Dear sir/madam,
I have a query regarding your spicejet airline. Kindly assist me with the same.
While taking boarding pass, we all passangers are allowed to choose seat (Il/middle/window seat, if available emergency seats too) according to your seats availability and our comfort. Infact, i was assigned once 1st row seat without any payment.
Also, i keep receiving calls from your company that i can avial free meal and emergency seat just by paying rs.500
Today i was travelling by spicejet (Pnr tcs4ug, flight# sg438, seat no. 7d, passanger name anand kumar rungta), i was feeling uncomfortable at your assigned seat. So i moved to your emergency seat. When i sat, one of your air-hostess “rupesh bangera” asked me to pay 1200rs. When i declined to pay, he asked me to move to my assigned seat i. E., 7d.
I just want to know, at the time of boarding pass, how do u allow passangers to take emergency seat (When available)?
Also, why do i receive such calls from your company?
Kindly comfirm me about your system, so that in future, i will be aware and also if this will be your flight system, i will think twice before travelling as i am a very avid traveller.

Updated by Anand Rungta1 With the continuation to above mail, Rupesh Bangera also misguided me, He made me read the below image, saying, I can avail The Emergency Seat only by paying 1200Rs. Where it is mentioned in the image that I can avial the seat by paying 1200?
