fake call letter

I got a call letter from a guy name abhimanyu rai and he mentioned him as spicejet hr. He told that u are selected for spicejet company and u should pay 5000 rs for conformation and he told me that u should attend the interview held at chennai airport and i will meet u and u will be appointed as spicejet employee. Spicejet please take action on him 😐...

Makemytrip booking id: nf[protected]. Booking was done on 18th may for flight no spice jet sg-3220.
When arrived at airport it was told that flight is full and seat not available. After some time they said that there is some technical issue. At the end we got to know that the flight has already taken off.

There is no proper information about anything. Neither spice jet is communication properly nor makemy trip?
Attaching booking confirmation. Ticket was worth rs 8000/- and now full day is wasted. Was having meeting at siliguri all things got spoiled. I want full refund with compensation.

    Sir this is to inform one man fraudulently claiming himself as a spicejet limited agent and fakely hiring candidates for ground staff and cabin crew. Many people have been cheated by them no one is coming forward to complain i want you to. Many people paid them lot of money in hope of getting jobs, but they are fraud i even have few proofs that i have paid 6000 rupees. I have therir mobile number. I will share but first you respond. No is coming front to complain about them but i want you to take strick action.

      I had booked two tickets through your airline. Later both these flights got cancelled by your airline and i was informed that i would get the full refund.

        I was travelling as a corporate passenger from Varanasi to Hyd with PNR I9NCNM on 20 May 2019. I was given a sandwich . After eating this my stomach got upset. After Carefully examine the Sandwitch I observed there was no date if manufacturing mentioned on the sandwitch so I can not ascertain how old this was.

        This is serious offence and needs to be addressed. How you can serve a food item without the date of making printed on this .I have taken the photograph of the sandwich wrapper and can be produced to consumer care.

          I traveled on 12th may from delhi to srinagar in spicejet flight sg104. Along with a group of total 9 people under pnr no zgjumx. One of my group member lost here boarding pass in the flight. Now i need a travel certificate for one passenger mrs. Gowri mahale at sr. No. 2 on the ticket. I need the certificate for claiming ltc. I can send the copy of the ticket if required.

            Our flight was initially scheduled at 8 pm then moved to 12:45 pm then again moved to 4 pm.
            What the nonsense this. How you can move the timings so many times.
            Also they have not provided lunch as flight got delayed. We got message that lunch coupon will be provided but not given at all.
            Very ridicules service i can say. I will never go and suggest any one to choose spice jet flight in their life.

This is not fare number of people were cheated your company should be responsible as some frauds miss using your name. Many have paid them for training this is not fare your company should be answerable how anyone could use your name.

                Hi team,

                I had booked two tickets through your airline. Later both these flights got cancelled by your airline and i was informed that i would get the full refund. I applied for full refund of both the flights but for one of the flights, cancellation charge was deducted and i got only rs 190 as refund. The trip id for the same is as follow:

                Trip id :[protected]
                Date of journey: 16 april from hyderabad to patna
                Refundable amount: rs. 4, 760
                Refunded amount : rs. 190 (Attached proof)
                Pnr: zbrkwj

                For the above trip id, i got only rs 190 as against my right to receive of rs. 4, 760. Can you tell why i received less refund as the flight was cancelled by your airline and was assured to give full refund.

                For the last one month, i am communicating with happy easy go through which i booked the flight but finally they are saying that i need to contact spicejet and get confirmation that your airline processed full refund.

                Can you look into the matter on urgent basis as it is more than a month i am into this hassle.

                  I booked a flight from delhi to patna on 3rd may for 21st may. I booked meal as well as paid for seat 1a. But got a boarding pass with seat no. 20d. Kindly give me explaination for the same.
                  Why do i get a 20d seat when i paid for seat 1a. I asked for help from ground staff but nobody could help me. Please provide reason for such occurence and how do i get refund for my paid seat. Tickets pictures are attached for your reference

                    On 18th may flight 196 from bagdogra to delhi, my daughters pepper spray was confiscated by an over zealous baggage examiner as being 'dangerous'. This was a safe object from a mnc company and not a local product. Its kept by persons for non harmful self defence. I have travelled with this in luggage for last 10 years on flights all over india, including srinagar, and also many spicejet flights including the one on 5th may from delhi to bagdogra. Suddenly one idiotic employee decides this is prone to leakage and dangerous as if it will explode and create a toxic bomb. I and all my relatives will not travelling on another spicejet flight as this has left a bad feeling. I demand compensation as staff cant confiscate property on their whims and fancies.

