My sister had boarding pass and she is so young and was travelling by her self she lost her route as it was her 1st time
and she was not picking her phone so we were afraid
and they said what we can do we can’t help you
we cannot make announcement and their words were
“aap ka baccha khoya hai hum kya karre”
wt ### was that this is how they treat
their CUSTOMERs
i wish tumhari flight band hojae and u all workers cry for yours jobs

    Called customer care and got the line after 1/2 hour and he cut the call, tried second time and raised a complaint she said in 10 days you will get refund it is almost 30 days no news from them.

      Respected Sir/ Ma'am

      With due respect, I Aman Maggon S/o Dharamvir Singh,
      want to lodge my Complaint against the aforesaid persons for misguiding and misbehaving with me at the Airport, resultant I Missed my flight to Leh along with my wife and two other friends.

      Brief facts of my complaint/ request letter are as under :-

      My flight No. SG 121 (SpiceJet) was scheduled to be departure at 5:45 AM on 17.06.2022. I reached at the Airport at around 5:28 AM. When I reached there boarding gate was still open at that time but Ms. Uma representative of the Spice jet misbehaved with me and told me “kaha se muh utha ke aa rahe ho koi flight nahi hai” she wasted our time arguing with us. At that time when she was arguing with us I heared the announcement made by the staff for last call of my flight but Ms. Uma didn’t allow us to go further due to which me and my wife missed the flight along with two other friends.

      After that Ms. Uma asked us to wait upstairs and suggested us to pay the balance amount and board the flight which was scheduled at 10:00 AM. When we are waiting upstairs another representative of the SpiceJet Ms. Sangeeta very rudely asked me to leave the Airport as we do not have any alternate flight for you.

      Staff of Spice Jet behaved very rudely with me and I request you to please check the CCTV Footage of the Airport for your assurance that I have reached airport before the closing of boarding gate and dur to misbehaviour and misguidance by aforesaid person I missed my flight.

      I want you to take strict action against the aforesaid employees and refund my hard earned money spent on purchasing the flight tickets.

          I have flight on 23 june SG55 from Amritsar to Dubai which was scheduled on time 8:10 when I took the boarding pass the estimated time for flight departure was showing at 9:40am. Now at 9:02 I checked the status and it is further showing estimated time for 10:15. I already had packaged book and plan for afternoon activities in Dubai. Due to their delayed flights I am facing inconvenience and it will result in missing out things in my Dubai tour

            Address: Kolkata airport

            I had a flight SG 8252 on 19th of June.. From Kolkata to Delhi. Which the airline delayed by 5 long hours till 20th June. The head at the spicejet counter at Kolkata airport ensured me that if it is important for me to reach by 19th they will cancel the flight and refund 7500 by 7 working days. So i cancelled the flight with them and booking another ticket to Delhi with Indigo. These shameless people are now not responding to my calls or emails.. Since I booked my flight with make my trip.. They told me I won't get any refund... This is fraud.. Please help

              I had a flight with Spicejet on June 12th, 2022, I was flying from Delhi to Dehradun.
              The flight was bound to fly by 14:45 but it got delayed till 15:00 after some time they told me that it will fly by 17:00 now, and then boarding didn't start until 16:30 so one of my friends went and asked them about the status so they told that aircraft is not suitable to fly and that our flight might get canceled so we asked them to book us onto another flight, so they booked us onto 18:00 flight, but I and all my friends paid extra money for window seats especially and while booking us onto new flight they didn't consider that and gave us aisle seats, so we had to compromise both with delayed flight as well as with aisle seats, horrible experience with Spicejet, never flying with them again.

                Spicejet SG-241 Mumbai Kolkata flight on 24.06.2022 is rescheduled but neither allowing Date Change nor any reply on Customer Care (inspite of keeping hanging for long time) since 30 Hours.

                  I booked a flight ticket from Kolkata (CCU) to Delhi ( DEL ) on 22/06/2022 that is today . The flight is scheduled on 27/06/2022 at 15:30 hrs. The amount has been detected from my bank but I have not received any PNR no. Or confirmation mail. Please look into it.

                    I had booked flights for 4 passengers from Goa to Chennai on January 15 th Jan 2023 Spicejet SG521 Dep.Goa at 17.05 and arrival Chennai at 18.25 . I booked it directly on your site and 43932 Rupees was deducted as well. I have attached the receipt to your customer care email ( Case no Case number:[protected]. I did not log in when I booked and now I have not gotten confirmation from SpiceJet on my mobile or email about the booking . Please email me the details . I tried to contact customer care and no one is answering . This booking was done this morning .

