Spidigo — consumer care people bluntly saying deal with the issue legally or else we won't help you. | |||
I have got two connections of spidigo both for home and office. None of them have been working properly since the last couple of months. Ohh and when it was working properly i had to put in atleast one complaint a month to keep it running properly. But right now the situation is so bad that their customer care is not even picking up a single phone call, and not even replying to any mails. So i decided to pay the office a visit today. They were only able to give me an assurance that a technician will come by 3 pm. All the spidigo customers what that means. No one is going to pay a visit. So i decided that i do not want to continue with these services anymore and asked them kindly to get me in touch with the respective person. Firstly they said that we are the heads here and we would not give you any sorts of refund in the most rude possible way. I still kept my cool and asked that there will be someone who you are working under and they replied that they are in mumbai and we won't be sharing any possible way to contact with them. And in the end they "suggested" in the worst possible manner that you should go the consumer forum and deal with that legally. Then only we will be answerable to you. This is by far the worst consumer experience i have ever faced. Please do not ever buy a spidigo connection. I am pretty sure the company will be closing down in the next couple of months Was this information helpful? | |||
