15 Sep Part shipment - 3 pallets airlifted and reached at Russia
17 Sep Balance lots shipped from India and reached Russia
17 Sep email received from Customer that they have found 4 lots in US Pallets instead of EURO pallet and one lot in loose packing
17 Jul Email sent to Spicejet to investigate the matter (copy attached)
23 Sep Email received from Customer that consignment is received in bad condition
24 Sep Email received from Customer that they have paid demurrage Charges of RUB 106593.00 at airport
24 Sep Response received from Spicejet thru mail that they will investigate and share the detailed report
25 Sep Email sent to Spicejet to do the CAPA and send the detailed investigation report
15 Oct Email received from Spicejet, accepting their mistake, as per the mail we understand that they have not done proper investigation at their end

Since your team has accepted their mistake for mishandling our shipment so we want you to pay the cost of damaged goods and demurage charges paid at final destination
Please refer the attached mail for subject matter exchange between Sentiss Pharma and SpiceJet team. We had requested your team to do the proper investigation, how this happened and what corrective action you will take to avoid such issue in future, but we have not received any satisfactory response from your end and we are very much disappointed the way your team is responding to Customer.

PL investigate the matter and update.

    I had booked the tickets in the morning of 13th June 2020 after repeatedly asking that is the flight on schedule or if there will be any cancellation. I was told that the flight is on schedule and then i received a message in the evening that the flight was cancelled by the airlines .

    Now they have kept the money in credit shell. I would like a refund of the amount. As per the recent ruling also the Money has to be refunded.

      सर मेरा नाम दीपक योगेंद्र ठाकुर है सर मुझे Spice jet के तरफ से मुझे बहुत परेशान किया जा रहा है सर मेरा 6 महीने पहले का टिकट था 27 april 2020 का, जो corona के कारण flight रध हो गई नहीं जा पाया, अब refund के लिए बहुत परेशान कर रहे है कम से कम 50 बार बात हो चुका है और उल्टा सीधा कुछ भी बोलते रहते हैं

        Not able to cancel flight ticket

        I have booked a ticket on 24th October. But due to some uncertain issues need to cancel my ticket. I have contacted with SpiceJet executives in airport they are not able to cancel it. The customer service is not responding after making a numerous effort. This is the worst experience I’ve ever faced. I usually prefer the SpiceJet Over other airlines. Now I think I need to change my view....

        With due reference to the previous trailing mails, I would like to give the details of flight booking during lockdown period .
        I (Moumita Banerjee) along with my parents (Prabir Banerjee & Manasi Banerjee) had tickets booked to travel since 9th April 2020 which got postponed till 28th May 2020 and amount got credited in credit shells respectively due to lockdown.

        This is to inform you that according to Supreme Court judgement and regulations yesterday, the refund amount in credit shell can be allowed to be used by any other passenger also as the credit shell amount refund should not be restricted to be used by any other passenger not in the PNR list.
        Kindly be aware of the latest Supreme Court guidelines and the applicable date has now been from 25th March to 24th May 2020 for ticket bookings.
        I, therefore, request you to take necessary actions on this.

          Spice jet had cancelled the flight in the month of march[protected] which was having take off in April 20. The flight was cancellable but I have not received any refund although the spice jet representative confirmed the refund.

          Note : This cancellation had nothing to do with lockdown

              I am trying to reach SpiceJet for refund but I could not get through the waiting period. I waited for more than an hour but nobody answered. Worst customer service by SpiceJet.
              I booked ticket for 29th March but due to lockdown flight got cancelled. They have given me credit shell balance which is of no use to me as I will not be traveling for next 10 months which makes it complete loss for me.

                This is Abhay Kumar Sinha having booking of flight ticket in SG432 date 11/10/2020 at 5:40 PM departure. I have entered the boarding area by latest 4:15 and was waiting for the boarding into flight. I was sitting at one seat waiting for boarding since there was a delay in boarding and there was no proper social distancing maintained in this Corona Pandemic. Sudden I noticed the display showing boarding for Delhi instead Chennai via Hyderabad. When I enquired the attendant she replied very arrogantly that flight have been taken off. There was no announcement of my Name and there was no Call or communication regarding boarding. When I asked further for solution they ignored simply and refused to reply anything and tired to off board me.

                  As per the latest rules all flights that got cancelled due to covid has to refund money again. I have booked 5 tickets from Delhi to Pune via spice jet in Jan 2020 for travel date as 11.04.2020. I got all amount from Indigo Airlines but SpiceJet has said NO. They has put the money in credit shell.

                  Request you to kindly do the needful.

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

                    The issue that I have experienced was: Spicejet PNR: Z4SYQE rescheduled my flight from 12th nov to 13th nov citing operational issues, though there is more than a month time to fix any such issues if any. This change takes out one of imp day for me where i wanted to join a family function.

