I was travelling from DBR to STV on 8th October 2021, PNR-IITCTE/SG,
Travelled through flight SG 694 and reached BLR, at BLR I was waiting in lounge for SG 3425, for boarding I have reached on Gate No. 19 at 1810hrs but gate was closed, at gate No. 21 shore staff said that they tried to call me but my phone is not reachable "false claim I was in network all the time" now she can't do any thing because of shortage of staff as she have to board another flight.
Spice jet pushed me out from the airport and I have forced to buy another earliest flight that is Indigo 6E 465 worth of Rs. 7173/-.
Kindly refund .

    PNR No. AA10BGC

    We have a flight for Tuesday I.e., 12 morning from Bangalore to Delhi which has gotten rescheduled to 12th Night. This is the second reschedule that has happened.

    It is important for us to reach by 12th morning. Unable to reach customer service. It is unfortunate that an airline of this caliber is causing such trouble.

        We booked flight from hyderabad to mangalore and back with sG4003 AND SG4004... PNR NUMBERS TRT2SH AND ZW7MKT. within three or four days... we received the message that the flights are cancelled. We are surprised how the flights will be cancelled 22 days before.. If you are not in a position to run the flights...please don't open the bookings...Because of this we are not only loosing our hardearned money and loosing our precious time... THIS IS VERY BAD ON YOUR PART. Due to your inefficiency, we are suffering... and paying extra amount to flight other booking. Please pay the full amount...as it is totally your own problem.. Don't steal our hard earned money in the name of penalties and service charges. ... This is not the way to earn the money...There are other beautiful ways to earn the money.

          I booked two air tickets of Spice Jet for return journey from Mumbai-Goa and back for September 07, 2021 and September 12, 2021. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to cancelled the tickets and got message about refund of amount of Rs 1, 278/- & Rs 1, 388/-. But, till October 09, 2021 I have no received a single rupee. I hope I will receive my pending amount soon.

            I had booked a ticket on 25 Jun 20 from Delhi to Port Blair vide PNR FD5Z5Q. The flight was cancelled however despite regular reminders, the amount has not been refunded till date

              I am trying to call you since two three days u guys hardly bother to call back plus u rescheduled my flight when I m going for web check in it showing some problem again plus I didn't get my boarding pass it showed exceeded the attempts contact airline how to reach you pathetic service ...you just give trouble to customers

                I was doing web check-in for my flight SG-265 from Chennai to Delhi. During check-in my money got deducted from my account but then spicejet.com showed error and brought me to previous page and told me to pay again for check-in. What about my previous money?

                  Respected Sir,
                  I would like to inform you that I have purchased Kolkata to Pakyong Flight for the date of 13/10/2021 & ( my PNR is OY1RMC ). My booking was done on 03/10/2021. But suddenly a message came to my E Mail ID [protected]@gmail.com on 05/10/2021 at 11.31 am and is mentioned that your cancellation Booking has been successfully done. I am surprised & have contacted with Spicejet Customer Care. The Customer Care tells me that cancellation request has been done from my end at 8.09 am on 04/10/2021. But it is false & I never requested for cancellation. No OTP came neither to my Phone nor my E Mail ID. It is Fraud Case.
                  I have already complained to Cyber Cell, Kolkata Police for investigation. I shall also complain to Consumer Forum against Spicejet. Although Customer Care assure me that they will try best to resume this Flight ticket in favour of me.
                  I therefore request you to take necessary steps to solve my issue as early as possible. Otherwise I along with my wife & Baby Child will suffer a lot of problem as we go for Medical Tratment. I shall be grateful to you if you investigate the Fraud Case & give strong punishment against Culprit.