                          I booked my flight from bangalore to kolkata with pnr:pb6dtj.
                          Initially it was on saturday 3rd may around 5:55 am. Then they rescheduled it 2nd may after 7 pm evening. Later because of cyclone they further delayed it to around 1am of 3rd may and finally they cancelled it because of cyclone.

                          Kolkata airports were completely open by 5th may. Spice jet claimed that they will reschedule or refund the amount but their customer service and websites were dead end. Customer service numbers were fully busy, i called them continuously for 12 hours and website was not giving me the option of refund or reschedule.

                          Because of high prices i could not book other tickets and had to reschedule my flight from kolkata to bangalore which cost me a loss of[protected]/-. Infact during that time only, i callee indigo airlines and they acted promptly. How come spice jet was only so not available.

                          Spice jet should have atleast given me the option of reschedule. The website portal for that is still non-functional. I was completely helpless and harassed.

                            I had done a booking for 20/05/2019 but on 19/05/2019 that is today i received a message regarding pending payment for the same flight on 27/05/2019 and when i checked my booking section on website my date of journey was changed from 20/05/2019 to 27/05/2019 but i didn’t provide any confirmation for changing my booking and when i called customer care they said they can’t change my booking now. I am really worried because i have to travel tomorrow and i don’t have any confirmation.

                              I traveled from new delhi to hyderabad on 18.05.2019 by sg 125 departed in delhi by 6:45 pm, arrived hyderabad by 8:55 pm. Seat no 7c, pnr r4dmub left my coat in the flight. I was protocol assisted by gmr yesterday. It was informed yesterday itself to gmr guest relations about the missing coat. Today i received a call from them stating that coat is not traceable.

                                I have initially booked a flight from delhi to muscat for 29th may, 2019 but then for some of my personal reasons i want to reschedule it and i called customer care for the same, they told me about the deduction and variation in new price which i was agreed. Now, during conversation i clearly mentioned the date which was 04th of june, 2019 but the gentleman from spice jet he confirmed also 3 times and still booked for 4th may in place of 4th june. So, again because of your mistake i have to cancelled entire flight for 2 persons and gone through so much pain and obviously high price in rescheduling again for 4th june. I must request spice jet that to refund me my complete money for rescheduling attached ticket for the price clarification as i already called customer care but always wait let me check is the only reasons i am getting...

                                Please note still after 14 days i haven't received my cancellation amount from spice jet, this is not done people have to book next flight also and if this is the smart service from spice jet people will not go for the same anymore.

                                  I am shivani baraily and i had booked a flight ticket of 30th april 2019 from bangalore to bagdogra via delhi and the departure time was 9:15, the flight no. Sg 192. I have been trying to call the customer helpline since many days but have never got an answer and whenever i have emailed them i have got an auto generated email. I haven't got mu money refunded and neither have got any call regarding it.

                                    I had booked tickets for my parents from bagdogra to delhi on the date 17 may 2019. At bagdogra airport spice jet member harassed my parents for an hour to provide card details and authorization letter and said if they don't do so they ll miss their flight.
                                    How reliable is your customer service it can be understood now after this incidence. When i asked his name he denied to tell his name. This incidence has been started from 4.15 pm today (17.05.2019). Not only, he told them to call your son and tell him to come and sign the paper with card details. I want a quick response and positive response regarding this. Thank you

                                      My spicejet flight from kanpur to bangalore. Knp to delhi (Sg 2746) and delhi to bangalore (Sg 197) scheduled on 15th may 2019. The flight was already late by 2 hrs.

                                      After getting my bag at bangalore it was torn and scraped off.. Badly damaged..
                                      If that's how the airline handles the baggage, i m highly disappointed. How do i intend to compensate?
