I travelled in Spice jet dated 12/03/22 Pune to Delhi Timing 6:35-9:00 Am
PNR- BF4LWA

I submitted my luggage at check in at Pune air port and when I received it back on Delhi Air port one of the wheel of my Trolly was broken.
It was the worst experience ever with SpiceJet.
Kindly provide me compensation for the same.

    My Fiancee had to fly to Delhi for some medical reason. She booked the SpiceJet Rajkot to Delhi 8:45 AM flight Fri, March, 11, 2022 and due to unusual traffic and unsaid issues she reached the Airport at 8:02 AM and was late by 2 mins and SpiceJet officials didn't allow to onbaord the flight. She tried to explain the reason behind the late arrival and also tried to explain how important for her to travel and reach Delhi on time, but staff at airport didn't even bother to listen, nor they behaved in a good manner. The way Groundstaff behaved was completely unexpected, horrible and Inhumane. It was really rude and bad. My Fiancee and I tried to explain numerous times but they didn't even allow us to speak nor they listened to us also they deliberately delayed further with no response and said we will only hear you once this flight takesoff. This was complete harassment, and we were left with no option and had to book next flight with Indigo, also Spicejet flight SG 3703 RAJ to DEL which we booked was "OVERBOOKED" and hence they didn't allow to onboard passengers who were late..They even booked the tickets for few of the passengers in the next flight with Indigo after a lot of debate and harrasment with them and purposely didn't allow passengers who were late by few minutes because they were left with ZERO seat.
    The WORST EVER EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE by SpiceJet.

    I would request to please provide the refund. Let me know if i can share the PNR details over email.

      I am travelling from new delhi to Dubai from SG-907 on[protected]. My luggage is not boarded from new delhi. Lost baggage counter in dubai told me that i had power bank in my baggage so spicejet hold my luggage due to security reasons. The airlines not even contacted me in case they face any security concerns so that i can be solved in delhi only. Here i reached dubai a totally different country without my luggage and struggling for even clothes. So irresponsible SpiceJet. At least they should inform the passenger in these type of cases.

        Dear Spice Jet Team,

        Please note I have a cancelled booking # LYNOAHC1 with Spice Jet which was fully refundable ticket, I have sent multiple emails to the booking agent since 21st Jan, 2022, but there is no positive response from them. only response I get is that they have not received refund from Airline so far.

        Can you please check and advise me the current status of this refund.

        I have attached all my email communications for your reference in sequential manner, kindly go through the same.

          Travelled from Udaipur to Delhi (yesterday) on 6th March in Spicejet Airways. The luggage I received after arrival was badly damaged with evident signs of mishandling. It looks like they have tied it to a car and dragged it all the way while it was scratching against the road. There are damages on the wheels, scratches on the body. Now I don't think I will be able to take it anywhere.

            Iam onboarding on yesterday flight pnr N9U4XS I found my seat is covered with ashes...this is so unprofessional behaviour from your side.Next time I give a second thought before booking in spicejet.

              I have booked my flight during covid lockdown in 2020 march but flight cancelled due to lockdown i didn't get money in my bank account they given me credit shell which is used only for flight booking but I don't want to fly anymore so i want to get money in my bank account...

              Dear Madam/Sir,

              I am writing for an awful experience with Spicejet. I booked a ticket with Spicejet from Dubai-Delhi-Kolkata. After I reached Delhi for my first immigration none of the staff attended for my clearance. They deliberately delayed with no response and after pressure from the head of immigration office few incompetent staff attended and started arguing on I didn't fly with Spicejet while going to Dubai but they shamelessly picked me from Dubai to Delhi with no issues at all. I had a layover of only 3hours from Delhi to Kolkata and I missed my flight smoothly because of all the delays for official formalities from Spicejet.
              Miss Nikita a Spicejet staff of IGI Airport smartly agreed to help me board my flight of 7AM from Delhi to Kolkata and left me with my baggage halfway and started charging me money for the rescheduled flight.
              I am too annoyed with the nuisance and harassment of Spicejet and want my refund for the flight from Delhi to Kolkata. I have attached my ticket for your reference.

                I had prebooked a hot meal for my spicejet flight however on flight i was informed that they did not get it, so i had to order and pay again for the in flight snacks, i was assured i will get a refund however no one got back to me about my issue

                  My flight has been rescheduled for one day and I am getting informed just 2 days back which includes Saturday and Sunday. I called the customer care and asked for hotel accommodation, they told that Saturday and Sunday are not working days so complaint cannot be resolved within these days. Why the flight rescheduling information is provided on the last workday?? Please provide me accommodation of a day as I am travelling from one city to another city and I have made cab booking also.

                    Hello

                    My name is surendar.I have booked flight from chennai to kolkata using my icici debit card. Flight timings are around evening 6.30 by 24 th December. But still never received any booking confirmation. Our money got debited but still no confirmation around 24, 500 inr. Kindly address this issue as soon as possible.