                    Journey PortBlair to kolkata on 21/9/21& Return on 29/9/21.
                    Flight Nos SG254 & SG292. Both flights have been cancelled. Requested refund on 4/9/21. On request by sending so many emails to customer care & [protected]@spicejet, Nodal Officer informed by email on 20/9/21 the refund will be initiated within 2-4 days and within 10days amount will be credited to my bank account. But I am sorry to inform till date refund not credited. Therefore I will be obliged if you arrange for the immediate refund my amount & credit in my bank accounts without further delay.

                      Incident: I booked mine ticket for Dubai, after confirmation email of Spicejet, they wrote me on email, with in 96 Hrs i can get done mine RT PCR Test, for flying to dubai, I done mine test with in 96 hrs and visited to airport counter for Checkin. At checking Counter Spicejet People told this 96 hrs report is not acceptable, they need RT-PCR report with in 48 hrs. they denied to fly me . and not refund mine money also, i done several emails and calls, but there is no quick response. I need to travel to dubai on mine employment visa, It, s question of future carrier as well as i been economical weak also. I need money. I interacted to Ms Monika at airport spicejet counter she told she can, t do any thing, call to customer care number and ask them for refund they will, refund you. I called to Customer care same time and spoke to Mr Randhir Kumar, He asked me to put email to SpiceJet, to get refund . I done that also, but i am feeling helpless now,

                      Resoluation: A humble request kindly process mine full refund, I need money very badly, It, s big amount for me

                        I am nitishs shukla, i booked my flight from kolkata to kanpur for 05/10/2021 flight no. SG3222 PNR No. PF8RUQ, As the boarding time is till 10:45 i was on the stairs of to gate no 103 when they call off and as i was only a minute late, grond staff anushka mullick denied me to board the flight and her manager too anushka showed her arrogant and rude behaviour for my requesys.as i am not a big businessman a loss of flight and money means a lot to me but still i am lodging this complain for refund i want an strict action to be takrn against anushka mullick and her manager as they can help me to board the flight imstead they denied me to board the fligjt..which is a big loss to a medium family member like me.kimdly take strict action aginst them so that any needy should not face any problem like that in future

                            I had booked 5 tickets including an Infant having PNR no. A8RZHC for myself and family on dated 1-Oct-2021 to visit Srinagar from Patna for tourism purposes.
                            I have faced a terrible experience at the spice jet counter at Patna airport when unethically they ask for an extra ticket for my infant kid despite I have given them the age proof. which is under age of 2 years. initially, they ask me 17k after so many arguments finally, they charges Rs 7653 of PNR no. BE169A which is unacceptable.
                            I request you to refund the money which they charged for my infant kid ASAP.

                              I had booked my flight from Jharsuguda to Mumbai, PNR NO WCR6MJ and cancelled on 23/8 beacuse the direct flight on 1st sept was rescheduled.

                              After cancellation, everytime spice jet given confusting information, initially they told on phone that I will get refund for Rs 15278, Out of Rs 18149, and for balance amount I have to contact Liberty Insurance. Therefore I I contacted Libery insurance, but on the cancellation document Spicejet mentioned full refund therefore Libery insurance closed our requestt. Further through email also Spicejet confirmed that they are processing full refund. Now they have paid Rs 15278 and informed that for balance zero cancallation charges they are following up with Liberty insurance and they will release the payment. Now after month they have informed that refund of zero cancellation fee not possible and I have to contact Libery Insurance but now Libery Insurance is saying the time duration of one month is over and they will not do anything, Kausar H S

