I had booked the flght from mumbai-calicut (Via banglure).
Pnr. Z98z3p.
Its having 1 hour lay over in banglur. Now i got the message that that wil be delayed more 5 hours. What will we do 6.5 hours in a airport. I am a frequent traveller. I am very disappointing by your service now a days. U have to pay compensation for this. Otherwise i wil contact consumer court. Please reply. Asap.

    On 9th aug 2019 i travelled from bangalore to bhopal via mumbai.. And it was the worst experience of my life i faced.. On mumbai airport i came to know one of my luggage is missing and even while changing flight from mumbai airport we have to run all the way from domestic to international airport without any convence and assistance from your side.. When i enquire about my luggage they assure me that they will send my luggage in same flight which i was going to travel.. Contact person was mr. Vishwajeet employee id: 125858 contact no. [protected].. When we reached bhopal we came to know that luggage was still not arrived.. There mr. Vishwajeet ask us to contact mr. Prafful jain contact no. [protected].. Prafful jain told us that my luggage has reached hyderabad and by today evening we will deliver it to your local address.. But this guy prafful jain is so highly irresponsible he is not even bothered to pick our call or even reply.. This kind of service you are providing to your clients.. You guys are really disappointing.. Shame on your client service and behaviour..
    I have to reach guna by 10th aftrnoon and now how it's possible for me to reach there?.. I m staying in hotel just because of your stupid behaviour and negligence.. I sereously insist you to take sereous action against mr. Praful jain and mr. Vishwajeet..
    And by tomorrow morning if i didn't recieve my luggage than i will definitely escalate your complain to ministry level.. My pnr no. Gb3tnw.. Complain no. 03950566.. Red american tourist luggage on the name of shweta agrawal.. I request you to take matter on priority basis..

      I am jegadeesh ramesh travelled dhaka - mumbai - coimbatore on 07/08/19 under pnr rhes7e
      sg64 - dhaka - mumbai
      6245 - mumbai - coimbatore

      i got boarding for both flights at dhaka and spice jet employee confirmed luggage can be collected from coimbatore.

      When i reached coimbatore my luggages 3 pices did not arrive and spice jet employee mr.Depan/ms.Amritha asked me lodge complaint
      they also told luggage has been booked until mumbai only.
      However they told my uncollected luggage will be collected from mumbai customs and it will be come to coimbatore in the next day flight (8/8/19)

      i have been continuously calling to spice jet coimbatore airport
      i spoke to mr.Depan/ms.Amritha/mr.Nagaraj/mr.Venkat

      i have been advised to call mumbai spice jet airport office directly as they do not get correct response from mumbai team

      i really need a help here

        I was travelling via spicejet from leh to delhi... At delhi airport we were informed due to air pressure, some bags were unloaded from the flight and those will be delivered to the customer's personal address. It's been 3 days that the support staff has been telling it will be delivered by this time that time and then they said to collect from the airport... I have been to airport twice and the staff there has not received any bag.
        The airport here is approx 25 km from my home and it's very inconvenient going there again and again and still not getting the bag.
        Is there anyone who can help out with this.

          My husband and myself both senior citizens travelled on 5th aug by spicejet sg006. 2 of our bags did not arrive. After i lodged complaint on consumer complaints on 6th aug, then 1 bag was delivered to us on 7th aug. Now its 90 hours since we arrived and still 1 bag not delivered. We are stuck as several of our useful things in the other bag. It is causing us much inconvenience and frustration. Our mistake for travelling spicejet. Never again to be repeated as we have learnt a very traumatic lesson.

          Spicejet delivered 1 bag after aprox 34 hours and 2nd bag after 96 hours aprox. Please can someone guide me what's my compensation entitlement from spicejet for all the inconvenience, trauma, frustration, etc caused thru this slow handling of delayed baggage... also can you guide me on the procedure for the same.

            Pnr no - o8vtfp

            I had a flight from mumbai - bom to bangkoj - bkk on the 5th of august, flight no.- sg 81. Upon landing at bkk airport my checking bag was missing. I tried looking for it at other carousels and finally approached the bkk airport authorities. I was made to file a property irregularity form and was asked to check in daily.

            Its been three days and i am yet to receive my baggage. Can you please look into this. All my travel essentials and other precious cargo was in the bag.

            Attaching relevant documents below. Please help.

              I'm in india for 4 days only and spicejet have not given my luggage yet. Filled out a form at the airport and was told that it would be delivered in 24 hours. As of now there is still no information nor anyone is assisting in this matter. All they are doing is just providing additional numbers to contact, most of them are invalid or not reachable. We were told the cargo hold was overloaded which does not make any sense when everyone is allowed 30kgs in the first place. You need to improve your customer service which is appalling and pathetic. I've not been able to reach any specific person to provide any sort of clear explanation for this.

                It's a pathetic service by spice jet.Regularly irregular departure timings.in my last 7 journey with spice jet only one time flight was departed on time and everytime they have innovative reasons behind that.and today they have rescheduled timings for flight SG523 three times.and worst condition is the no one is giving satisfactory reply any time they make us feel like passengers have made some big crime by deciding to travel with spice jet.I have decided to not to board spice jet ever again in any condition.

                  My husband had your flight sg6266, sg6476 from guwahati to mumbai and mumbai to cochin on 1st august 2019.Since he was having a luggage he deposited it while checking in and collected the 2 boarding pass together and said your service partner that i hope i should collect my luggage at my final destination. He told no and that should be collected from mumbai and you have to check in luggage again.Then he asked why should i collect from mumbai, he replied u have got terminal change where he had no terminal change according to his boarding passes.Then when the luggage attender standing in the check in counter asked him to get advice from the near by counter his reply was..There s no such requirements and said my husband that he will lose his luggage if he didn't collect. He was harsh towards him. And the flight sg6266 had a late arrival at mumbai. By the time the check in counter was closed for his next flight. He had to literally fight with counter and time to reach on time for his cochin flight. Please do arrange to carry the luggage of your customers till destinations to avoid time lapse. As well as please advice your service partners for a better behavior towards the customers.

