Spidigo — bad - service - no installation after taking money- about 6 days | |||
I have asked sales person for new connection on 22nd and on same day one of your executive comes to me and collect the documents and cheque. Today while typing this email, there is no update from you. Money is debited from my account. And the sales person, I requested for the connection, not picking up my call. Customer care service executive saying that your request is underway. Really I'm too fustrated. Feeling insecurity for my money. I don't know whether I'm enrolled or not. Internet is not working properly since last 1 month. I have frequently registered complaints at their call center and asked for the permanent solution but there is no positive response from their end.
