I have booked 1 tickets online from spicejet website, the money was deducted and I dint got any acknowledgement about booking details also not received tickets on my updated email id sunil.[protected]@gmail.com.
From -Mumbai to Gorakhpur (direct) Travel Date 20/10/2020. Name of the passenger Laxman Kushwaha.
Transaction thru HDFC CREDIT Card xx3709 at SPICEJET1133333 on[protected]:19:58:38.
I request refund and immediate action, or else provide me the ticket which I have booked

    My ticket was booked for 25th March and return flights was on 31st March, PNR was KGG5WK, which was cancelled due to Covid lockdown by government. The total amount spent on the ticket was over 5000 INR, and till date, there has been no refund. Why will the airlines keep my money, instead of refunding it back to me, if i do not intend to travel.
    This complaint has been raised with the concerned airlines also (complaint number mentioned below), however thry are still not willing to credit my money back. This is extortion and i need full compensation.

      Here with we again request you to approve our refund for PNR MDL68Q.

      Email already sent to [protected]@spicejet.com but not received any response.

      We are six friends and three children wanted to travel for coimbatore to visit Isha yog center. Due to Covid our flights ware cancelled.

      We know you give us credit, but try to understand our situation. First of all we are only ladies with 3 children, so now in this pandemic our family members are not ready to give us permission to travel.

      Because my husband already tested corona positive, so family fears a lot and my friend who travel with us is cancer patient.

      Kindly consider our request in special case and refund our amount please.

        I Ashwini Chugh was in the process of booking air ticket from Spicejet website. While completing the payment process - site got hanged. The payment was deducted which i have shared with [protected]@spicejet.com number of time along with bank statement when asked for - but there is no update till date. Initially, mails were being responded but now they are not even confirming the status nor sharing any update.

        Rs. 10, 917.00 were spent on card ending with 9100 on 11-SEP-20 at SPICEJET LIMITED.

          On September 28th I tried booking a hotel in the website vacations.spicejet.com. Everything went fine till the payment. The payment made was successful but the hotel was not booked due to some error in the website.
          This happened twice and the amount paid was nearly 35K.
          Since then I've reached out to Spicejet over and over again via customer support and facebook.
          Ive been told to drop an email which I did promptly but till now there has been no action from the company.
          I regret putting my trust in Spicejet. Best stay away.
          Kindly help recover the charged amount.

            My pnr : acqlrt. I have booked the flight with spicejet before one month in advance to get cheaper price and better offer. After 15 days they cancelled the flight and straight away provide the refund. They didnt even asked us whether we want to change the timings or date or anything. What they are doing now a days is they provide the cheaper fare on the portal for the advance booking and they cancel the flight and provide the refund without providing the option for the flight.in the mean while the flight price for the other timings increased and we will have to book the new flight with higher cost. Even though they have 3 other timings available on the same day, they did not provide us the other flight option. Now in this situation we have to book the flight with spicejet with other timings paying the higher amount. As they left us on the middle of the way as i was travelling from amd-hyd indigo airways and hyd-amd spicejet, spicejet got cancelled. I will have to book the other flight with the spicejet by paying higher amount if i have to come back to home.

              Today 29 september, i called tollfree no, regarding my refund, please book on 5 october 2020, coimbatore to pune, the call centre madam collect all detail, i have not received any messages or email of my ticket

              Wait 2 hours in line i did not received any response

              Very worst service, no response

                I booked ticket to Mumbai from belgaum. After booking i got mail from company for web check in where it was mentioned 20 kg check in baggage is allowed. I got one more mail from them mentioning important guidelines for travelling even in which it was mentioned 20 kg check in baggage is allowed. When i went to airport their representative argued with me and allowed me only 15 kgs and i repacked the bag on airport. Only on ticket in very small letters it is mentioned 15 kg check in baggage is allowed which is hardly read by any passenger as we only check name and flught details on ticket. Representative is not ready to accept their mistakes. Is their any law by which we can punish them or we are helpless and have to live in same manner.

