I had booked my flight ticket of amount rs. 15358.00 from kolkata to goa pnr yii8uh on 05 jun 2020 to join duty on urgent basis and my flight cancelled by airline company spice jet. On asking they credit my refund amount to credit shell and that amount will not credit to my account and they advise me to travel same passenger before 31 mar 2021 otherwise my amount will be lapse. Again i booked ticket for 08 jun 2020 vide pnr mclgyw and again they cancelled flight. Spicejet ariline neither managed my booking in other flight nor refund my amount in my account. Finally i booked my ticket in indigo airline on 08 jun 2020 vide pnr agjnfp and join my defence service. Customer care told me that we will not refund ur amount.
So therefore i request you to plz take necessary step to refund my amount in my bank account at the earliest.

    I had booked my flight from new delhi to patna (Sg - 8751) for july 06, 2020, which was schedule to take off at 1:10 pm in afternoon. On monday, i got a communication from the airline company that the flight has been rescheduled at 7:20 am in the morning (Prepond by around 6 hours), which is further reschedules to 06:25 am in morning.

    I try to connect to the airline company to shift me to any other flight on the same day, as it is difficult for me to reach the airport before 04:25 am (2 hours before the scheduled departure) in the morning. They agree to shift me to diffrerent flight but asking for differential amount.

    I am feeling cheated if i will pay any differential amount as i had booked this flight on june 24, 2020 as per my convenience for which i had paid convenience charges. If there is any rescheduling, the airline company is responsible for the same.

      My name is lekshmi v v, and i have applied on quicker job regarding the ground staff job. Within few i received call from one person named, murli ram from airport authority of india, which he was telling. He asked me to send my documents via whatsapp. After 30 minutes, he called me and told, i was selected. Then he ask for 3500 for verification. Then after 3 days, i have to pay 7500, then only i will receive interview letter and he told that there will be an online interview and telephonic interview round, and he and one women also conducted that. After 3 days, he called and said to pay 15000 as a last procedure. Assuring that on 27th june i will receive my courier containing training uniform, shoes, id card, gate entry pass and half amount of money i have paid and on 29th direct interview at airport will be conducted and july 1st onwards my training will begin. But i didn't received on that day, when i called him, he made an excuse that, there are some delay in courier due to covid-19 case. And after that he never picked my call or respond to my messages. Please i beg the authority to take immediate actin on this type of fake things happening in your name. The letters he send me and all other details are in my hand. Hereby providing some and also i request my refund what he told it was refundable except 3500. Totally i had lost 26000.

        Sg447 on 4th july 2020 flight cancelled, yet not refunded. And now spicejet flights fare showing 15000 to 16000. How can you cancel the flight. I want to reschedule my flight.

          I booked a Spicejet flight from Patna to Jaipur for 1 July 2020. Along with me one more passanger is travelling. When I booked the flight had a layover in Varanasi. Few hours before they texted that, the flight in rescheduled and now it will travel via Mumbai. In Mumbai the flight service has given a layover of 13 hours. When I talked with the customer support no, they denied to provide accommodation to us.
          Where will we stay for 13 hours? If they have rescheduled, they must take the responsibility, but they are denying.
          When I asked for the refund they said they will not credit the money in our account. They will keep as credit balance and allow us to use it in future.
          They are informing all this a day before. As per mine it looks fraud.
          As a customer, I want accommodation there for stay as it is not my fault. At this time of crisis, where will I go for the stay. Take concern and redress it soon. Will be grateful to you.

                I recently made booking through spicejet for june 9 flight. The flight got cancelled and i got the amount in my credit shell, don't know why? I should get it in my bank account. Is this some type of customer hack to get their money by listing all possible flights and then cancel it keeping amount in your wallet? On the top of it, they are forcing me to use the amount in the shell by mar 21 and for the same passenger. Seriously are you kidding me? Because of my hometown location/connectivity etc. I hardly travel via air.in this time o[censored]ncertainty, this is clearly forfeiting customer's money. Going through their facebook page "flyspicejet", i realized many people are facing this issue.
                I hope serious actions are taken against it :)

                  Dear sir,
                  I have booked the ticket through easemytrip (Ticket ref. No. Emt69385974; journey date 01/07/2020; flight name sg608 chennai to port blair time 12.05 to 14.15 passengers name mrs sathya sundararamanujam and miss harini venkatesan). Due to covid 19 and lockdown from march, 2020, we could not able to proceed to chennai from port blair on 27th april, 2020 by indigo as scheduled earlier as summer vacation trip to home town. This onwards journey has not happened, so, we are in still port blair only and for this onwards journey they said you can reschedule with in one year (Port blair to chennai). Since we are in port blair, i requested the spicejet for return journey that "please kindly refund the ticket fare or tell me the reschedule policy". But they have not responded well. Now, this route (Chennai to port blair) flights might be cancelled by goi (Till 30th june already cancelled), i got reply from spicejet that you can reschedule by paying rs. 2500+fare difference. This is not a consumer friendly condition. They replied first to cancel the ticket with fare of rs. 3000/3500 and now second time they are asking to reschedule with rs.2500+, because of there are chances for flight cancellation due to severe covid-19 at chennai.
                  I am kindly requesting you to intervene in this matter and give me the perfect solution, sir. May be, i am not the only person suffering this, but may be the one brought to you for your stringent action for saving consumers in this covid-19 era.

