I got my plan activated in january for a year and they promised to give me a constant speed of 4mbps. After a month my internet started getting slow and slow. I complained about it, they sent an engineer who does nothing besides checking the speed of the net and says that he'll be emailing the staff about it. Now after mid feb, my internet stops working at night and sometimes even in the day. No one's responding to the complaints done. They keep on fooling around by giving fake commitments. No one visits my place to check the problem. 3 days back they told me that they'll monitor my internet and get back with a solution and since then i haven't heard a word from them. They don't even let me talk with the supervisor stating that they aren't authorized to do that. I kept on mailing them, got no reply. Now i'm fed up of calling them regularly for the same thing. They keep on telling me that they are working on it and will get back to me. They provide 0 status when asked about the complaint status. And its the same problem which i started complaining from the beginning of february. No one takes responsibility, no one cares. Spidigo is the worst isp i've ever know. P. S.
