Dear team,
My pnr is z48q5b, flight no: sg 6476, dated 18/08/19 from mumbai (Bom) to kochi (Cok). Myself dhanoop, the baggage is not received yet, the issue mentioned in your system "late check-in and already informed to me." you saying my check-in was late but flight departure time 8.30pm and i reached the check-in counter at 7.25pm there was only one counter opened for economy class, 20 mins am on queue after that one more counter opened then i move to that counter check-in done. But i didn't get any information from your side at the time of check-in. If you informed, definitely i will carry my personal backpack with me. Because i came for a family function, all of my important things are in the backpack. I asked to deliver but they told me to come and pick up here only, ok i understand because of cochin airport to my home town around 150kms, so i asked for another option, can you deliver to my friend home its nearby airport around 20kms, again i got the same answer they can't deliver anywhere. Thank you for the worst experience giving me! Thank you for the make us a helpless situation! Keep doing the same for all passengers.
We lost our gold chain while traveling from Cochin to Dubai by spiceJet date on 07/08/2019, We are not sure where it missed . please help us if you get .fight time is 12 to 4 clock . 4 clock landed in Dubai. that time we understood chain is lost .Chain weight is 24 gram .

    Today i travelled from vijayawada to bangalore through spice jet. Landed in bangalore at 9.15pm. We are waiting for the bus to come and pick us from last 40min with no success so far. Lots of people has connecting flights and families standing with kids. It is so unfortunate that the crew is not in a position to be accountable and responsible.

    After 40min the same bus which was packed and took first batch of customers returned back. At the cost of customer pain these airlines are making money. No corporate governance and unprofessional management. These people are best suited for collecting money on the dead bodies.

      Hi I have paid for the window seat on flight SG 415 unfortunately I have not been assigned the window seat which spoils my experience apart from that when I have raised a complaint with the cabin crew and ground staff there was no support from them and they ask me to seat on 30c instead of 30 a. The cabin crew staff told me that they are trying to help me but no effort taken by them, they even did not bother to offer me some other seat. It's a cheating. The seat which was assigned to me was not upto the standard. I was not able to have my meal due to damage food tray. Video attached.

        I have booked a ticket with spice jet through ixigo after 10 days i got a mail from spice jet that my flight got cancelled due to some operational issues and i will get the full refund. But now when i am calling there customer service number they are saying that all the executives are busy in helping other customers and nobody is listening to my problem. I called ixigo customer care they said approx 1250 rs are non-refundable amount these all are fooling us and the flight got cancelled due to there issues, not my issues then why should i pay money for that an why should i suffer for that. I want full refund from the airline's company.

          I am khushi mahlawat travelled from delhi to bangalore on 17 aug. 2019..
          I submitted my 2 bags one was trolley bag and other was a bag pack..
          When i got the trolley system of my bag was completely damaged...
          Pls. Take necessary action...
          And help me what i could do... As it was mere carelessness of the staff authority...
          Also the luggage checked in was not verified in front o[censored]s so that we could edit it as my power bank was caught and just taken away by the
          Authority..

            Damaged tail rudder part (Used for controlling direction and tilt of aircraft) of spice jet ' clove' aircraft that i have just now boarded for ahmedabad. Brought to notice of ground duty staff, they said it is just fading of the color at that spot. While coming to pune yesterday (16th august) was also same aircraft with same defect. Yesterday also brought it to the notice of airhostess, she also said it is faded color and safe for travel. Still, again they are operating the same aircraft.

                On 18/07/2019 i canceled my flight ticket (Pnr no h5tqwy), booked through clear trip but yet my money is not returned to me.

                Regarding the refunding money, on 26 july, 30 july, 2 august, 5 august, 14 august, i wrote mails to "[protected]@spicejet.com" but i did not get any positive response.

