Hi, i'm mr. Saurabh mehta, i was flying from bagdogra to kolkata in sg3322 today/ 03rd of july at morning 7.40, which finally departed at 8.30am as a corporate customer and by mistake my hr had booked a non veg salad, where as i am pure veg, upon several request being made to senior crew member, mr jeet, he arrogantly refused to swap it with anything, not even cookies.
This much hospitality and courtesy as basic we expect for regular flyers, a swap with any of the ready to eat veg container and a waste of one salad didn't made a huge loss, as must as losing to opt for spicejet services in future as permanent no as a preference.
Take as a feedback for your upcoming customers, and ideally this even doesn't happen often, deviation to make a customer happy, is one of the customers centric goals of standard brands.
