Give details of your purchase of product or service (cash memo number and date). – Spidigo Internet Service, In month of December 2014 Give information about the warranty or guarantee received by you at the time of purchase. – We purchased 7 month of subscription. Give details of the deficiency in the product or service. -The product is under warrenty and there is an issue in connection o[censored]SB with the router, due to which the net is not working. They have billed us with INR6500 with 7 months validity. The product was purchased in the month of December ending. Our product is under validity period, they are cheating us on the end days of the validity. Our service expiry date is 05/07/2015 Give the problems you are facing due to this deficiency. – Our net is not working from last 6 days. And we are not attended, responded and serviced properly by that so called esteemed organisation. Give the details about your efforts to inform about this grievance in the past to which the Company has not responded. – I tried contacting them from last Thursday and I was attended by the customer care representatives and I was always assured that an engineer named Sahil or Sohil Momin will call us and visit our location. Everyday I call and I am assured with the same. Lastly today I got wild on their response and told them to share the contact details of the engineer or connect me with their manager or area manager they denied for the same they were also denying on sharing my complaint id. I had to fight a lot and for certain details. When I told that I will lodge a complaint against them then they gave me some details mentioned below: Customer Care epresentative who attended my call: Sonal Area Manager who denied to come on my call: Parshuram Engineeername: Sohil or Sahil Momin My complaint Id:[protected] Please note: When I told Sonal that I will be complaining in Consumer Court. I was furnished with the above mentioned details via Sonal. She denied to share the contact information of her seniors or giving any commitments on their services. She said that I will be receiving a call from their end very shortly. But I have not yet received any calls or satisfactory response from their end. This is my kind request to the forum to look in the matter as soon as possible.
