Dear sir,
I have booked flight through spicejet but cancelled by airline now i am requesting them for refund but they said your money will be credited in our Credit shell which can be used before 31/03/2021 .but i am sure that i am not traveling for the next one year.in that case how can I use that credit shell.so I want full refund in my account.please look into the matter.

    I had booked tickets to travel on 19may2020. Due to the pandemic, flights were cancelled. I've tried contacting them so many times. They just refuse to refund my money. I don't want the credit shell. I want my money back. Their customer service is also very rude.

      I had a call from spicejet airlines, hr briefed about airlines executive work and they told to pay registration fees 2500rs, after payment done she told to wait for confirmation letter then after 15days, she asked to pay 5550 rs for uniform fees and to send screenshot through mail then only you will get offer letter. We paid amount and sent screenshot to them. After few days i didn't receive any mail, whenever i call and massage to them no response from them.

      So i kindly request you to help me to get refund amount, which i paid total amount rs 8050 for both registration fees and uniform fees

        I booked a flight ticket for my family with spicejet, the travel date is supposed to be in july 5 but due to covid situation the flight is cancelled by spicejet and informed us that the flight is cancelled and the amount is saved with them as credit shell and we must travel within march 31, 2021.

        I approached the customer service and requested them to either refund or extend the validity up to one year from the proposed date of travel, but they are denying both. I further escalated the issue to nodal officer of the same company, the response is same.
        My pnr number is zi1jjh.

            not refunding my cancelled flight ticket amount

            I had booked two flight tickets in spice jet from mumbai to durgapur for 4th july 2020. But was informed by spice jet about flight cancellation. Inspite of repeated followup on mail, spicejet is not refunding back my money and asking to adjust in next booking with the condition that at least one passanger must be same and validity is match 21.               My name is veena kartik i booked a ticket in spicejet dated 1.7.2020 and return 7.7.2020 now due to covid issue the flights cancelled and the trip was also cancelled and now when am asking refund of 5000 something that i should receive the customer care of spice is purposely not providing my refund even well aware of this amid covid -19. Kindly i request you to take action against the spicejet airline please do the needful so that i can get my refund at the soonest pnr (Ygj6xn) and also in the tickect they have mentioned refundable in both round trip. Mumbai - madurai, madurai - mumbai. Travel date - 1.7.2020 and return by 7.7.2020

              Also please be noted that travels named Ease my trip is also cheating as I booked through their travels they are purposely not providing my actual amount to be provided and talking very harsh and whenever I try calling they purposely disconnect so please take an severe action against ease my trip travels its a fraud company. they promised that they will refund my whole money but they have refunded only 670 rs I have the transaction which is n ot a proper or exact refund amount and charging too much for cancellation in the name of airline charges actual cancellaation charges are 3000 rs only but ease my trip are unwantedly taking money additional and not giving actual refund amount of 5, 037 should be refunded to me.

                I have registered complain since 15.04.2020 and sending regular reminder on this platform, but till date i have not received my refund amount of pnr no:p8nk5c, therefore, i once again and again request you to refund the amount immediately.

                  Had booked spice jet flight from mumbai destination chennai for 1st of july, for me and my 3 other family members. Pnr-lfbjkn.

                  Though the flight was cancelled, we request you to fully refund the booking amount to the primary bank account from which the transaction was done.

                  But the customer care replied that they are not going to process any refund and hold the amount in their credit shell. And we should use the amount for our next travel plans.

                  Due to the ongoing pandemic situation we don't have any travel plans in the immediate future to utilize the credit shell.

                  Despite of conveying our horrible situations, such action taken by a renowned group like spice jet is quite unethical.

                  I wish immediate support on this.

                    I had a call from Spicejet airlines, HR briefed
                    about airlines executive work and they told to pay registration fees 2500rs, after payment done she told to wait for confirmation letter then after 15days, she asked to pay 6970rs for uniform fees and to send screenshot through mail then only you will get offer letter. We paid amount and sent screenshot to them. After few days i didn't receive any mail, whenever i call and massage to them no response from them and few days letter the send mail by confirming u placed for Chennai airport, You will get a offer letter once u deposit security amount rs. 9750 for accommodation, then we will send uniform to your residential addres.
                    So I asked them to send uniform first then we will pay remaining amount but they didn't listen to our words,
                    Then I asked them to send account details.
                    HR SENT ACCOUNT DETAILS of spicejet. We verified account details in bank, it's not showing any account holders name and also the account availability is closed when I asked regarding this to HR, she didn't respond to this.

                    So i kindly request you to help me to get refund amount, which I paid total amount rs 9470 for both registration fees and uniform fees .