                                Please note that i have booked my flight from Kolkata to Chennai (Travel date 22 nd Sep 2021)through MMT .Post which the following series of events happened :
                                Booked on 1 st Sep 2021 SG 450 PNR TYU9TP (Flight time was 13:20 hrs /reaches chennai at 15:40 hrs )
                                For the same i had booked my Train tickets from Chennai to rameshwaram at 17:15 hrs same day
                                5 days later i receive a reschedule of flight timing without my consent that the revised time would be 15:45 hrs and reaching at 18:00hrs .
                                I had to cxl my train ticket and get a new one at 17:45 hrs from Tambaram.(LOST INR 250)
                                During the day of travel we came to know that the flight was on time and I was very happy .
                                During boarding it was informed that the flight was a bit delayed .
                                Worst part starts know that the flight will not leave until 60 passengers have not boarded
                                Why as all those 60 passengers are coming from Bangladesh and they are late
                                For their delay all the rest 100 passengers were seated in the plane and had to wait for 4 hrs inside the aircraft .
                                The Fight left around 19:00 hrs, I had to cxl my train tickets as I knew we would reach late and would not be able to take the train .(LOST INR 2600 ).
                                Booked a bus at 21:45 hrs .I had to reach rameshwaram as i had by puja and rituals scheduled on 23rs Sep Morning (all Paid ).
                                During this time from 15:45 hrs to 18:45 hrs no one said what's happening next .Station Manager Mr Modak did not even come to meet us and apologise .
                                Some ground staff who could not even speak English were made to handle the situation ..
                                I Reached Chennai by 21:00 hrs .Baggage took 30 mins to come out .Could not catch the bus (LOST INR 2890)
                                Now there was no way I could reach Rameshwaram the next morning .
                                Had to book a cheap hotel for INR 2500, wasted the entire night and the next evening took the train and reached Rameshwaram on 24th Sep .
                                All booking for PUJA and priest had to be done again as I was a no show (LOST ALMOST 7800)

                                NOW PLEASE NOTE WHAT ALL THINGS I LOST BECAUSE OF THE DELAY BY SPICEJET {250(Train)+2600(Train)+2500(Hotel )+2890(Bus )+7800(Puja)}=INR 16040 .I am even not calculating my Food expense for me and my wife for 2 days and making arrangement for the last moment cost be more than the normal time and leave the mental harassment what we went through .

                                NOW PLS TELL ME BECAUSE OF ONE OTHER FLIGHT COMING LATE WHY DO U HAVE TO MADE THE OTHER 80% PASSAGES LIFE MISERABLE .ARE WE NOT YOUR CUSTOMER AND ARE WE NOT PAYING YOU.

                                I DEMAND FOR A COMPLETE COMPENSATION FROM SPICEJET .

                                PLEASE TREAT YOUR INDIAN CITIZENS AS HUMANS AND DO NOT DEGRADE US IN FRONT OF ANY OTHER NATIONALITY .WE ARE THE TAX PAYERS AND WELL WISHERS OF THIS COUNTRY .

                                  On 15.09.2021, I had booked a ticket for two passenger 1) ASHIM KUMAR DE 2) AVISWETA DE, Flight No. SG 3230 from IXB-CCU at 9. 10 am. But due to excessive late of this flight, time change to 1.35 pm . I went to counter of spicejet at Bagdogra and told that due to late of flight, our ticket have to be cancelled. The counter man took my ticket and told me that ticket cancelled and within 10 days full amount have to be returned to your account. Till date no massage has been received regarding cancellation of our ticket.

                                      Spicejet Flight No. SG-1006 vide PNR Nos.' FG5EFK & H7UYMV Dtd: 24.09.21 from HYD to KQH was diverted from actual Destination of Kishangarh to Ajmer for reasons Unknown. After alighting from the Flight in Kishangarh, no Lounge was provided for the passengers for Resting, nor, transport arrangements were made to send the passengers to actual Destination. Poor Customer Relations from Spicejet. Disgusting.

                                        HI,

                                        I had booked a ticket through SpiceJet for Maldives. I was told by their customer care to cancel the tickets as I was not fully vaccinated and they said Maldives government doesn't allow non vaccinated tourists. I faced a loss of Rs. 24000 when I cancelled the ticket. This information is in fact wrong and the Maldives government allows non-vaccinated tourists to enter.

                                        This is just a scheme by SpiceJet, to provide wrong information to passengers and earn free money from them.

                                        Ticket numbers 07875075, 07893800, 07897278 lodged with SpiceJet but no response was received.
