Spidigo — connectivity problem since four weeks

My user id is dakshesh desai and regestered mobile no is [protected]. I m facing connectinity issue since from last four weeks and had already regestered telephonic complain on [protected] no for six to seven times but no responce and not attened by you people. Somtimes your this no. Not answered too. So pls. Resolve my this issue on asap. Otherwise i m going to take necessary legal steps againsts you people. It is my request to you k send somebody at my connection place and get attended and resolve it for ever.
