                    She asked me to drop baggage and the baggage that I was carrying throughout the trip simply exceeded weight limit out of the blue. She charged Rs. 9000 in name of extra baggage and was all the while rude. Only she knows how she manipulated weight but interestingly I wasnt charged a penny for the same baggage by the same airlines at Guwahati the very next day neither on the same day for the two previousflights.
                    After I paid by card and she let me proceed for security check, there I came to know from the airport security staff that these Spicjet staff at Silchar Airport usually do this with non locals. I was simply appalled.

                    ii. All the while she kept me waiting in the checkin hall and threatened me that she had put the flight on hold for us and would let the flight takeoff if I didn't pay even when I showed all the previous boarding passes and explained that I was carrying the same luggage under same norms on that day and had just deboarded one. Although after security when I proceeded for boarding I came to know that the boarding had just begun and there was a queue waiting. The flight had arrived late and was thus delayed and all the while she was simply blackmailing me..she had no authority to delay or hold flights.

                    iii. Silchar has a very small Airport and my family was the only one standing in the hall amidst all this mess and not once the Spicejet Station manager bothered to come and see what was the commotion about, on the other hand when we tried entering office we were yelled at. Afterall making money is good for the employee incentive, station record of extra baggage collection as well as company income.

                    iv. Even after the lady deducted Rs. 9000 she was misguiding me saying you have delayed checkin so you won't get your luggage in Guwahati but you will have to collect it 2 days later at Patna. We were so relieved to see our luggage at Guwahati airport.

                    V. When my checkin luggage was scanned glass item and perfumes were found by the scanning staff and they had instructed her to put 'extremely fragile' label on them. She didn't put it even after I reminded her and my glass items have all shattered as I found on opening my checkin luggage in patna. She intentionally destroyed my articles.

                    vi. As the other staff of Spicejet had told me to dispose some articles to manage weight and I had disposed some usables but when I asked her to recheck weight and she refused, saying checking counter had closed and she would charge me on basis of weight she had recorded earlier. I didn't even understand that it wasn't weight but her determination to penalized me that I had to pay for

                    To topup all this experience at Silchar, when I went for my Guwahati to Patna flight with Spicejet itself at Guwahati, the counter staff informed me that luggage was well within limit. Not a penny was charged here too even when i was travelling with same luggage. Spicejet also confirmed my horror that I had been fooled for Rs 9000 for no reason. Even a ticket doesn't cost as much which included charges for human weight, luggage everything.

                    I wrote the entire ordeal to the Spicejet customer service team while sitting in Guwahati to Patna flight in their carrier so that they provided the needful resolution n also tweeted to FlySpiceJet But to no resolution. Requesting the airlines for refund of my money and corrective measures for such staff behaviour

                        I booked a ticket last Sunday with PNR no JBR2KZ with Spicejet. The airlines rescheduled the the flight without my confirmation and sent me a sms to either change or cancel the ticket. I have attached a screenshot of the same, please check.

                        Post this, i cancelled the ticket on the website of Spicejet as I was not comfortable with the timing. A screenshot is attached confirming the same.

                        Since I had never agreed for the flight at the revised timing and had cancelled the ticket well in advance after receiving the SMS, I demand a full refund. I should not suffer because of the technical glitches of the airlines.

                        Please extend the necessary support to get the full refund for this.

                            We had a morning flight from Jaipur to Ahmedabad.
                            Landed on Ahmedabad Airport on time, but so much inconvenience was caused due to change in luggage belt no.
                            Moreover, a person named *Anand Yadav* misbehaved with us ( was travelling with my senior citizen parents and a small kid).
                            When all the passengers left, 4-5 passengers were standing on the luggage belt no 2 which was announced in flight. No annoucement was made later about change in belt no.
                            We didn't find our luggage on time.
                            Then a person called us to Belt No 1, where our luggage was kept. There Mr. Anand Yadav told us rudely, ' Jab aap flight se aa gye hain, to announcement kaise kare?'
                            This ill- mannered person not only misbehaved with my parents, but was also unapologetic.
                            Kindly, take proper action and train your staff what is called hospitality.
                            I hope Spice Jet Authority will do the requested.

                              Last month we had a tour of srinagar and other places.
                              While we were returning to rajkot we had connecting flights from srinagar to delhi and delhi to rajkot from spicejet.

                              There were 9 people in single PNR. my pnr no. EBP4UZ
                              Flight no. SG8374 Date.[protected] time:11:55 AM
                              and we gave our luggage at the check-in counter srinagar.
                              But a person sitting on the boarding pass counter was very busy with his cell phone and doing his work for boarding pass and baggage stickers etc.

                              I think he has not done his work properly. so after coming to rajkot we did not receive our 1- bag. We have also complained in the Rajkot office of spice jet and also sent details on whats app. Here is attached my boarding pass detail, the details of the things inside the bag and my id proof.

                              Today it has been 9 days due after we reached in rajkot still there is no response or proper feedback from spice jet airline company.

                              Please do the needful for this.

                                Spice jet muscat office has mention below that my money is refund on 1..6.2022 But still i have not received.

                                I have purchase my ticket from Net banking of State bank of India. but still i have not received refund money.

                                Muscat spice jet office showing refund amount in Omani Rial & I paid in rupees from my India account .

                                Pl. try to solve my refund issue.

                                  I booked a flight for my parents from dubai to jaipur on 8th of june 2022...flight no SG58.
                                  It was scheduled for 12.50pm...but delayed for 14 hrs.
                                  Is this how u operate ur company.
                                  Still not confirmed when it will depart...now showing 3.20am of 9th of june
                                  Is this a joke to u?
                                  And above all u checked in the luggage..so customers cant leave also
                                  Just stuck at dubai airport
                                  Pls request u to resolve it asap

                                    I added some money in my spice club account through bank transaction.
                                    The amount was later converted to a voucher without asking me and shared with an expiry date.
                                    This was done in lockdown period and expiry date was Dec 2020.
                                    I tried to reach out to spicejet for voucher extension in every possible way. But their customer care didn't even care to reply back through email or calls.

                                    The money is added through my bank account and not through any spice points or awarded voucher that they can expire. They didn't even took consent from me before turning my money from my spice club wallet to expiry voucher.

                                    This is another scam from spice jet to loot people. I need my money back.

                                    The voucher expiry date was 31st March 2021.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have booked flight ticket on may 10th 2022.due to technical issues in travolook my tickets was cancelled. Till now amount is not refund. I have called many times to travolook customer care, they are telling always next week next week. But already 1 month is completed.

                                      Till now I didn't get refund and support team also responding for the mails.

                                      Please help me, iam suffering lot for money refund. It is around 23000 rupees.

                                        Senior citizens are traveling; however, there is no option on the website for wheelchair assistance
                                        the customer service helpline, the whatsapp number, the customer service email are not responding

                                        how are senior citizens traveling alone supposed to navigate and find wheelchairs?!?!

                                        not to mention, the website is really tough to navigate around