                    It occurred on: 10/10/2020

                      I booked the flight SG 376 / PNR: Q4PITR FOR 14.10.2020 for flying to Patna on 4th October.Along with booking of two passengers I purchased additional seat too as an additional service by paying additional payment. Seats were allotted : 1D, 1E and 1F

                      Today I received the msg from airlines that the flight is rescheduled by 4 hrs which was not suitable for me for my onward journey.

                      Immediately I called customer care at[protected] and asked for changing the flight. The customer care representative, a lady confirmed that she will reschedule the flight and allot the seat in similar manner i.e one full row of three seats.

                      To my utter surprise when I received the itinerary I found that seats allotted are 1A, 1B, and 1E.
                      The very purpose of spending money to buy additional seat is defeated and I feel cheated by the airlines staff who told lie to me.PNR is same as Q4PITR

                        My booking was cancelled by Spicejet during covid time in March20 and money is reflecting in spicejet customer shell. I am unable to use my money for further booking from spicejet online website and getting errors to book from vendor i.e IRCTC.

                        As per IRCTC, PNR QEN9EN is in a cancelled state and money is not refunded to them neither transferred to IRCTC customer shell. hence cannot allow me to book new ticket from this money.

                        I contacted again Spicejet customer care today after 30 minute wait time to refund this money but a stupid suggestion was given to provide IRCTC vendor ID to them. How do spicejet expect a customer to know their vendor ID's . This is a harassment to me and spicejet is holding my Rs11960/ for no fault of mine.

                        I need urgent solution for this problem by either refunding my money to me or IRCTC.

                          Instead of 06.20 Hours SG-3321 not even initiate departure process till 07.10 Hours.
                          As a plea for this unusual delay of nearly ONE HOUR in a situation of only 60 minutes of flying CAPTAIN OF THE FLIGHT informed us that DELAY is DUE TO BAD WEATHER at BAGDOGRA(IXB), the destination AIRPORT.
                          But on enquiry from my own people at BAGDOGRA (IXB), who are waiting at IXB to receive me, I had learned that weather is fine and clear sky.

                          So why false information is given by Captain to travellers and I have to face huge loss for this delay.
                          I expect compensation for that .

                            Where as air outlet above the SEAT NO 18B found BROKEN as a result unable to get adequate air from the port above.
                            Whereas use of face mask is mandatory now, the above malfunction of the aircraft causing suffocation to me .
                            Whereas I had the only option to attract this issue before attending crew near to me.
                            When the same is done SHE denied to take action with the statement the LET IT BE THERE, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.
                            I said in reply that, I am feeling discomfort but she doesn't care to my difficulties.

                            Though several seats are lying vacant in the air craft even after COMPLETION OF BOARDING.

                            This response is not a good customer service .

                                My ticket was booked for 25th March and return flights was on 31st March, PNR was KGG5WK, which was cancelled due to Covid lockdown by government. The total amount spent on the ticket was over 5000 INR, and till date, there has been no refund. Why will the airlines keep my money, instead of refunding it back to me, if i do not intend to travel.
                                This complaint has been raised with the concerned airlines also (complaint number mentioned below), however thry are still not willing to credit my money back. This is extortion and i need full compensation.

                                  Here with we again request you to approve our refund for PNR MDL68Q.

                                  Email already sent to [protected]@spicejet.com but not received any response.

                                  We are six friends and three children wanted to travel for coimbatore to visit Isha yog center. Due to Covid our flights ware cancelled.

                                  We know you give us credit, but try to understand our situation. First of all we are only ladies with 3 children, so now in this pandemic our family members are not ready to give us permission to travel.

                                  Because my husband already tested corona positive, so family fears a lot and my friend who travel with us is cancer patient.

                                  Kindly consider our request in special case and refund our amount please.

                                    I Ashwini Chugh was in the process of booking air ticket from Spicejet website. While completing the payment process - site got hanged. The payment was deducted which i have shared with [protected]@spicejet.com number of time along with bank statement when asked for - but there is no update till date. Initially, mails were being responded but now they are not even confirming the status nor sharing any update.

                                    Rs. 10, 917.00 were spent on card ending with 9100 on 11-SEP-20 at SPICEJET LIMITED.

                                      On September 28th I tried booking a hotel in the website vacations.spicejet.com. Everything went fine till the payment. The payment made was successful but the hotel was not booked due to some error in the website.
                                      This happened twice and the amount paid was nearly 35K.
                                      Since then I've reached out to Spicejet over and over again via customer support and facebook.
                                      Ive been told to drop an email which I did promptly but till now there has been no action from the company.
                                      I regret putting my trust in Spicejet. Best stay away.
                                      Kindly help recover the charged amount.
