Spidigo — Always get the full payment and do not solve problem permanently | |||
Hi, I have spidigo internet connection. My username is hardik88 having plan of 1 MBPS. I am one of the oldest customer having SPIDIGO broadband connection since more than 4 years. I am continuously having problem of internet frequency at every one or two days and non of customer support team tries to solve the problem permanently. When there is a time for account renewal they always promise that we will not face any problem and still once we pay full payment, they do not care about customer problems. My 1 MBPS speed plan is working like 128 KBPS. This Kind of behavior from SPIDIGO team has very much disappointed me which was not expected. I have heard that Mr. Dharmendra Jayswal is the head of customer support team. I dont think this person can be able to manage team or customer problems. I asked about Mr. Dharmendra to the person whom I spoke last time and he told me that there is no fix time sometimes he is available in office or sometime he is not. So what should we do to speak to a some leading person ? Was this information helpful? | |||