                  I received a call from shruti, she said my resume is selected for ground staff as a air ticketing executive in ludhiana, she asked me to pay 1730 rs as a fee, after few days i received a mail from spicejet that i'm selected and pay a uniform fee 8450 which is refundable, after few days she asked me to pay for security 6300, all these happened within two months and i can't believe that she can be a so cheap, after she blocked me i paid her all together 23, 630rs and all resist i have i paid to ac no[protected] beneficiary name rishi, beneficiary ifsc barb0colaba another acc no name manohar sah bank icic acc no[protected] ifsc code icic0001125 plz find her and punish her for betrayed people i hope u will take action against her and please refund my money if possible her mobile no is[protected]

                    My flight was supposed to depart. From 12:05-14:15. But on 22nd september they sent me a revised departure time that is one hour late from 13:10-15:15. The problem is i had booked a train ticket which departs from ndls at 16:15. The original flight timings gave me 2 hours to reach from airport to railway station but the revised flight timings reduces the time for an hour which makes it impossible for me to catch my train. If this is the thing i have to cancel my i train as well as flight because my whole journey will be of no value. I told them to either refund me excluding the booking charges or rebook for another day. But they are not ready to do either of it. It's totally taking advantage of customers situation. Irresponsible behaviour of the company. Their hiding under the disguise of company's rules and policies which are ultimately very harsh on passengers.

                      I am trying to get a travel certificate for one my old travel with spicejet (Pnr:r3ezrr, date: 03/02/2019). So, i have called to the customer care and they informed since it is more than 18 months old travel, they cant provide the certificate and asked to contact to [protected]@spicejet.com. The customer relation team replied that they cant send me any payment link or travel certificate and asked me to contact customer care again. This whole cycle of forwarding to each has happened multiple times. Its been more than 10 days i am struggling to get the travel certificate.

                        Hi,

                        I made a booking in spicejet from dubai to chennai (1st august 2020). Due to covid-19 restriction the flight got cancelled. Hence i sent an email to [protected]@spicejet.com requesting for a refund as there are no flights to reschedule until 30th september.

                        I was informed by [protected]@spicejet.com that the refund has been initiated and it will get credited within 20 working days. However i haven't received the refund yet and also no response from the [protected]@spicejet.com team as well. It is been more than a month and no response from them.

                        I request the refund to be done as soon as possbile.

                          I travelled from bengluru to gwalior with spicejet flight no. Sg 3325 with pnr zf827a. As per the policy, i was only allowed 1 check-in bag and 1 cabin bag. The weight for check-in allowed was 20kg and for cabin it is 7kg.
                          However, i had three bags due to long stay. The weights for each bag was as followed -
                          1. Bag 1-11kg
                          2. Bag 2- 15 kg
                          3. Bag 3 (Hand bag)- 4 kg
                          Therefore, the total is 30 kg which is just 3 kg above the allowed capacity. The woman at the airport check-in asked me to pay inr 5500 for 1 extra bag, i repeat 1 extra bag. The original price of my ticket is inr 4981.
                          When i spoke to customer care, they told me that i will only be charged for the difference or overall inr 2000 for 1 extra bag. The woman at counter very unethically and rudely told me to leave my bag at airport if i dont make a payment. Hence, i had to make a payment. Now i want to understand how the amount for 1 extra bag is more than 1 person's ticket. I was given a handwritten receipt thats all.

                            We have a round trip booked in spice jet ; chennai-portblair, pnr :s6t3ul and return portblair - chennai, pnr : hgy42h

                            Due to ongoing corona virus pandemic and tourism not restored in andaman & nicobars, i requested for flight cancellation and refund. For which the company says that no refund can be given as flights have been resumed.

                            In this case if i cant go to andaman, where 7 days of quarantine to be done and my whole travel plan is for 3 days, as a user what should i do. Im requesting only re scheduling the flights without charges which is also not accepted.