                I never expect such type of behavior from spice jet

                I would be grateful if you look at the matter and help me to get an idea about the status of the refunding money or could you please let me know who i should contact (Maybe government authority) to get solution of this problem?

                  baggage not received/misses

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  My pnr is wdd9gd, dated 02/08/19 from dxb - gop, mr sheikh mashiha, the baggage is not received yet. I came on occasion (Festival) of the eid-ul-azha. The airlinece is lost the baggage. I call several times to customer care and twitter also but reply only my team is working.

                  I am really disappointed with the spice jet service in bial (Bangalore airport) they did not allow my wife who was pregnant and my mother who was supposed to board the flight at 5:40am we were 10 minutes delay to spice jet counter no 6.
                  The reasons for the delay was they have made some changes in the airport route which was recently changed to reach the arrival point hence it took some time to reach to the counter.
                  Me and wife literally requested both spice jet counter as it was emergency, but they were not helpful and they could not cancel and refund the amount as they informed it was no show.
                  I request you please look into my issue and help me in resolving it.

                    Very worst service 3 hrs delay of flight from bangalore to chennai on 15 the august flight time was 10.40 pm it was taken at 1.20
                    And keeping passengers in bus for half an hour and in flight half an hour very worst service if flight is delayed u should inform passengers in advance by sms very worst service by spicejet
                    Making passengers to sit in airport for more than 6 hours by that time we can reach chennai by road

                      The flight on 15th aug was delayed by 3.5 hrs and then by further 2 hrs. Because of the earlier departure time which was 5.55 am, i didn't go to a hotel and ended up spending entire night at airport. This first delay information i got on 10 pm previous night. The next delay information i got in morning 6.30 am.
                      I was traveling for rakhi and instead of reaching at 8 am scheduled time, i reached 1.30 pm. My total journey from coimbatore to jaipur took nearly 22 hrs with 15 hrs layover at hyderabad.

                        I am traveling to chennai to colombo by spicejet sg1 on 14-aug-19. After collecting my luggage in colombo airport i noticed one of my bag jip was opened and no any items are there..in that portion i have my mobile charger and headphones and some papers. Immediately informed to luggage compliant counter but they didn't respond and told me to check with spicejet.. It makes me a big trouble. Kindly do the needful. I don't know how to claim this loss.                           We booked spicejet to travel from ccu to ixm via maa on 02 august 2019.
                          Spicejet emailed me on 19 july 2019 to inform that our "flight sg 277 dated 02-aug-2019 from kolkata has been rescheduled due to runway maintenance at pune and will now depart at 04:05 pm." i called up spicejet customer service on the same day to acquaint them that this would not allow us to board the second flight sg 103 from maa scheduled at 18:40. They then offered me the option to fly via mumbai on the same day by flights sg 488 from ccu to bom and sg 6378 from bom-ixm which i agreed. However, after arriving at mumbai airport, we were asked to travel to international airport for which we had to take a taxi paying inr 250. It was raining heavily at mumbai and there were 2 senior citizens in our group. The next flight departed from bom over an hour later than scheduled time during which we were seated inside the flight without any announcement. After nearly an hour of waiting, the pilot announced the reason for the delay.

                            I have travelled from Madhurai to Ahmedabad by Spicejet. After reaching at Ahmedabad I found that my baggage handle is not with the bag. While handling the luggage the airline crew damaged the bag and thrown out my bag handle. I also experienced very bad service from the ground staff too.

                              Du to heavy rains and bad weather conditions on july 2nd 2019, my flight was cancelled and was informed that booking amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Its more than 40 days and i am yet to receive refund for charges paid nor have received any communication from spicejet about refund in process. Is this a common practice you follow with all customers?? What is the known turnaround time as per your policy?? And how often would i receive reply for this complaints?? I need my refund amount along with additional interest for lack of service and inconvenience. Kindly check and revert on priority. Have attached the copy of borading pass for reference.

