1. i booked ticket for banglore for 24th june but you transfer my destination to madras.because of this filght dealy the was much problems in my work at banglore (pnr no. : c521my). because of you my meeting posponded and i have to again go to banglore so i required one ticket to banglore again .because of this i had to stay bombay. so bombay hotel expense you will have to pay.

Yesterday, i boarded a spice jet flight from bangalore to bagdogra.. I had 3 luggage...2 trollies and a bag.. When i reached bagdogra and claimed my luggage... My bag was mishandled. My bag's belt was torn apart... It was in perfect condition when i checked in my bag in bangalore airport... I had never faced such an experience with spice jet before...
I am travelling in Spice jet flight number SG 2941 on 02.07.19 . My seat number is 12B. Armrest of seat is damaged and my Kurti torn off. Cost of Kurti is Rs 4600. Spice jet must pay me this amountc

    I am trying to book bulk tickets around 30 to thailand from bangalore. I am not able to make booking through website. I tried calling you guys yesterday morning more than 4 times and have tried in evening too. But no response. Today also there is no response. Kindly let me know if it's possible to buk by today rod. If not i need to check with some other flights. Found spicejet little cheaper.
    Pnr no. N496pb and rgg4px we reached to airport at 5:45 and the flight is scheduled at 6:30 the ground staff does not allowed us to board the flight I made request many times and more over some are not polite it's an urgency to reach dehradun I have mentioned many times .. misbehaved airlines who can not understand the problem.

      Urgent attention requested - pnr: zbkesz

      I boarded flight from pune with a connecting flight from delhi to final destination for patna.

      One of my baggage didn't arrived at patna airport. The official at patna airport is saying that they will not deliver the bag to my home address in patna.

      I want this to be addressed and escalated urgently. I have to attend a marriage function in munger and needs to travel tomorrow morning. I am traveling with my 2 years old daughter.

      Is it not spice jet responsibility to ensure all the baggages are transferred? And in case of mishandling, airlines should be responsible to deliver the bag to passenger's address.

      Please address this issue urgently.

        I was traveling on spicejet flight sg8185 on 3 july 2019 from delhi. My checkin luggage did not arrive at pune airport. Bagage details - seq [protected], amarican tourister and grey color. It contained jwellery n clothes of rs 1, 00, 000 aprox. I have reported and i have filled a form at spicejet counter at pune airport. I have paid rs 400 for checkin luggage at delhi airport. Behavior of spicejet staf at the airport was not supportive at all.

          There was no prior information given about flight being cancelled. I had to urgently reach bangalore for seeking admission in college by 11:00am on 03/07/2019. But as flight was cancelled and i was not informed prior enough i could not make alternate arrangement for myself. After collecting the boarding pass and waiting for almost 3 hours at the airport i got to know that fight sg 742 is cancelled. No alternate booking was done by the airlines at requested time. I suffered a great loss. I could not find any other option at that particular hour. Its very disgusting. I want compensation for my loss, apart from full refund of my ticket to be paid by the airlines at any cost.

            Hi, i'm mr. Saurabh mehta, i was flying from bagdogra to kolkata in sg3322 today/ 03rd of july at morning 7.40, which finally departed at 8.30am as a corporate customer and by mistake my hr had booked a non veg salad, where as i am pure veg, upon several request being made to senior crew member, mr jeet, he arrogantly refused to swap it with anything, not even cookies.

            This much hospitality and courtesy as basic we expect for regular flyers, a swap with any of the ready to eat veg container and a waste of one salad didn't made a huge loss, as must as losing to opt for spicejet services in future as permanent no as a preference.

            Take as a feedback for your upcoming customers, and ideally this even doesn't happen often, deviation to make a customer happy, is one of the customers centric goals of standard brands.

              Hi,
              On 2nd july i had flight from hyderabad to jharsuguda. Flight no sg3283. And i have return flight on 7th july from jharsuguda to hyderabad.2nd july spicejet cancelled flight without any prior notification and not provided any alternate flight to jharsuguda or nearest airport bhubaneswar. Also airline is not ready to provide the compensation for this.

                I and my wife had to board a flight from mumbai to bangalore at 8:25 am on 03rd july, 2019.
                We reached airport at 6:00 am and stand in the queue for check-in and my number came at 7:10 as there were only 3 counters open and spicejet employees there are pathetic and super slow.
                They are unable to manage the queue because of not being proficient and having lack of knowledge.
                I will give you my example where after reaching the counter, check-in took 20 mins as i have a luggage for which i have to pay and also it crossed the limit of 30kg.
                But the guy there not even able to calculate the amount need to pay and every time he was calculating wrong amount and then the card paying machine which was not working, even he tried 2 different matching but it didn’t work but finally after sometime somehow he manages to take the payment.
                This is pathetic.
                Adding to that none of the employees know how to talk to passengers, they are so rude.

                Next thing is we came to mumbai from bangalore with same luggage and goair has not charged any extra amount though my total baggage weight is 35 kg. They clubbed both weight limit as we don’t have any hand baggage but here with spicejet they charged 2000 extra for this..

