I am not satisfying with Spidigo current service due to - delay in responding; frequently Service outage issue in my area; low bandwidth; no proper support from call center. During one year service my service request details are here below... #[protected] on dt 6th Aug, 2015 ( i had sent multiple emails for this ticket to day loss issue, but didn't get back any reply from Spidigo) #[protected] dt 10/24/2015 #[protected] dt 10/25/2015 #[protected] dt 10/31/2015 #[protected] dt 11/01/2016 #[protected] dt 26/02/2016 My current plan will be expire on date 22/05/2016 ; I had request to Spidigo to stop auto renew my account #H21428; as I am going to cancel my subscription with their company.
