Spidigo — Complaint regarding spidigo broadband service | |||||
My self Sahil Thakkar, I am using an internet connection provided by spidigo with registered ID sahil91 and registered number [protected]. In last 3-4 months I have complained about non functioning of my internet connection for more than 100 times but still in vain. There's is not even a single response from company the service is so pathetic that my connection remains down for 20 hours out of 24. Since last 4 days it's completely down but still then also no response from company there is nothing like customer care with them. The worst part is we have paid our dues in advance so they are like deaf people doing nothing about the problem. They don't even care to listen to our complains I have been assured since last three days for 10 times it will be resumed in an hour but after 4 days it's just like DAT. And when we ask for higher authority person or any appellate number they reply there's nothing such thing over here. And if we ask for a refund due to down services they bluntly deny Was this information helpful? | |||||
