Hello Sir, I am Krutesh and i have purchased Internet from SPIDIGO / CHANDRA NET PVT LTD. At At Rs. 7999. From Last 3 month my internet not working stable and i have complained more then 30 - 35 times to ISP for this problem. but they people not able to solve problem. Then i have asked for refund but i have not got refund and while i am asking for refund status they people not replying me proper always saying we will update you but till now no one is contacted me. I have all Mail & Ticket No. i have also noticed that for same complain every people are giving different answer That was looking totally fake answers. I have Also Visited there office and complain for problem to.