                                There is 9kg hand bagage, but they pushed hard to place the laptop on luggage but i denied. The spice jet staff made 3 attempts to irritate and finally i given my cover to indigo passenger while boarding my flight. This is reddiculous and you can check cctv on 13th from 8:15- 9:45pm. I don't want to travel with spicejet in future and will inform my corporate offices to don't blacklist spicejet.
                                I want to know some action plan from you on those 3 staff

                                  I was flying from porbander to mumbai on 14 july 2019 on flight 2874, 11h10, no luggage was loaded on the flight for all passengers, i had a connecting flight the next morning to singapore and no luggage and only the clothes on my body, upon arriving in mumbai i had to go and shop for clothing, toiletries, another luggage bag so that i can go to singapore the next morning, the negligence of spicejet for not loading our luggage has cost me...

                                  Dear concerned
                                  This is to inform you that how inconsiderate, insensitive, rude, ill mannered, discourteous, disrespectful, uncivil behaviour of the crew members of the spice jet towards my mother who was travelling from chennai to delhi. It was mentioned that she is a patient of liver cirrhosis repeatedly to the crew authorities.
                                  My mother had a flight on 12th august, 2019, sg-108 from chennai to delhi at 8:45 pm. It was a horrible experience of my mother as she was unnecessary harassed and troubled by the spice jet crew members at the chennai airport. She was in time at 8.05 pm on the counter no. 8 of chennai airport authority with boarding pass and all other necessary requirements, but the lady at counter no. 8 misbehaves with her, instead of helping the passenger. The lady on duty passed a wrong message that counter is closed and my mother (Passenger) should try for another flight as she has missed the flight. 10 – 12 mins of time was also wasted by the crew members of spice jet discussing the issue, whether to allow the passenger to check in or not. Though they allowed her but despite of the fact that she was already carrying her boarding pass and on time (8:15 pm) she was made run from one gate to another. She asked for help to carry the luggage which was denied saying “ma’am we don’t’ have anyone”. Under such circumstances, passenger was panicked as the spice jet crew affright her that she has almost missed the flight which is not the fact. They were making her hurry and run all over the airport without any fault from her side. Then the staff member of the airport authority at counter no.9 of chennai airport asked for boarding pass and when handed over to her, she made the passenger run for scanning of luggage. As the passenger was disturbed and in hurry she carried the luggage in her hands which was approximately 15 kgs and run towards for scanning purpose. Despite of knowing that she is a patient, no help was given by any crew. At present all her arms are swollen and she was shivering and trembling when she returned. Furthermore adding to harassment she was again made to run at gate no.16 and in panic her phone slipped from her hand and broke down. Still nobody came to help her from the crew members of the spice jet and she was not able to make call to any of her family members. Cherry on the cake was that the flight was delayed by 30 mins from the schedule time due to refilling of the fuel in the plane.
                                  It is to inform that the passenger was given unnecessary tension, inconvenience to the passenger who is a patient and feel that the apology must be given to the passenger who is paying huge charges and still getting such behaviour.
                                  India is mis-represented and put to shame because of such bad airlines like spicejet. I hope the management takes some action.

                                    We had a flight at 12.20 pm from pune to goa on 12/08/2019. We received only 2 out of 3 of our checked in luggage at the destination airport. To add to this harassment furthermore we had to deal with incompetent spicejet ground staff at the goa airport who made is wait for 2 hours just to intimate us that our baggage is untraceable.in today's day and age they were incapable of even contacting their pune counterpart to check if the missing luggage has been loaded or not loaded from the pune airport. After such a long wait we were asked to fill in the baggage irregularity report, provided a spicejet goa contact number
                                    To which no one answered despite hours of calling and there has still been no intimation from the airline on the missing baggage. One gentleman from the goa ground staff mentioned to us that the baggage has been wrongly loaded onto a bangalore/kolkata flight scheduled at the same time from pune but there was no written confirmation provided for this information and we are still clueless as to when to expect the missing baggage. There were a lot of important documents medicines clothing etc in the baggage and feel ashamed to see how mishandled this whole situation has been and such a big harassment for us made to suffer because of no fault of ours but because of incompetent spicejet staff in pune & goa. We want immediate resolution of this and a compensation for this utter harassment we have been put through.
