[Resolved] Spidigo — bad service | |||
spidigo id : ddharani since last Thursday, the net is not working.. even the LAN is not getting detected when directly connected to modem thru cable.. called at your so called "customer care" atleast 3 times daily, but have got the standard reply.. "engineer will be at your place by so and so time". the engineer name given to me is girish raval.. the engineer assigned to come over before this guy, dint even come and closed my complaint.. i had to shout at the representative when he said my complaint was closed. these people dont even check by calling back if their engineer did take the trouble to go to the customers place and see what the problem was. people had warned me about spidigo.. but after talking to their representative who came to my place to give me details (mr Dilip pandey), and this being the only internet service in my area, well, i had no options.. all i want to do now is to take these "service provider" to consumer court. worst ever dont spoil your money. We cant do anything. Customer help line is always busy. half of the time net not available.

speed of internet is very slow
speed of internet is very slow. I have plan of 512 kbps for day but speed is very slow.15%
