SPiDiGO Broadband — Low speed and poor service | |||||
I recommend people who seek new Internet broadband, not to opt for spidigo broadband since their poor service and their lack of problem solving skills. I have to complain twice in each two days for No connection or very low speed. When contacting their customer care, we have to wait for a minimum of 5 minutes and after getting connected, their regular dialogue will be "technician will call you within 48 hours". They are asking for 2 days to call us, but will never call. It may be a small problem from their server, but they are simply lagging as if they are not interested to retain their existing customers.