                      I have booked ticket by spicejet to travel to jammu from mumbai and back. Travel dates april 4, 2020 to april 11, 2020.
                      Since the lockdown happened all he flights got cancelled.
                      As per the guidelines of government of india full refund has to be given by all airlines for the flights booked for the lockdown period.,
                      i had sent several e-mails to spicejet in this connection with no reply from any responsible.Personnel.
                      Whom i have to contact for the followup.
                      Do i really need to followup for such matter and the details of payments are already with you and refund for the same should be automatic without any followup from our side.

                      Is this the way a corporate company functions without helping resolving the customer grieveances.

                      Please without any further delay refund the full amount paid in our account.

                        I have booked a flight from chennai to goa for 1st july 2020 which got cancelled and the booking amount was returned in the form of credit shell. I again booked a flight from chennai to hyderabad which got delayed by 6:30 hours, which was informed to me 12 hrs before flight departure. I tried cancelling ticket as i would miss my connection flight from hyderabad, however no one was responding on customer service center. Finally after 10-15 calls it got connected and they cancelled and again provided credit shell. There is no use of credit shell for me as iam not going to do any future bookings with spicejet. So requested spicejet to refund the amount in bank account. Other airlines like indigo provides refund/ flight modification faculties. Moreover no proper intimation is given regarding cancellation/delay and the same is done just before few hours of departure. Please register this complaint against spicejet ticket cancellation and refund policy.

                              I had booked my flight ticket of amount rs. 15358.00 from kolkata to goa pnr yii8uh on 05 jun 2020 to join duty on urgent basis and my flight cancelled by airline company spice jet. On asking they credit my refund amount to credit shell and that amount will not credit to my account and they advise me to travel same passenger before 31 mar 2021 otherwise my amount will be lapse. Again i booked ticket for 08 jun 2020 vide pnr mclgyw and again they cancelled flight. Spicejet ariline neither managed my booking in other flight nor refund my amount in my account. Finally i booked my ticket in indigo airline on 08 jun 2020 vide pnr agjnfp and join my defence service. Customer care told me that we will not refund ur amount.
                              So therefore i request you to plz take necessary step to refund my amount in my bank account at the earliest.

                                I had booked my flight from new delhi to patna (Sg - 8751) for july 06, 2020, which was schedule to take off at 1:10 pm in afternoon. On monday, i got a communication from the airline company that the flight has been rescheduled at 7:20 am in the morning (Prepond by around 6 hours), which is further reschedules to 06:25 am in morning.

                                I try to connect to the airline company to shift me to any other flight on the same day, as it is difficult for me to reach the airport before 04:25 am (2 hours before the scheduled departure) in the morning. They agree to shift me to diffrerent flight but asking for differential amount.

                                I am feeling cheated if i will pay any differential amount as i had booked this flight on june 24, 2020 as per my convenience for which i had paid convenience charges. If there is any rescheduling, the airline company is responsible for the same.

                                  My name is lekshmi v v, and i have applied on quicker job regarding the ground staff job. Within few i received call from one person named, murli ram from airport authority of india, which he was telling. He asked me to send my documents via whatsapp. After 30 minutes, he called me and told, i was selected. Then he ask for 3500 for verification. Then after 3 days, i have to pay 7500, then only i will receive interview letter and he told that there will be an online interview and telephonic interview round, and he and one women also conducted that. After 3 days, he called and said to pay 15000 as a last procedure. Assuring that on 27th june i will receive my courier containing training uniform, shoes, id card, gate entry pass and half amount of money i have paid and on 29th direct interview at airport will be conducted and july 1st onwards my training will begin. But i didn't received on that day, when i called him, he made an excuse that, there are some delay in courier due to covid-19 case. And after that he never picked my call or respond to my messages. Please i beg the authority to take immediate actin on this type of fake things happening in your name. The letters he send me and all other details are in my hand. Hereby providing some and also i request my refund what he told it was refundable except 3500. Totally i had lost 26000.

                                    Sg447 on 4th july 2020 flight cancelled, yet not refunded. And now spicejet flights fare showing 15000 to 16000. How can you cancel the flight. I want to reschedule my flight.

                                      I booked a Spicejet flight from Patna to Jaipur for 1 July 2020. Along with me one more passanger is travelling. When I booked the flight had a layover in Varanasi. Few hours before they texted that, the flight in rescheduled and now it will travel via Mumbai. In Mumbai the flight service has given a layover of 13 hours. When I talked with the customer support no, they denied to provide accommodation to us.
                                      Where will we stay for 13 hours? If they have rescheduled, they must take the responsibility, but they are denying.
                                      When I asked for the refund they said they will not credit the money in our account. They will keep as credit balance and allow us to use it in future.
                                      They are informing all this a day before. As per mine it looks fraud.
                                      As a customer, I want accommodation there for stay as it is not my fault. At this time of crisis, where will I go for the stay. Take concern and redress it soon. Will be grateful to you.