                    Please find attached the ticket for mr krishna das and dip bala from calcutta to chennai on the 24th of march. The pnr is yenr5a.
                    They were supposed to be traveling for a medical appointment, however, mr dip bala is currently in bangladesh as he’s a citizen of the country and is not able to enter india as the borders are sealed and entries are restricted.
                    I’m attaching his tickets and visa.
                    Request you to please refund the amount as they are unable to travel for genuine reasons.

                      I have booked a ticket from Kanpur to Ahmedabad for 1 July for 2 people

                      1) Wife- Divya
                      2) Daughter- OMI

                      I have entered my wife name as Divya Yogesh Panjwani, now because of some issue, this is coming as Yogesh Panjwani.

                      I have requested them multiple times to change the name and enter Divya as first name and yogesh as middle name.

                      But they are literally denying that.So I am raising a formal complain here.

                        Since 7 days i am following up on [protected]@spicejet.com and the executive giving me same reply again and again "inability to process refund and look forward to onboard"

                        Why inability???
                        Who has authorized spicejet to hold the amount??
                        Can't hold my amount, can't see any reason of doing so.

                        1. Cancellation done by spicejet, not by me.
                        2. Railway has refunded the amount, then why can't spicejet??
                        3. Indian govt and health ministry still recommend to be at home until necessary, why spicejet is making it a compulsion for me to board the flight??
                        4. I booked the flight for holiday trip. I can't see any possibility to go for a holiday in near future, even till mar'21
                        5. When income sources are less, holding the amount is completely a non-human activity.
                        I too have the same concern. This is simple forfeiting customers' money

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I am writing this email in concern with the below mentioned issue.

                          I have spoken to the customer care as well as sent an email to the team however it does not slove the issue.

                          Today i spoke to an advisor navansha and also her senior shweta bharadwaj, but my issue still remains in the plate unsolved.

                          Below bookings were done by garware college of arts and commerce for their students as a study tour, due to unfortunate circumstances of covid19 the flights got cancelled.

                          We have been following up to get refund on the bookings cause the purpose of the travel does not meet now and they cannot travel again in the future with the same students hence the credit shell options remains of no use as it's the money of the college and not an individual person.

                          By the books of law we cannot force people to travel if they don't wish to after cancellations done by us, and in return we are liable to give the money back what we have taken.

                          I hope you understand this situation and process full refund as requested.

                          All other airlines have helped and provided assistance on immediate basis i expect the same from you too.

                          We have sent this complaint to the nodal officer of spicejet 15 days back and we have not received any reply even after reminders

                              I booked flight from mumbai to chennai for my in-law as my wife is going to deliver a baby next month. Pnr cyvlfj date 23 june 2020. They confirmed the ticket. But they cancelled the flight a day later. Reason they said is state government not allowing due to covid19. However for the same day they operate 2 flights from mumbai to chennai still higher cost 10000. All other airlines are flying on same day too. They cancelled because passenger will book at higher rate. Cheaters they are not returning my money back 4100 rs. They said it is in credit shell. I want my money back. I booked other flight on go air on 24 th. They are cheating people and taking advantage of covid situation. When all other airlines return the money why they alone looting people's money.                                     The passengers who were not able to travel due to lockdown, have travelled as there was an medical emergency, so request you to refund the money ASAP because we will not use the credit shell issued by Spice jet.

                                    I have no money to survive at this moment and 5 or 6 thousand is a huge amount for me.

                                        A booking mistake was done by the booking staff at indira gandhi international airport delhi on 02/03/2020. Details of my booking are:

                                        Pnr : mhfdmh
                                        Passenger name: ms jaya bhandari & rajiv
                                        Singh bhoj
                                        Traveling from : new delhi to port blair
                                        Amount paid : inr 28254

                                        Spice jet ground staff did a wrong booking for me and after the money had been deducted from my account they informed me about this mistake done by them.
                                        One of the manager upasana bhatt attended me and it was told by her that they have done a void sale procedure against my booking so i will get my refund within few days and also after that i have called to spicejet customer care 4-5 times and every they are tell me that very shortly i will receive my refund but till now no money is received by me.