                    No buddy give me any proper information
                    Till now i didn’t get my luggage
                    I had very important clothes and gift. Now tell me what should i do

                      Flight sg1027 departing at 9:30am from ixe to blr on 07-aug-2019 was re-scheduled for 9:00am and was informed via sms and email by spice jet. Accordingly my travel arrangements were made for the re-scheduled flights. Now flight is delayed with no confirmed timing. I have incurred loses of inr 6000 for these rescheduling and flight delay. Spice jet airport manager is not available and looks like he is still in bed and no one is showing any concern and responsibility in handling such situation by the available spice jet staff at the departure gate # 2 at ixe airport. I will look forward for an compensation from spice jet for my monetary loss due to poor communication and services provided by the spice jet staff and management at the airport.

                        Zaid ahmed was travelling from delhi to patna date 6august 2019 pnr no.- e5vtni, his personal wheelchair was not allowed with him from delhi to patna flight and they informed us that it will come with another flight by 5pm but still we have not received that and patience is waiting on patna airport from 2pm and suffering from pain and stress please help, thank you
                        MOHAMED MOHIDEEN SHAHUL HAMEED 0n 4.8.19. Left from Dubai to Madurai. But baggage has not been loaded into aircraft due to negligence of Spicejet's crew. Today is it been loaded or not.

                          We, my husband and myself both senior citizens (Mr niranjan talreja and mrs leena talreja) travelled from dxb-bom on 5th aug 2019 by sg0006. 2 of our bags were not received. We filed report at mumbai t2 and were told both bags wud be delivered at our res on 6th aug morning. Its 24 hours since but bags not yet recvd. We have made numerous calls to various spicejet offices but v get no info nor assistance from your staff. V r being passed around like a parcel. This is not the way to treat paxs. Its really not acceptable from any standard. Our clothes as well as cupboard keys in the bags so we wearing same set of clothes since yesterday!!! We seem to have made a big mistake travelling by spicejet. Please treat this as urgent request. We need our clothes... Spicejet has ruined our holiday...

                            complaint against spicejet for their mismanagement and misbehaviour

                            Dear sir/mam,

                            I, ujjval jain had booked four tickets from spice jet to fly from pune to cochin. My pnr no. Is bb4ryw and flight no. Is sg8185 dated 29-july-2019. It was a pre-planned holiday and two out of four were on their honeymoon. We had everything booked and scheduled - the cab, itinerary, hotel bookings and everything was paid in advance.
                            Spice jet being such a reputed and big airline spoiled the whole holiday...

                            I never ever recommend spicejet airlines for your air travel. The worst experience i had during the flight scheduled from chennai to kochi. It was delayed for more than 9 + hours and the concern team doesn’t have any clarification or answer of delays and making passengers trouble. They never compensated or arranged another flight nor provide accommodation as it was a night flight. The attitude of customer service executive was so harsh impolite. The whole 180 passengers was supposed to stay back in chennai airport the whole night. The staffs and crew weren’t answerable. Pathetic and worst airlines ever in terms of any means. (1/10)

                              Both time flight was delayed and return flight was delayed for more than 3 hours. When called customer care to see if there are any other option I got a very rude and un knowledgable person who doesn’t know how to speak with customers. Never flying with spice jet. Even I tried to speak to supervisor and they don’t even come to speak and told Me they don’t really care. This is how SpiceJet is. Pathetic. I got CS and supervisor names. But I am not mentioning it here as I know nothing will happen.
                              The flight from Hyd- Bhopal SG3463 (01/08/2019) got delayed by 30 mins and there was no priop intimation given. This isnt expected from a national airline. No mails or messages of the delay has been conveyed.
                              I request the airline to compensate me for the inconveniences suffered.

                                Hi,

                                This is to bring to your attention that it was such an unfortunate event that even though a lot of services was promised to make the premium economy reservation it was not delivered as said.
                                Booking pnr: scpjvg

                                1) even though priority checkin and going to fight through bridge was promised when entering the flight, they were asked to board the flight after going through the shuttle.
                                2) different options for meal was promised. But not even a different option was asked, they were given sandwich only.
                                3) though your representative had yet again promised that the check in luggage will be given by the spicejet people and that we don't have to wait near the luggage belt to collect the luggage, no one was there to deliver the luggage and my parents had to wait a long time to get the luggage.

                                We did not opt for premium economy ourselves. Your own representative called and made us book premium economy and made us pay the extra money after promising almost 5 extra services, non of which was fulfilled.
                                This is totally unacceptable and breach of contract. If you are asking for money then give the services you promised.

                                I would like to also mention that i need compensation for the same and also i need guarantee that the promised services will be provided in the return flight.

                                Hope that you will take this issue seriously and do the needful.

                                  You've known as a renowned airlines but your services are not up to the mark,
                                  I'm manasvini pnr qh3l3e from bangalore to patna, i was a little late to the check-in counter flight was 02:30 i reached at 01:55 i didnt had any check-in luggage i only needed boarding pass, i'm a frequent flyer i knew there was a possibility that you could have helped me board the flight. I had an exam to attend

                                  Please consider customer first and help them when they need.
                                  Our flight is at 7pm, it's 6 : 45 pm there is still no one at the gate . The flight has arrived but still the staff looks very not bothered .