                  It's 2:40 am at delhi airport. Passengers are waiting in a long queue. And there's only one person at the counter. And when asked he misbehaved and yelled saying that other personels will come at 4am. If we want we can wait for him. I wonder what kind of service industry is this. There's rampant instances of delayed and cancelled flights. Bad staff behaviour. Are you people doing some charity to us? Shame #spicejet
                  Today is the date 28th of June 2019, I am travelling by SG 461. I got a seat 24C which is not working. The quality of seat was very poor.

                        I have booked a flight from kanpur to mumbai on 12 may 2019 which is cancelled by the spice jet after security check in quoting the reason of bad weather but the weather was clear on flight timings. Moreover they requested all passengers to stay in kanpur saying that they will arrange them for mumbai with in 7 days. There were many cancer patients in flight and many other, who are required to reach mumbai on urgent basis without fail. On my request the said that we can provide you flight from delhi. I requested them i would be late to reach there as i am a dealer in bank of baroda treasury, and cannot afford to be late for my office, kindly arrange something which can suit to me. But helplessly they have not arranged anything for me, i have travelled to delhi entire night on my own and reached office late due to which i suffered metal and financial losses. I am attaching both of my boarding passes with the complain. I urge you to understand the problem i suffered under compensate sufficiently for the mental and financial losses i incurred due to your mis management.

                          Between june i got letter from your hr department that you are selected for data entry job at salary of 32500. And they deposited from me security and insurance amount of rs. 43000 and tell me that you get this amount back but they didn't receiveing call and just telling lie.                             Yesterday i checked in at mumbai airport to fly mangalore. Due to some airport problems the flight is cancelled. Your person's are acting like a big boss there. No proper information we got from them. Last after cancellation ibook ticket floor goa.in mumbai terminal 1 when iput my luggage bag to conveyer it was clean, neat and good. While receiving from goa its lock was broken and completely covered with oil or greece substance. Due to your poker handling it's happened. I. Searched your people in goa airport to complain account oft, but no one was there and some air hostess of spicejet not responded. I attatched photos too. I want my bag to be replaced by you at the earliest. Do the needful urgently. Else i need to look some other options. My no. Is [protected]

                              I have booked a ticket from bombay to hyderabad and it is not confirmed by your flight company and amount is deducted and i again booked another spice jet flight and i reached destination but i get a message as confirming my ticket after it airrived to destination. I contacted customer care but they are not responding any time. Please be check it once and i place the screenshot of ticket in the below. Please check it and get me refunded.
                              The hand rest was broken and was uncomfortable to keep the hands.

                                We have chosen spice jet to travel from mumbai to cochin on the date[protected]. It was a very bad experience. The flight departure time was at 09:20 am, after we got a message that the flight is delayed for one hour. So the flight has to depart 10:30 as per the spice jet updated information. But we waited till 1 pm. It was very worst experience and we missed one of our important occasion.

                                  Sir i have booked flight sg 8476 tickets for my family members on 19.05.2019. Ticket any is 10577. Date of fight was 28.06.2019, from gorakhpur to delhi. On reaching airport gorakhpur it was told by flight officials that flight has been takeoff at 12.30 pm where as flight takeoff time was 13.25 pm. Due to which my family suffered many problems. Then i had booked next day flight ticket in rs 25976/. So i want to know can a flight takeoff before time without intimating the passengers. On dated 28.06.2019 no information has been given for before time takeoff. It is not my fault. So please look the matter and refund my money that was lost due to flight missing. It is very shameful experience for me with spicejet. Please take this matter at your level and give me solution.

Ondated 28.06.2019 this flight takeoff before time at 12.30instead of 13.25. My family has suffered many problems. I buy another's ticket for next day 29.06.2019, in 25976/. So who will be responsible for my loss of money please tellus. Family members are ranjana singh., divya singh, and abhijit singh. Please look the matter and. Companset my loss of money and pay my money with penalty

                                    I was booking ticket on 21 jun 2019 from spicejet.com from belagaum to new delhi for the travel on 21st jun 2019. While doing that the amount got deducted from my axis bank account (2 times), but while returning back to the spicejet site, there was some error on the portal. As a result the ticket was not booked. I got the message from my bank (Sms and email) regarding the amount deduction (Rs 10329) but i didn't get any confirmation regarding the spicejet site. Then i have to try 3 rd time then ticket booked. So plz return debited (2times) amount. Cell [protected] my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, please update on when this will be done.

                                      Hello team spice jet... My wife travelled from mumbai terminal 2 to cochin airport... Flight sg6282... While collecting the baggage from kochi, she noticed that the number lock and handle of the bag was broken and it is a clear attempt to steal valuables from the bag... Inspite of tagging the bag with fragile sticker, both handle and number lock were broken and there was a theft attempt... Pls take necessary action against those responsible for this and compensate for the trolley... We can buy a new trolley, however those responsible should be suitably punished🙏.. Photos of the trolley and boarding pass enclosed.
