My ticket was booked for 25th March and return flights was on 31st March, PNR was KGG5WK, which was cancelled due to Covid lockdown by government. The total amount spent on the ticket was over 5000 INR, and till date, there has been no refund. Why will the airlines keep my money, instead of refunding it back to me, if i do not intend to travel.
This complaint has been raised with the concerned airlines also (complaint number mentioned below), however thry are still not willing to credit my money back. This is extortion and i need full compensation.
