I have visted from Darbhnaga to Mumbai with my family on 20/05/2022 spice jet, I required GST invoice bill for the same PNR was FE8FTD,
Many times mailed and called to the customer no, also its site for gst invoice bill not working....

A concern has already been raised with SPICEJET several times that the payment to them for SPICEMAX service gave spicejet host error on website, and yet I was charged by them. Transaction details shared with them on email several times.

Every time they say it is in process. It has not been looked into yet. I have to explain the service guys several times repeating same query, and then each one of them says to wait 24-48 hours...

I booked the flight from Delhi to Goa from 11pm to 1:25am. I have a morning shift in Delhi and old parents waiting on the other end. Boarding started at 11pm. We have been sitting in the plane for 1hr and 20 mins now. Hostess is saying some paperwork is going on. Disappointing and total waste of money. Inefficient. Would like to have official concern regarding a spicejet flight SG- 3766 (Varanasi--Dehradun) which got cancelled on 23rd April, 2022.