                              Dear sir,

                              My both the flights from bengaluru to shirdi and back were cancelled due to covaid 19. I do not intend to travel for next one year.
                              I have purchased spice assurance for entire pnr no pnr dy8tnm.
                              Hence i request you to fully refund the amount of rs 13640, without further delay. I do not want my amount to be put in shell account.

                                I had booked tickets on feb 2020 to travel to and fro from bengaluru to srinagar on spicejet airlines through makemytrip.
                                The pnr is k699tl and hd5r3q.
                                Due to pandemic and subsequent lockdown, the airlines have cancelled the flights and gave a credit shell for the amount with conditions that the amount has to be used before feb 2021 and by the same set of passengers, which is impossible as i will definitely not be travelling with corona around with no proper vaccination or solution to the issue. I have approached customer service and they are saying that it can be refunded only if the booking was made from march 25th till april 14th but not the travel dates.
                                This is insane as they themselves cancelled all the flights on march 24th with email and how could anyone book a flight from march 25th when there were no flights till 3rd may.
                                I see that the airlines like indigo have been refunding the amount with no conditions and spicejet with a pointless logic have been making the consumer to suffer mentally and financially.
                                Please help to resolve this as i am not going to travel before feb 2021 for sure and the condition of having an expiry date for credit shell without refunding is completely injustice

                                They have sent a notification that all the flights have been cancelled from March 24th till April 14th and for refund conditions, they are stating that the flights have to be booked from March 25th till April 14 for the dates March 25th till 3rd May . How can some one book if there are no flights scheduled on the dates. Ideally it should be for the travel dates from March 25th till May 3rd, no matter when the flight has been booked

                                    My airlines tickets 2 times cancelled by your side. Even my wife is pregnant so we are desired to go our native place. So I booked airlines tickets PNR number is mentioned below.

                                    While booking my wife 7 months pregnant. We are trying to go native but now Doctor suggest to not go any travel it's not good for baby and mother.

                                    Even I had attached Medical certificate and My mother senior citizens card for refund. They are told credit shell validity will expires 31-Mar-2021. My wife's delivery will be Mumbai only. We will not go to our native place still March 2021. There is no reason to go our native.

                                    Your customer side send the mail with refund amount with another PNR number.
                                    Today I was contacted your customer care number.

                                    Note :They told it's wrongly sent by our support and it's human errors like that.
                                    While talking he disconect call.

                                    I have a proof of record voice call.
                                    Totally I was disappointed and unhappy about spiceJet way of treating customer.

                                      Sir,

                                      I booked a return ticket from delhi to Leh on 9th September, 2020 to travel on 16th September, 2020 Through irctc air In spicejet airlines . I am writing this to file a complaint that spicejet and irctc nowhere mentioned the requirement of COVID test negative certificate which is mandatory to arrive at Leh airport as per UT of Ladakh Govt.

                                      Due to this misrepresentation, I was devoid of boarding my flight and pursue my journey. I had to cancel my ticket which costed me 90% of Ticket amount For cancellation, which Ipso facto, airlines and airlines agent I.e. irctc mistake.

                                      Thereby, I demand a full refund.

                                        We have booked a spicejet flight from delhi to dharamsala. We was reached to the gate at 9:00am and our flight timings was 10:45am. We saw the display board in which flight information is shown regarding to gate open or closed. We sat there but no one announce our name and there is no information shown in display board regarding to gate open and the authority of spicejet told me the display board of that gate is not working how people will get to know about the information. If person is travelling on the very first time or if a old person who don't know about all the things how they will get to know where they need to go to board the flight i have proof of the things. And at 10:33am one person called me and said that your flight is missed and your 9600rs is not returned to you. The person who called is very eliterate he don't know how to speak with a girl and when the spicejet airline authority is also not interested to help us regarding our issue, and i will definitely file a complaint against your airline in consumer court if you people are not refunded our amount.
