SPiDiGO Broadband — No improvement in services

I am using spidigo broadband service since April 2015, when I applied for connection, they promised me the speed of 1mbps but they failed to provide the way they promised. Now and then my internet service stops working, no one reply properly in customer care department and neither send their technicians. Currently also my internet is not working since last 4 days, since 24th Oct I am very much fed. 2 months back also I faced the same issue, and I asked for refund of my money, but they did not responded my emails and utilized abusive language on call.
