I had booked 1 Spicejet flights (muscat --delhi) for the months of March 2020 which were cancelled due to Covid outbreak. Through goibibo.com, the booking was made and the amount was stored in credit shell. Now in December, 2020 i want the same booking with one passenger less but it is instructed that if I need to use the credit shell amount then I have to book the next flight through goibibo.com only. I did the same but now .I want the to be made using the credit shell amount anther name but spicejet say need to same name Uder is not allowing me to do say . spiejet veery bad sarvice

      Hello Team,

      I travelled from Mumbai to Silchar with PNR DJ2LRB recently started yesterday from Mumbai and reached today at SIlchar ith the flight# SG3218. When I received my luggage at Silchar I was quite disappointed with the luggage condition (which you can find attached)
      1) My suitcase cover was missing which I purchased recently and was there when I given the luggage in mumbai and was supposed to be collected at SIlchar directly
      2) The handle of my another trolly suitcase as damaged as soon as I collected from luggage trolley.

        I had booked 2 Spicejet flights (RDP-BOM and BOM-RDP) for the months of March 2020 which were cancelled due to Covid outbreak. Through via.com, the booking was made and the amount was stored in credit shell. Now in December, 2020 i want the same booking with one passenger less but it is instructed that if I need to use the credit shell amount then I have to book the next flight through via.com only. I did the same but now via.com is not allowing to use the credit shell. I want the December booking to be made using the credit shell amount and via.com and spicejet is not allowing me to do so.
        Let me add the add to the main complaint that the PNRs against which the amount is stored in credit shell are KBMUUJ and TDLVMT

          Pnr no - UY6WXC from ixz to ccu on may 2020 was cancelled by SpiceJet. Then reschedule on 7 nov . It was cancelled by SpiceJet authority. I also filled full refund form online.

          After 40 days Still now they didn't
          refund my amount of aprox INR 6000 to my account?

          Even they are not able to provide services from ixz to ccu.

          Another PNR is LER3RA also cancelled by SpiceJet authority. It was fro ccu to ixz amount of around INR 12000.

            Very very very poor and cheater company.
            Listen how
            I have booked 3 air tickets cost Rs. 43000 by goibibo for Spicejet and flight cancelled.

            Now, It is cleared they given credit shell balance for future use.

            But I am trying to book tickets continuously but system does not allow to book.

            Spicejet told they cant help as your agent is goibibo. They need agency id. If being a company and partner with goibibo you can't have the agency id. They being a simple CUSTOMER how can i now it???

            And there is no contact done in goibibo by any mode. They have their ### robo answers they can't understand the issue.

            What I do???
            43K is not small amount.

              I travelled with my husband on SpiceJet 23rd November SG2753 . We are allowed 30 kgs check in baggage allowance. We carried a total of 27kg checkin bag. We had just one bag. During the boarding pass process the attendant Mr. Sandesh (SpiceJet, Varanasi lal bahadur shastri airport) told us that we aren’t allowed to carry one bag and asked us to get another bag and divide our baggage weight to 15 kg each!!! We have been travelling in all the other airlines and never have been asked to do such a ridiculous act!!! We were about to leave our flight because of this gentleman.

                      I have booked the spicejet flight for the journey from Patna to Surat via Kolkata and my flight was scheduled 7.30 AM on 19.12.2020 from Patna and arrival at surat on 12.40 same day. Now I have got a message from spicejet that your flight has been rescheduled and departure from Patna is 21.45 on 19.12.2020 and departure from Kolkata is 10.10 on 20.12.2020 and arrival on surat is 20.12.2020. it is very difficult to wait almost 12 hours in night with family. This is my second bad experience with spicejet, first I have travelled on 07.11.2020 for surat to patna and at the time of booking flight was scheduled via Delhi and at the last time my flight was rescheduled via Hyderabad. Therefore, I request you to arrange the flight via Delhi for same day if not possible via Kolkata. If my problem will not be solved, I will not travelled with spicejet flight in future.                               Had applied for fragile bag while check in at the counter. Then too. I got my bag damaged. One whole wheel was broken. And my whole bag has gone wastage. And sufferd. Lots of problem as the airport was small and staff was less. To help me.

                                Hi,

                                This is Soumith from Hyderabad. I have booked a round trip flight from Hyderabad
                                to Mumbai. Departure date is 21st of November, 2020. we are Four people travelling as we have to attend a ceremony in the afternoon, Hence I have booked an early morning flight and the return would be late evening. However, i was surprised that Spice jet, suo moto, have rescheduled the flight which was originally scheduled for departure at 19:45 hours on 21.11.2020, was preponed by 4 hours i.e. at 15:00 hours. We have a small child with us as one of a traveler and it will be impossible for us to manage it.

                                In this regard, i wish to state that it is not possible for us to catch this rescheduled flight. Hence i would like your office to refund the amount in full so that i can proceed to book another flight for the evening time.

                                I have been trying to reach the customer care via phone, but there was no response from your end. Hence i am constrained to write this email. Request you to refund the amount in full today so that I can make alternate arrangements for my travel.

                                  I, Nawadeep Tamang, have booked tickets from bagdogra to Bangalore for 27th oct 2020, this afternoon. Payment of 13, 700 rs was deducted from my debit card and after the payment there was a popup that there was no transaction and tickets have not been booked. I got 2 PNR s where it was mention payment pending. The amount has already been deducted but it is showing no transaction.
                                  Amount deducted was Rs 13267. I mentioned 13700 by mistake.
                                  And the ticket was for 27th November 2020 not October

                                    I booked a ticket for travel dated 5th April, 2020 from Chennai to Varanasi and return on 6th April, 2020 for 2 passengers.

                                    I didn't got refund or a mail regarding the refund status. You said I can use credit shell. But there is no service from Chennai to Varanasi.

                                    What should I do now?

                                    Shall I treat this as donation paid to Spicejet??

                                      PNR:- CFUQ3H
                                      Kindly intervention on this issue, your team has given tickets and even now conforming to carry 20 kg per person for 03 person, but in Airport denied and I have faced lot lot of trouble. kindly refer https://www.spicejet.com/airtravelbaggagefaq.aspx, even the changes has not been informed to me.

                                      Kindly clarify if I have traveled with this extra baggage kgs, you will charged me heavy at Airport, even corporate meal has not provided some snaks has given to us.

                                      I have to return lots of my required baggage back due to this, I have take back all those by courrier. And who will pay changes for the same.

                                      On view of the overall issue I strongly demand compensation in any form. You can't ignore my financial losses due to your team failure.

                                      Kindly understand we are only taking your tickets.