                      I had booked flight for my parents, Delhi to Silchar (PNR Number LE3HMT, Last Name Boudai). The flight was about to depart from Delhi at 08.50 PM. Spicejet's website was showing message that the Boarding Pass will be e-mailed 12 hours before departure. No boarding pass was emailed. Then I logged in to Spicejet’s website at around 10.30 am and manually downloaded the Boarding Pass. There was another option to get the Boarding Pass on e-mail. I exercised this option but the attachment I got with e-mail had Boarding Pass and Baggage tag of my Mother only. Boarding pass and Baggage tag of my Father was missing. I tries three to four times only to get same result every time. Further, I booked Veg Meal but when I checked after making online payment, the meal was changed to Non Veg.
                      Service of Spicejet is pathetic. Highly unreliable Airlines. Really Cheap in service.

                        I had travelled to mumbai on 2nd Nov21 SG710 DXB-BOM. My bag was offloaded from the flight due to space restrictions and was delivered to me after 3-4 days at my postal address. When i received my bag & opened it i was shock to see that the expensive items were missing. After that i am in touch with spicejet for compensation of missing items but they are not ready to compensate.

                          Change my booked paid seat at last moment before travelling. I booked on 20th feb seat 13B while doing web checkin and received boarding pass same.
                          But just before travelling my seat changed to 24D.
                          Attached earlier boarding pass for reference.

                            I booked ticket for 02/3/22 from Dharmshala Himachal Pradesh to Delhi and amount Rs 8741 deducted on 24/02/22. But ticket not issued and spicejet portal compliant registered and no reply .pls help

                              Sir I have booked my flight SG 1044 with pnr no EI8E4R For 23 feb 2022 at 1745 hrs
                              But now it shows that flight has been changed and timing of departure is 1950
                              It’s not fare because according to my booking I have planned my next destination journey from Jaipur.
                              Now it become inconvenience for me

                                We have a flight from dubai to delhi (flight no. SG 706) on 21st feb 2022 at 11.25 PM and thereafter connecting flight from delhi to kolkata ( flight no. SG 8263) on 22nd feb 2022 at 7 AM. Booking name was Ankit Singhal and Shalu Mittal having ticket number - PEKL9Q. After reaching home when we open our baggage we found that our cash of Rs. 18, 500 was stolen and all the small kits were opened and all other things are messed up. This is really frustrating that it is happening in spicejet. Please look into the matter and take any action as possible.                                   I had to board my flight from Bengaluru to Gwalior on 21/02/2022 at 1:05 pm. PNR: Y5MMGR
                                  On doing check-in through the app and website, it was failing again and again and redirecting to the same page. On calling customer care first they were very casual about the situation and upon insisting to help, they said it's auto check-in upon asking for the boarding pass they were just saying it will come. At 11:30, I even told them that my flight is at 1:05 and check-in baggage drop will be closed at 12:05, please help me with the boarding pass to with they said it will come to your email provided. But it didn't. When I reach the counter for baggage drop, they all were very rude and taunted me with things like we have several counters, why you are standing here, regarding the check-in time, they even went ahead and said what do you want should I pay for you from my pocket etc. I was already in panic as I didn't have the boarding pass as well. Upon giving the luggage they charges Rs. 9000 from me seeing the situation that it's already 12:05 and I am scared that they will not allow me to check-in and I will miss the flight. My laptop bag was also counted as extra hand baggage and on top of it, I was charged extra Rs. 6000 for another trolley hand baggage that I was carrying. While I see other people on the same flight carrying 2 handbags one trolley and one laptop bag. The government's guidelines state that one can carry 1 handbag along with a laptop bag/ladies' purse. Why I was treated differently and taken advantage of the situation? Why other customers were allowed and I was an exception? Why I was charged extra if other customers were allowed? It's obvious they used this situation at their best to extract money from me. Really pathetic from Spicejet's side, have never experienced such behavior to extract money from the user by taking advantage of their situation. I was a regular customer of Spicejet till date, but after yesterday's incident I will never ever book a ticket from Spicejet, you have lost a valuable customer just because of your pathetic staff and greed to extract money from the customers. I really regret booking a ticket with Spicejet and have warned my family and friends to beware of Spicejet and its services, none of them is ever booking a ticket from you guys. I have been traveled with other airlines as well and never ever have experienced such disgusting behavior and such rude staff as if they are doing some kind of favour by providing the service to me. Please refund my money. I am also filling a consumer complaint against you guys. As well as will be taking to a law firm to put up a case against spicejet for such harasement.

                                    I have booked a connecting flight from Gorakhpur to Udaipur which includes Gorakhpur to Delhi & then Delhi to Udaipur scheduled on 22nd February with make my trip app. 1st they have rescheduled my flight of Delhi to udaipur from 22nd Feb to 23rd Feb. When I have asked to reschedule my 1st flight also on 23rd but they have refused for it because of different PNR.
                                    Then I have cancelled it.
                                    Now two days back they reshedule flight of Gorakhpur toDelhi on 23rd reason they have given covid pandemic.
                                    Are they concern about passenger convenience or just rescheduling at last moment for making money.
                                    Horrible experience.