                      In naukri.com, from the mail id of [protected]@usa.com the spice jet ltd has been called me for the groundstaff job .They bought me a 1700 as a registration fees and they conduct 1 test . they told me to call her after complete the test . I am also make a call to the mobile number and try contact them with the above mail id .but they didn't give any response .please help it was may 1 week salary.so kindly help me

                          Spicejet boarding time was 7: 25. And suddenly they said it is delayed for 8 Hours . They didn't inform us before.

                            I cancelled my international travel ticket on 23-May-2022. But the refund has not been processes till 20-Jun-2022.

                            I reported this issue to the below email IDs. But no solution has been provided.

                            This is really frustrating to hear the general term that "They are facing the technical issue".

                              Our baggage for PNR R613QB for flight SG 696 were not loaded and we were told after landing in guwahati that our 6 bags have not arrived.
                              same was the case for many other passengers.

                              Flight was also delayed for 30 mins probably because they were unloading bags.
                              We received message that our bags were successfully checked in to flight SG 696 Screenshot of which I am attaching.

                              Yet on the airport on even landing they made excuse with us that we checked in late and refused to deliver our bags even when they were clearly loaded to the flight more than an hour before departure.

                              We were there as a tourist and 1 whole day iwas wasted because we had to stay here and wait for baggage next day and our money and time has been wasted. Also two of the people with us had their medicines in bag
                              there was consideration really for anything when they held bags back.

                              This caused us wandering around unplnned in a city without medicines, clothing and other important items, our whole plan got disturbed ahead as we were here as tourists and also caused us financial loss.

                              In response Spicejet just dealt it like 'it happens'
                              and refused to do anything about it than taking this as 'Feedback'
                              I also forwarded concerns to following apart from cust care incase cust care was not empowered enough than to say a script,

                                I have cancelled the tickets because airline has changed the departure airport and also deducted Rs. 4500 against each ticket. We were forced to cancel the tickets as the departure airport has been changed. Even after this they have not refunded us the refunds on cancellation of tickets.

                                This airline is cheating the customers and even not paying the refunds.

                                    Hi I am a student and I booked my flight under student fare which allows for 25 kg of free check-in baggage but after I had paid, my ticket only shows 15kg. I tried calling customer care but she was of no help and did not speak on the phone and stayed quiet but did not even disconnect the call. the call went on for over an hour. I am not asking for any preferential treatment as a student I should be allowed 25kg as per your own airline policy. And the customer care representative should at least have the decency to reply back instead of just choosing to keep quiet and left the phone running.

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      With high regards and reverence, I Insha Manzoor would like to apprise you sir regarding the trauma I went through by the hands of official of Spicejet at Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. Sir I was travelling from Jeddah to mumbai through Saudi Airlines and reached Mumbai airport by 3.00 am and my next flight to Sringar by Spicejet was scheduled at 5.50 am. After completing my immigration formalities I reached the Spicejet boarding counter on time. While going through the boarding process, the official of Spicejet namely Ms. Nisha Salia asked me that your booking agent has not paid for the extra baggage and I need to pay Rs. 13000/- for the same. After enquiry about the extra charges payable per Kg, I confirmed for the payment. While making the payment, the transaction declined due to insufficient balance. I asked them that I have only 10, 000 inr and if I could pay by Saudi Royals. She refused and asked me to arrange. It took me some minutes to arrange, but by that time she said we have closed the counter and cannot allow you to travel. I pleaded her rather begged her that we still have half an hour to flight and I am pregnant and need to reach home asap. But I could not melt her arrogance. I could not withstand the trauma I went through that time and I was crying asking them it could hurt my baby, anything could have happen.
                                      Sir, while writing to you, I am still at Mumbai Airport waiting for another flight that I booked now and schedule at 10.00 am.
                                      Sir, I don't have word to express the agony I went through by the hand of Ms. Nisha Salia and I request you sir to please initiate an action against her so that any customer could not suffer at the hands of her arrogance and inhumane behaviour. Further I need compensation from the spicejet airlines for the financial loss and for the trauma they inflicted on me and my Child.

                                        I am in urgent need of travel certificate for my recent travel with spicejet on 22/05/2022 from srinagar to mumbai whose pnr is B7JY8F

                                        All other airlines provides their certificate on mail without demanding why u do not .. i want it anyhow.
